We feel very fortunate to have found Jacque as our agent. Her knowledge of the Boise real estate market is only surpassed by her ability to translate our criteria for the ideal home into reality. We felt we had a real partner in our home buying quest and ultimately, we found the perfect home. I can honestly say that I don't think we could have navigated the process and closed the deal without her.

My wife and I had a Great Real Estate buying experience with the husband and wife team of Kathryn, and Daryl Smith. They're with Hughs Group Real Estate located in Eagle, Idaho. Kathryn was able help my wife and I secure a beautiful house in Boise, Idaho. It was alot of work being that we were out of state living in Bakersfield,Ca with our house pending to sale. We bought the house, not even seeing what it looked like.We had Kathryn give us a virtual tour of it on video!! We were just trusting God in the whole transaction. Hats off to Lisa DePasquale! She was attentive, never in a hurry, and very patient with our many questions, emails, and phone calls. We were out of state and she was our eyes and ears for the entire transaction. She interacted with every aspect of the sale. Lisa checked in with us often and and made sure everything was handled professionally. From start to finish I would recommend Lisa as your go-to realtor. I can never thank her enough!!

Stephanie Alexander was amazing to work with! She was very kind, helpful and patient with me while we looked at homes while not knowing exactly what we wanted. She was great with staying in contact throughout the entire process and extremely helpful with her knowledge and experience. When we finally found our home Stephanie was very diligent in making sure everything went smooth, answering all of my questions and making sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I will recommend her every time I get asked or hear if someone needing a realtor!

Mark was always available to answer and guide our real estate purchase. negotiated a significant reduction in price on a brand new home. advised on mortgage documents explanning what was acceptable for charges.

Marty Urwin helped us find the perfect house for our needs. My wife and I recently retired and relocated to this region to be closer to family. The Treasure Valley is large and quite diverse, which made considering all of the choices we had overwhelming. It was a real pleasure to work with Marty. Candice Klug helped us buy and sell recently and was an AMAZING realtor. She is good at everything you would expect a good realtor to do (communication, details, negotiation, etc). But our favorite thing about Candice was all the EXTRA things that are above and beyond her job that she willing did for us without being asked to make both the selling and buying experience as good as it could be. Dan was on top of showing us potential homes and was rock solid when it came to the time to purchase a home. Follow up on all the closing activity including the inspection was excellent. Would use Dan in the future.

Maria is an absolutely remarkable real estate agent. When I met Maria I lived out of state and was planning on moving back to the NW. Maria was happy to set up a portal for us to view properties in the Boise area and would periodically call to check in with us, to see where we were in the process of our move. When we let Maria know the day that we would be in the Boise area to look for houses, she dropped everything to spend the day with us looking at many homes. We appreciate the flexibility that Maria showed. When we were unable to make the home inspection Maria was there with Face Time to ensure we were involved with the experience. On the day of the final walk through Maria was there watching over all the details to make sure we had the best experience possible. Maria is fantastic and I highly recommend her. Her calm demeanor, knowledge of the area and desire to assist others are just a few of the reasons you want Maria as your real estate agent!!

We cannot say enough great things about Laura Gray, she is a true professional!! She listened to our needs and found homes that were exactly what we were looking for. At the end of the first day we had 4 homes that were finalist, by the second day we had an accepted offer. She followed up quickly and addressed questions we didn't even realize we should ask. She made the home buying process smooth and easy. Her attention to detail was amazing! We highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. She is simply the best!!

Mark was very helpful in providing us with mapping the area. Since we were out of towners, we were some what lost but Mark set us up in the right direction. He also, without having to, provided contractors to check out the property, we ended up purchasing, for any underlying problems prior to closing escrow. We hope to have Mark as a friend when we get up there.

Maria made the whole home buying process easy. This was my second home purchase and the third realtor I've worked with and if I ever make another real estate transaction Maria will be my go to Realtor.
