Die einzigen Gewinner beim Covid Es sind zwei Jahre schon von meinem Flugticketkauf vergangen und ich habe mein Geld von durch Fluggesellschaft storniertes Flug immer noch nicht. Die Fluggesellschaft verweist mich auf Opodo, Opodo auf die Fluggesellschaft. Opodo hatte hier einfach die Flugkosten nicht weitergeleitet. Und zum Beschweren gibt keine Anlaufstelle. Betrug hoch 10!!

If I could give -5, I would! Terrible experience on July 24, 2022 on line from Split, Croatia to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Hercegovina. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Late arrival due drivers decisions to drive locals on there home address, even they have to take off from the main bus road. Including one of drivers. Totally primitive drivers, not speaking any language, but very disrespectful and rude to passengers. Also driver is smoking in the bus and throwing cigarets out throw the window. Drivers skills very bad, one by one passenger was complaining for not feeling good…. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

Une agence de voyage pas très fiable j’attends un remboursement depuis décembre. le lundi 6 juin 2022 j’ai parlé à un conseiller qui m’a confirmé que Ils ont reçu le remboursement le 29 mai que d’ici 10 jours Le remboursement sera fait sur mon compte bancaire et aujourd’hui j’appelle Et on me dit une autre version différente. Ça fait 170 jour j’attends. Sur l’application il dit ça prend trois mois mais là on a dépassé fais pas confiance .

Good range of courses, knowledgeable instructors, online and in person options. Downside is variation in teaching styles. I took the InDesign 101 class twice and my second instructor was much better than the first, in my opinion. The first one was a student-led style, where we figured out how to do things. The second one was more lecture style showing us exactly how to use each function. I prefer the second because we got through much more material in the time available. I also feel that the course is overpriced. I realize that it is usually companies paying for it and that may be the justification for increasing the price, but there are also freelancers out there who might also want this training and who simply can't afford it.

The facility and equipment were great. The instructor was amazing and extremely knowledgeable with the Adobe programs. He delivered the material in a way that was easy to understand and went above and beyond in helping to learn the material and software. Will definitely be back to take more training courses. Purchased this to replace the Browning case that came with my Cynergy Trap Combo. The Negrini case being much trimmer and less bulky is so much easier to stow in a smaller space which was my issue with the Browning case.

Love It. I recently purchased a Negrini case for my H&K USP 40. As this is my first Negrini case, I had no expectations as to fit and finish. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was packaged. After removing the case from the packaging, I was impressed with the fit and finish of the case itself. The interior was easier than I expected when fitting the pistol. I took more time than I probably needed to set the locks. (the last thing I wanted to do was lock myself out). In the end they were a piece of cake to set. Thanks to John for helping me with the selection. His help was perfect. So my only problem now is deciding which case to get next. One for my grandfathers Parker 20 gauge or one for my AR. Thank you.

Was due to stay in villa for 14 days but only lasted first night Firstly the road it is in is a complete dust track and gets everywhere Externally the villa clearly needs some love and attention as don’t think it’s been touched since it’s been built The patio needs a good clean with weeds left un treated around pool and at various points The pictures are out of date and in fairness the kitchen has been slightly improved The main issue we left after a day was that there was a villa opposite having major renovation work that started very loudly at 7am Feel gutted as I had emailed the company about the previous review and was assured it wouldn’t impact our holiday Well cement mixers with Cypriot builders shouting at 7am is not good The Location has so much potential but looking at all the three in a row unless a big investment is made to bring up to standard I would avoid unless desperate We bumped into the people next door in town and they confirmed our worst fears when I popped to see them the next day They have had constant noise at various times apart from only one day They had 4 deliveries of a cement truck and a least three other deliveries of what looks like paving slabs and roof tiles over the period that they have been in to witness Cement mixers and banging constantly I thought I would pop my head in to see if they had sorted any of the other issues that we had raised to the owner Thankfully some of the weeds had been removed But on closer inspection there was a sun bed ripped(on a review in August on another site)and still had the sharp edge cracks at various points around the pool The pool light which is hanging off about 3 inches with the cover broken on the top with sharp bolts hanging through A accident just waiting to happen Thankfully if you do cut your foot there was a outside shower in pristine condition(see photo) AGNI response was the owner offered to ask builders to start later(autistic person who can’t deal with the noise at 7 or 11 the damage was done and had continued) They will pass issues onto owner about the other bits Health and safety at its finest Well the Agni website claim a inspection is taken pre arrival so that it’s a PERFECT stay Personally pictures don’t lie but how can this property have 16 5star reviews without a issue on AGNI Website I don’t tend to moan but the ability to ignore parts of emails and not resolve anything should be the company moto Will take this further through courts and VRBO who we booked through

