We built with content 4 years ago and was happy with our house the way everything went but recently we had a problem that needed to be fixed.
We contacted content and they sent people out to have a look at the issue and agreed they needed to fix it and they even fixed anything that was damaged from the issue without any questions.
We can't recommend content enough as they do go above and beyond to make sure they stand by there word on after market service.

An independent building inspection revealed some faults in my house 13 years after completion. Content Living had no hesitation honoring their lifetime structural guarantee to rectify these to me satisfaction.
Content well beyond my expectation and I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a quality home builder that stands by their word.

We where really happy with our build, they built our house to the scheduled planned date, we had a couple minor issues and brought them up with our supervisor nick and got sorted straight away after discussion, our final cost was spot on to our first quote, we could not folt Contentliving, we also had a good supervisor nick which he was awesome to deal with and still keep in contact with, cheers content use done ya proud and glad we built with u guys.

As a sixth time builder, we are experienced at what we wanted. We can be quite demanding. I also was a Major Projects Manager. Hence when I give them this rating I don’t give it lightly

The end product was up to the high standard we expected. The build went quickly and relatively smoothly. We had some initial hiccups when our salesman left the day after we signed. However once communication channels were quickly restored we were back on track. If I said minor things didn’t need addressing at several points During construction I’d be lying. The good part though is the Content Living Team we’re responsive and helpful at getting things sorted. Communication was good. What I would say to anyone who is building is that construction is a team effort and you are responsible for yourself to stay informed. Read your contract carefully to avoid confusion, and raise issues early. Stay in contact with the Builder and check the build often.

We did and we ended up very happy with the end product and would build with them again. Thanks.

Everything what we desired in our new home was made to reality as we consulted with your sales representative and design consultant Ajay Kalyankar. The cooperation we received from everyone was outstanding and the construction was finished before the time I was expecting. We can remember speaking with Ajay about the design we want and he replied I have a perfect design for you in my mind. The workmanship is detailed and of high quality . Your continued support is greatly appreciated . Needless to say, we are happy to have Content Living as our builder . Thank you very much for your attention and dedication to our project . We appreciate your efforts from the core of our heart .

December 11th 2019 Update: Reputable builder , unbeatable value , very organised and smooth building process

This was the first home we have ever built and it was bit stressful to start with but the staff of content living especially our sales consultant Ajay Kalyankar and site supervisor Andrew made the experience predominantly stress free . The workmanship was excellent and of high quality . We were well informed about the entire process of building by liaison officer . The build time was relatively quick and we would put this down to the professionalism of Content Living . Final costings were exactly the same as per the estimate. Overall it was an awesome experience with content living .

We completed building with Content living in September 2018 last year, and we were so happy with the beautiful house that we got. It is a big house, exactly what we wanted, with a Granny Flat, and at such a reasonable price. We can’t speak highly enough of Rocky our Building supervisor and service manager, who had helped during and even after the build, to get a few minor issues sorted. A big thanks to Noala Mapes and the whole team at Content, for being so prompt in getting things done, at the head office . We have received the highest standard of workmanship, and all of our friends just love our house. I highly recommend to build with content living, and will sure use them in the future.

We have recently built our first home in a new estate with many covernance’s that required Content to be extremely flexible and adaptable. Content helped us to design and create a beautiful coastal living home that met all our expectations and more. We felt valued throughout the whole process and appreciated when Content heard our concerns, These were always dealt with promptly. During construction we were privileged to have Nic as our supervisor. He was prompt, honest and reliable. We would highly recommend Nic to anyone who builds. When dealing with concerns or questions Shelby in the office always assisted us where possible and followed up. At our six month maintenance everything was fixed with no questions asked, these were all very minor Wear and tear issues. Sarah was a huge help! The quality of the build has been completed to a high standard and this has not gone unnoticed by other people building within the area. Overall we absolutely love our new house which has become our home. We would like to thank everyone at Content for creating the home we had envisioned for many years. We look forward to coming to Content for another future build.

From day one we met our initial consultant Mark and he helped us in every possible way to decide on the design and all little things involved in building house. Very quick response to all enquiries we made. Everyone we met and dealt with in this company had a incredible knowledge and very helpful. They were always ahead of time and got the keys way earlier then expected. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I have built 5 houses. By far, this was the least problematic build, and the best value for money. We shopped around through 9 or 10 builders, comparing specification and house size against cost. I'm the kind of guy who analyses things to death. I had everything spreadsheet. You honestly can't beat Content for value. My wife and I were extremely fussy with our plan and specs. We got a long way into a plan and Content Living brought out a special offer. We decided to start again with a new base plan. They were very supportive and their high level of support didn't change at all.

