My Partner and I were looking to start building our first ever home, after many months of searching we decided that we would build with Domaine. Our first experience at the oran park office was great, we met Toby who was very professional, honest and genuine with our interests. From the get go was very helpful and tried to always cater for our needs and wants. After many meetings and phone calls with Toby, who is always contactable and provides exceptional advice we were finally able to build the home we wanted.

I’m am currently at the beginning of the construction stage. Everything to this this point has been explained to me fully. My customer service consultant was Charlotte Fooks. She is exceptionally friendly. Very knowledgable and always responds to queries promptly.
Domains homes from processes and procedures at each step of the way is very organised. I am extremely happy with them.
My final costs were the same as the estimated costs. I was not hit with any extra additional costs.

Our journey started in November last year from scouring home builders until it led us to Domaine Homes in Box Hill, our sales person Michael Depalo has been excellent from day one from listening to our wants and our needs as well as making us feel comfortable and confident in one of the biggest steps of our lives, the customer service from head office has also been exceptional thus far and we wouldn't have chosen anyone else.

As any first home buyer would, we went to a lot of display homes and met with a lot of builder sales consultants.

Their design, inclusions, and offers made Domaine Homes one of our top three choices but what sealed the deal for us was the sales meetings: All the sales consultants we met from different builders were friendly and nice as expected, but none were as thorough and knowledgeable as Michael Depalo from Domaine Homes in Box Hill.

Michael made the sales journey very easy for us, explaining all the details clearly and answering every single question we had. He was very upfront with the pricing and other potential costs that may arise based on his assessment of our land and preferred build, allowing us to make better decisions on how to maximise our budget. Michael is very personable and accommodating. His approach and responses to our concerns always come from his understanding of our needs. What a consultant - Rebecca at Parkea she is the best in the business... with the best knowledge about construction , no one took the time to go through every step from paperwork to construction , even helped us with the sticky finance approvals .

Throughout our experience with Domaine, we have received helpful, honest and friendly service from Michael Depalo and his team at Domaine Box Hill. A couple of months ago, my partner and I approached Domaine in hopes of building our first home. During the initial process of selecting land and a house to fit, we faced a couple of minor complications, however Michael went above and beyond to help make it work, and to make the process less daunting. He is always a phone call or email away, and always endeavors to get back to us as soon as possible. Michael has always been up front about costs and works in our best interest. We are now moving towards signing the last of the paperwork, and are super excited to begin building our home. We hope that the rest of the building process proves as easy as it has been thus far. You rock, Michael!

At pre construction stage so far, but just want to say Jason Hatz from Domaine Warnervale has been invaluable to the process and deserves all the credit to our decision so far.
He has emailed back or answered my phone calls with any questions i have very promptly and has kept me well informed along the way.
Would not hesitate to recommend him.