AVOID!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM AVOID!!! FRAUDSTERS! All positive reviews on trustpilot are fake, written by the company themselves ! Avoid at all costs! They will sell you a flight, take the payment / deposit. Then call you back to say the flight no longer exists at the agreed price. They did this to us. We booked a package holiday for £1090 pp and they called me 2 days after taking my payment to say the original flights do not exist at the agreed price and instead have to pay £100 pp more to have the same flight or fly from an airport much further away! How are they allowed to do this! They are such crooks. Then they told us the hotel has already been booked and if we don’t pay the £100 extra we have to cancel for which we have to pay a penalty of £75 each. They are so sneaky and sly. Read the small print on their website which allows them to increase holiday prices by 8% despite agreeing to a lower fare and taking a deposit too. Horrendous experience - so stressful and they are so sweet when they want your money but when they get it they don’t want to know you. Stay away at all costs no matter how cheap the flights look. Not worth the stress.

We booked a Holiday with Saga to Rhodes through Designer Travel, our local branch of Hays here, in Ramsbottom Lancashire. We paid the balance in February the holiday was due to take place 3rd-17th June but was cancelled in May. We have been struggling to get our money back ever since. Saga insist they are waiting for the accounts team at Hays to accept the refund cancellation credit. Designer Travel who we paid the money to say they are also waiting for the accounts team at Hays Head office to accept the credit and say they are powerless to refund until they do. In the meantime Hays Travel Head Office in Sunderland have ignored every email and phone call and we are still waiting for nearly £4,000 to be refunded. How on earth have they got such a good press when they treat their customers so badly? When the future of the tourist industry does not look good our local branch of Hays is about to lose two regular customers.

I can say that baby style for buying new parts for my little girls buggy, where amazing, so pleasant & helpful on the phone as I needed 2 new wheels they promised delivery within few days & I was surprised to receive my new wheels 3 days later with a note inside stating that they did not have my chrome wheels in stock so they had just went ahead & sent me the mirror style but so my buggy would not look silly or out of place they had enclosed the 4 wheels for my oyster buggy & I was still only charged for my 2 wheels I had ordered also an appolagetic letter enclosed, I can honestly say was best customer service I have received in a long time, thank u baby style xx

On 15/10/19 I ordered my new phone as my old one just stopped working, it took two weeks to deliver my new phone(delivered on 28/10/19)!!! No message or email for any delays, no apologies. Had to buy somewhere else an other phone as I could not wait so long and return the one I was waiting for ages. That was very bad and stressful experience.

Upon the arrival I asked about the total number of options and it turned out to be really 27. It is an excellent aggregator that shows all the results. Afterwards I tested similar aggregators at home and the offer range is much less.

We wanted to fish on the Amazon once again. We organized a tour independently. It's a bit pricey, but about 60% cheaper than the "exclusive" offers from travel agencies. My Partner and I were looking to start building our first ever home, after many months of searching we decided that we would build with Domaine. Our first experience at the oran park office was great, we met Toby who was very professional, honest and genuine with our interests. Our building supervisor was David Wawrowski and couldn't ask for a better building supervisor! He ensured all the things were well taken care of. He even put a down light in WIP in good faith for us as we forgot (it's our first house so don't judge :P). Catering to our custom requirements NHS Home build gave us the peace of mind a first home buyer needs. Valissa ensured we were informed during all the stages of construction and when other trades were booked in. After our handover NHS team ensured we had a smooth transition and any issues occurring were handled quickly!