We are one of the ever-happiest customers of the greatest builder and best customer experience that we have ever received in our life which is the one and only through Content Living. We build our Dream home through Content back in 2016 and moved into our house in 2017. What an amazing builder and we will never ever regret going through Content Living and thank god that we have chosen them. We have been living and I am sure will continue live in this house as there has been every perfection from all different aspects of the build and we are living the dream now and forever. We have been here for the last 3 years and I have to still and will continue to thank Content Living for their amazing assistance and I will never stop saying that they keep their promises and words from their heart. He is the Managing Director Gino Bastow, a wonderful man that we have met in person who is a visionary leader, very effective management and delegation skills, have a deep understanding of a multi-faceted business operation and a man of principle. From the onset with the Salesman at Display home - we had a rough plan of what we wanted & he showed us the home which was very similar. He was very professional and thorough. Price was perfect as well. He also recommended any suggestions to finalise our Plans. We were most impressed.
We have built 8 homes, with various Builders, in the past 40 years and CONTENT LIVING came up as awesome and the most "Stress Free" Build we have ever experienced. With quality workmanship & excellent Tradesmen throughout we were extremely happy. When the Maintenance period was due the Supervisor came to our home and he went through everything and dealt with the few items that we could not see, but he did. The only problem was with the Tiling - should have been brown grout, but turned up white grout!
The Tilers could not speak English but we overcame the problem & they came back to re-grout. No problem.
We would thoroughly recommend CONTENT LIVING as your Builder.

This is the second home that I have built with Content Living and the first time my wife had built a home. I have to say what a fantastic job the entire team at Content Living did.

We tried something abit different with our Second home compared to my First. With the help of my sales rep we designed a one off house design (not based off a template or display home) located on a corner block with limited access. The Sales Rep managed to translate our ideas onto paper in a quick timely manner and deliver the house design we wanted.

The process from the initial meeting with the Sales Rep through to our prestart meeting was very quick.

The prestart meeting was a great, the staff are very knowledgeable and there is a big selection of products that we could chose from.

One great thing that prestart offered was a 3d walk through of our home, this allowed us to really visualise the house and the spaces we had in the room.

The construction of our home was stress free and had no delays. The communication from the Supervisor and Client Liason Officer was great and we received regular updates on the progress of our home.

I would highly recommend building with Content Living. We found building our home a very enjoyable experience.

Being a first home owner, content living made this experience extremely simple. From sorting out my finance to the finished product. The supervisor managed the job perfectly, while getting the job done on time. All the contractors they used to get the job done took pride in their work and it shows in the finished product. Im happy i chose content living to build my first home.

I though that building my first home at the age of 21 would be a daunting experience. Building with Content Living proved to be any but daunting. In fact the whole process with enjoyable and rewarding.

From the Initial Preliminary Design through to handing over the keys at the end of construction no question or request seemed to much trouble for the team at Content Living. I would get clear, simple easy to understand responses.

The big selection of products and colours that were available to select at prestarts was amazing and being able to chose specific colours and taps really made it feel like my house was completely personalised to my taste.

Now that Construction has been completed I'm more than happy with the quality of the workmanship. The finished product was built to the same quality as the display home in the same suburb as my home.

When I eventually build my second or third home I will definitely be going back to Content Living.

From first meeting with Scott at the display village, our pre-start meeting with Michelle, the process of construction with the site supervisor Nic and being constantly updated by Shelby at the office, I have nothing but kind words to say. The whole team were quick to see to our needs and communicated any issues through to us immediately. I never could imagine that the build could go ahead so seamlessly.

The building process was stress free i had no problems with the construction of my home the staff are always helpful pre start was a breeze with the help the staff give you,communication was great the building supervisor was also fantastic i have been in my home for a few years now and have had no problems

From the start till the end of the construction of my house, from small to big thing, from early morning till night, Content Living never let me down. Explanation from details to details are very straight forward and specific.

Since My wife and I approached Mr. Ajay, the sell representative, we noticed that he is not only a sell rep. , but also has sound knowledge in design and helped us to improve our dream design home and have always solutions and he loves his job. It was not easy to find great builder like Content living., Moreover, the liaison person, Ms Shelby, is also great person in communication. She also used to call me weekly to inform me about the progress of the building., and she answer my enquiries within one working day maximum. Mr, Tom, the supervisor, is great man and very well organized person and has great knowledge and experience in his work. Building is not easy process but Content Living has great team and they are able to make this experience not only easy, but enjoyable experience . We have dream and imagination about our home, but Content Living team makes our home even more beautiful than expectation and we never thought that this home will be like heaven. My wife and I believe that Thank you is not enough to describe our gratitude to those great team.We want also to say thank you very much to Gino, the Manager of Content Living, for those great team you blessed with. We talk with our neighbors who are building with different builders and listen to their experiences, I easily can say that it is unfair to compare Content Living to others (with all respect to most of the builders ), as Content Living, according to our experience, are the best of the best. We built with Content Living in 2014, last night I spoke to someone online about requesting online copies of our plans. I have just received them - less that 1 day. Now that’s what I call a good service. Our build was great and we have had no problems with the house in the almost six years we’ve been here. Thank you content living - I know who I will be talking to when the time comes to build again!!

This was the first time we had built a house in 33 years and when we looked at the different building companies, Content Living designs and the Salesman at the display home stood out from the rest. It was such a positive experience. Then the Pre start was next and we couldn't have had a better designer. She was fabulous. Next came the site supervisor, well say no more, he could not have been more helpful. I called him numerous times and he went out of his way to assist in every aspect. Thanks Content Living.