First home buyer confusion solved by Pawan. Great sales person had helped us through the whole process being quick on response and giving his personal suggestions helped us made our design decision and budget easier to handle. Ok to start off with domaine were very pleasant to deal with up until a few months near completion of our home and they started with the b/s the site manager started with not answering my calls the house across from me was also building with domaine and he had the same or similar problems with the site manager and customer care they lie and lie again. So my problems start with the boundaries they installed fences in wrong spot nearly 500mm out After I told them where I wanted it ( also we were not and still don’t have the landscaping plans) also fence is missing one panel at front of house and they told me they could not install fence on retaining wall and I had to get solicitor to deal with them And also got a quote stating that it could be done and we are still waiting on answer. The tv wall conduit to hide cables fell down in wall, site manager said that’s acceptable. Pretty much wiped their hands of it front garden looks terrible they had 2 goes at fixing it and it still looks crooked and not straight . Bedroom 3 light switch is just mounted in the middle of the wall no where near the door. backs of down pipes aren’t painted (looks like a 2 year old painted them ! ) The insulation in the roof was just thrown everywhere I got up their and installed it properly my self it wasn’t worth asking them to do it or I would still be waiting and the Plumping in slab sounds either blocked or crushed because water takes forever to get through and when it does it sounds restricted. The oven can’t handle its own heat as the glass shattered on its 2 months of use it’s been 2 weeks without oven so far and still waiting. The Water metre is damaged from landscapers (afraid to touch it as it weeps water) Drive way not sealed and driveway doesn’t seem wide enough.
Also don’t do handover until all of these things are fixed as they say they will come back and so far it’s been 3 months and we are still waiting and so is half the street that built with domaine also their cleaner spends the night in your house and has a habit of leaving all your things like aircon / lights / and garage door wide open this I have witnessed first hand as I seen this happen to 3 houses getting built in The street when I had moved in and yes you pay the power while the house is under construction. The alfresco concrete has big gouges in it and not finished off around brick work and Rear stacker doors are still all crooked and out of line they leak and seals are not installed properly if you get a floating floor they 100% lift that happened to neighbours house. The gas wasn’t hooked up on handover they ended up doing it that day. They give you a handover date and it’s false they made us give notice at rental and we lost bond as they kept chopping and changing dates on us. It would not of been so bad if the site manager and his boss were more honest yes they are friendly to your face but they don’t listen or tell you the truth. And the house was filthy before handover and the cleaner wasn’t coming until 3 days after and as we were stuffed around by domaine we had already moved in and we cleaned the house ourselves and as did the neighbours across from us. So if you enter in to a contract with domaine make sure you have your solicitor handy it made building our first house horrible. And stressful you pour your hard earnings into your dream home and this is what you get My brother was going to build with them and I talked him out of it he went Else where And 2 work mates I also told them to steer clear of them as they are looking at building and since talking to the rest of our street they weren’t happy with domaine either.

We didn't actually know that Domaine Homes existed until I was pulling my hair out one morning, not satisfied with other builders, their tenders and what they couldn't offer us. I made my way to the Warnervale display home for the very last time when I drove past Domaine Homes.
We were greeted by Jason who has been fantastic and thorough. Very helpful and the process so far as a whole has been simple. All of our question have been answered and changes to plans made quickly.
Overall, we have had a really great experience and we cant wait for the finished product

As a first home buyer, I was really nervous/confused/worried about choosing the right builder. My land was due to register in 12 months so had ample of time to look around finding the right builder. After meeting numerous builders, I have finally decided to choose Domaine homes (all credit goes to Michael Depalo at Box Hill). His professionalism is outclass, always available for your questions even on his days off. Outstanding customer service, communicated clear expectations with assurance that the plan I chose can be built (even with a lot of complications due to a narrow block). Michael went above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied before signing the tender.

From the day of signing the contract, Domaine homes showed us lots of positive signs and also responded back to our queries within a day. Customer service contact (Sam) was always there to help and provide quick updates on our pre-construction stages and also doing regular followup's on the construction approval etc. we have now moved to the construction stage and will be looking forward for a similar outcome.

Monica took us through the contract signing and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her knowledge was impeccable and she presented the contract in terms that were easily understood. Monica promptly answered all questions and when required immediately sourced answers from her colleagues and even our land developer. Monica also has extensive knowledge of the home design and possible options and made some suggestions that we implemented. We highly recommend Monica and ask for her input on the design.
We entered the colour selection studio with some trepidation but Taylor's extensive knowledge, expert advice and use of images from previous builds quickly put us at ease. Taylor always listened and knew exactly what look we were going for in all areas and always offered better solutions. We left the colour studio extremely happy with the end results which are better than we ever expected or hoped for. We are now excited to see the end results and we highly recommend Taylor and her excellent suggestions.

I'm very happy with Charlotte the customer service representative that was assigned to my build, she has been very clear and kept me well informed of what is happening and the future steps I need to take. I have just been assigned a Site Supervisor and looking forward to my build starting.