I had done a hotel booking through goibibo in the month of June with booking Id-HTLZ2E35B2. While i reached hotel check-in was denied and hotel charged me extra money for booking even if entire booking amount was already paid to goibibo earlier. I had raised this issue with goibibo customer service center having Service Request No-28038593, but no response received from company. Escalating this matter to management team by requesting through repeated emails and telephonic conversations, goibibo neither resolved this issue nor refunded my money and provided any compensation to me. This shows how this company is cheating and harassing customers and luring money from them in the name of hotel bookings. This is a scam between hoteliers and goibibo to loot extra money from customers who booked the hotel. This is not acceptable and really disappointing and hope this things doesn't happen with any other customers.This is the worst service ever provided by goibibo. The customer service team are such shameless people that they don't reply to mails and don't even have decency to contact customers and resolve their issues. This is absolutely shame of goibibo to provide this type of worst services. I am now compelled to move legally and file a case in consumer court to get back my money and claim compensation against harassment.

UPDATED 4/20/2020: On April 16, 2020, GoWay Travel told us that they talked to the Philippines Airlines and the Airlines agreed to refund directly to our credit card the amount paid for the flights they had to cancel because of the ban travel by the Philippines government. We take GoWay Travel's words on its face value. We have not heard/received any document from the Philippines Airlines about their agreement of direct refund. We are now waiting for the refund. Until then, we continue to GoWay Travel responsible, as the Travel Agent, to represent us to get the refund from the cancelled flights because we paid the air tickets to GoWay Travel, not to the Airlines. Will update this post when we receive the refund ================================= Original post in March: Questionable Action by GoWay in flights cancelled by the Airline We contacted GoWay in October 2019 for a trip to Malaysia and Singapore on March 09, 2020. Received the quote 538109 of US$18,232.84. First payment made in November 2019 for the land deposit and air tickets. We received The Booking Status Summary with errors of passenger names, birth dates and addresses despite our correct information was sent both in email and fax. It took two more versions before the information in the Booking Status Summary are correctly corrected (meaning there were still errors in the subsequent versions !!!) Final payment on January 06, 2020. After we received the Fully-PAID BOOKING STATUS SUMMARY in January 2020 from GoWay, we could not log in the airline website using the Airline Locator given in the BOOKING STATUS SUMMARY for selecting seats, upgrades, and check in. Contacted GoWay on January 19, 2020 of the problem and was told that it should be working and it is the airline problem, not GoWay's problem.We NEVER HAVE that problems with ALL the airlines that we have used, either booked on our own or booked by the travel agencies. The airline told us to contact GoWay with we want to upgrade our seats. GoWay never responded to our request (phone and email) on seat upgrades. (Very strange to me at that time because GoWay would make more with our seat upgrade of more than US$4,000.00) On February 07, 2020, (beyond the 30 days window of the Travel date of March 09, 2020, we contacted Goway about the option of rescheduling (NOT CANCELLING) the trip because we saw the coming problem with COVID-19. GoWay did not respond until we were in the 30 days window with the statement: (quoted)"With that being said, full cancellation fees unfortunately do apply, even if you want to move to another date. The fee right now is 100% for all arrangements. "(quoted) We DID NOT ask for CANCELLATION. We want to reschedule the trip to a future date once the COVID-19 is over. GoWay did not respond until we were in the under-30-day period !!! On March 09, we did not take the trip and we DID NOT CANCEL THE TRIP. We want to keep the air tickets OPEN. On March 22, 2020 the airlines CANCELLED our return flights to comply to the new travel ban order from the government. The Airline offers the voucher for future use for passengers of those specific cancelled flight. The airline told us to contact GoWay because GoWay booked the flights. We contacted GoWay asking GoWay to contact the airline, ON OUR BEHALF, about the offer made for passengers of those cancelled flights. GoWay responded that, requoted below: "When you chose to not go on your trip, the airline was flying as normal and there were NO travel advisories for Singapore and Malaysia. Normal airline fare rules applied. When choosing to not fly, that is your choice and again, all fare rules apply accordingly. I am not able to get you a credit or monies for the flights not taken as this was your choice not to travel – there is nothing to refund or credit." That response is a very twisted response: We never ask for any refunds from GoWay. We asked GoWay to do their contractual responsibility of an Agent representing their client to contact the airline. On March 22, 2020, the airline CANCELLED the flights and they offer options for passengers of those specific flights. Our not taking the departure flights on March 09, 2020 is irrelevant to the tickets for the flights on March 22, 2020. I started searching on the web and saw this review website. Will search for all customers who have the same problems with GoWay. No one is perfect, errors are made sometimes, BUT I want to customer of GoWay to be aware of these pitfalls:: 1. NOT RESPONDING until the NON-CANCELLATION time window goes to effect. 2. RESPONDING with confusing message, non relevant to the issue raised. Using their purchased mileages to pay for our air tickets??? NO UPGRADES, NO ONLINE UPGRADE, SEAT SELECTION ?????

Michael is attentive to detail, cost, weather and to informing you about available options that you might want to experience. I placed another on 10th of May and one item In that order was on a wait - that was £110 ish On 12th May, email stating that the first order was out for delivery. Still not delivered by 25th May and this was my explanation today... We may have run out stock so had to cancel delivery. You feeders will be delivered around the 17th June. James Customer service is rubbish, no mention of all the other items and their website says all of the stuff other than one feeder (out of stock at time of ordering) is available for customers to order. Uk based companies should be upping their game and encouraging us to buy. Lots to learn it appears!

Highly recommend Evren as a tour guide for Turkey and beyond. He spent a week with us touring throughout various parts of Turkey in 2018. Evren was nice, funny, attentive to details, and thoroughly organized throughout all aspects of the trip. Our large group of 40+ individuals did a multi-day bike trek/endurance challenge, which added numerous logistical and scheduling complexities. Evren did a great job overseeing the entire group while also paying close attention to individuals who needed additional assistance. Your trip with Evren will be memorable, and he will definitely keep you entertained the whole time!

This is the second trip we have planned with Indochina Travel. We went to Myanmar 4 years ago and this past January traveled to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Our experience working with Patrick and Tree has been stellar. Patrick is a wealth of information about Southeast Asia and we loved his accessibility and time in helping us to plan a truly unique adventure that was culturally rich and also active and memorable. Because Indochina Travel has a presence in Vietnam, you are not having to deal with a company in the states and then another company in Asia. As a result, things were much more seamless and individualized and flexible. On both trips, our guides were amazing- professional, attentive, incredibly informative and fun. What we loved is that Patrick really helped to provide us with a very rich experience that allowed us to feel immersed in the culture and to meet people such as journalists and artists who would be able to give us history and perspective of their cultures. Tree did a wonderful job in planning our accommodations and we were very pleased with the hotels and attention we received as a result of being clients of Indochina Travel. We recommend Patrick and Tree without reservation- you will have an experience like no other working with them. Our only regret is that they don't do this in other parts of the world!!

Hi All, I've had a very poor experience with this agent. They have cheated me out of my refund. Jetstar refunded us for the flight - they provided the Mastercard number of this agent into which the refund was processed and the refund ID. But these guys have sat on it and are now refusing to send the money back to us. We have sent them transcripts of our chat with Jetstar but they continue to say that the status of refund is showing as 'pending' on their system. Its been over a month. This is ridiculous because we have provided them the reference from the airline showing the refund ID/ date of process/ Mastercard into which credit was issued. They ignore all that - they refuse to provide me screenshot of the system which shows at their end as 'refund pending'. This is just cheating/ cybercrime. They are bloody scamsters, hiding behind nameless/ faceless entity, holed away in some corner of Europe and running a scam business. I will request all you people who have had similar experience, to contact the airline companies and try to get them disbarred as recognised agents. Also contact all industry bodies - IATA etc to show them up for what they are and get them disqualified to sell tickets on behalf of airlines.

We had an amazing 8 day Ireland vacation. We worked closely with our travel advisor, Heather B., to plan every detail of our trip. Heather tailored it perfectly to fit our interests and our desire to meander by car along the coasts to visit the historic, cultural and nature sights of southern Ireland. We stayed at seven lovely B&Bs on the west, south and east coasts. The B&B hosts were wonderfully gracious and welcoming. Heather made dinner reservations or recommendations for each night, which were universally fabulous. We visited many centuries old monasteries, castles, forts and settlements. We toured several wonderful museums. Heather provided us with a Google maps link for each day our travel. The beaches, cliffs, lighthouses and seaside villages along the coasts were delightfully scenic, peaceful and sublime. We drove exactly 1,000 miles on our trip at a very leisurely pace. We booked our family vacation through Hide & Seek - this was our first visit to Africa, so a little guidance on where to go and what to do was needed. Over the course of two weeks 'consultation,' we ultimately had what appeared to be the perfect safari for us. I'm pleased to say that the actual vacation proved to surpass our expectations in so many ways. There was an issue with a delayed flight out of JFK, but this could not have been avoided - Hide & Seek were also at hand to make adjustments to our itinerary so as little time on arrival was lost. It was very reassuring to have had Hide & Seek take care of these issues as well as they did. We would love to return to Africa again and will certainly be booking this through Jamie. We recently booked a tour to South America through Hide and Seek Travel and the whole customer journey was first class from start to finish. We had done a lot of research into various countries and experiences ourselves and nothing we found quite encompassed everything we wanted to do. Jamie at Hide and Seek managed to tailor an intinerary for our holiday that ticked all the boxes and met all our exceedingly fussy needs. Fantastic service and no question was left unanswered. This has been the worst business transaction and I will file it under two words "Unethical" and "Extortion" I have been trying to cancel a trip to the Netherlands in the Fall of 2020 since March 2020. I have emailed them and they respond acknowledging what I want to do and advise that I call them. I call them and they do not answer and there is NO OPTION to leave a voicemail. They have the gall to send me an invoice in June to pay the balance of the trip!! This organization needs to be investigated. 1) We currently cannot travel to Europe due to Covid-19, 2) I gave more than four months notice of my desire to cancel. 2) They refuse to give back the $250 payment I made AND want me to pay for the trip in full by July 2!! Road Scholar NO MORE!!

Just landed for a road scholar trip , in a strange city, running late and worried you'll miss your transfer shuttle? Who ya gonna call? Not Road Scholar! They place no importance on this important aspect of customer service. At least they didn't when I took my trip to Santa Fe. The "emergency" call center didn't know who was supposed to meet us at the airport-didn't have any names-didn't know if they were still there or when they were leaving. Really? I think that is what technology is for. Unforgivable, Road scholar. You can do better.

This two hour excursion included driving the rim of the ancient volcano above Akaroa to see the harbor and local plants. Our guide Benoit or Ben. a 8 yr inhabitant from France was very knowledgeable about birds, plants and conservation. He explained the 50 million possums that have overrun the country's forests. We examined 4 wooden boxes places on a hillside with a single opening that contained one or 2 blue penguins that would quickly hide their faces and huddle at the back of their man made Burrow. You have to be quick to capture a picture. I was hoping to see some coming onto shore but that occurs very late in the afternoon. My biggest concern was we paid more than $100 more per booking than the $65 pp new Zealand dollar on site that is only $42.50 US dollars each.
