My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful day with Duran, his wife Maria, and son Andres! The tour of the open market was authentic, exciting, interesting, and yummy! Maria and Andres made sure we felt safe, and gave thorough explanations for our questions. The meal was exceptional and we can't wait to use the recipe Maria sent us! Duran offered to give us a walking history tour of the city afterwards, and we couldn't pass it up. He was knowledgeable and added funny anecdotes throughout the tour. We toured the walled city and Gestamani. We highly recommend using Duran Duran on your trip to Cartagena!

This was my second time on a tour with Duran and it was as good as the first. I recommend him to every friend who visits Cartagena. What a great way to see the city and to learn about its history. I cannot suggest this enough!!

I wanted to travel over the 4 days from Chinese New Year to Hanoi and wanted to included a cruise to the Halong Bay. As in Vietnam at the same time there is the Tet festival, the Vietnamese New Year, I read that a lot of tour operator are not providing any service. Very quick I was falling on Blue Dragon Tours which I contacted, which I did not regret! I got replies very quickly and very patiently they answered ALL my questions and tried to find the best planing for me, that I decided to take an all inclusive package with them including pick up from the airport to the hotel, pick up next morning for the cruise to Halong Bay, transfer back and also transfer back to the airport. The hotel they proposed me was fantastique (Medallion Hotel) with very friendly and helpful people and the cruise was also perfect organized! Nothing to complain! They helped me as well with the VISA. Everything quickly via Email. My trip was a big pleasure and I enjoyed it a lot! Thanks Blue Dragon Tours! Thanks Kami!

We wanted a hassle-free, minimal-tour guide and free and easy holiday in North Vietnam. We've also planned out a draft itinerary according to what we think is best. We conveyed it all to Ms. Sunny (our agent) and got EXACTLY what we wanted. She advised us on several things which would made our trip even more hassle-free, as well as friendly on our budget. There were no unnecessary tourist traps and fluff that we had to spend or waste our time and money on. The guides that were with us on some trips are reliable and made sure security was the top priority. I would recommend ANYONE to Halong Bay Tours anytime!

Bury your head in the sand and hope it… Bury your head in the sand and hope it will go away. If you have an issue this is what it appears this company do. This is our 4th cruise we have booked with them, unfortunately they kept getting cancelled due to covid. Our Antarctic cruise we moved forward, so they have a very large chunk of our money. They have booked us without our approval on a 3rd rate airline to Buenos Aires where we board the ship. (Air Europa) We looked ourselves at flights and are more than happy to fly with Iberia airlines (the cheapest normal carrier). They say we have to pay an extra £250 each to move the flight which we never agreed to. I ghost shopped them to see what they are offering new clients booking this cruise. Can you believe it. The cruise is approx £250 cheaper and flying with Iberia which we want. Note our cabin is an outside one which there appear to be none left with them, this new price is an inside cabin price. However I would like the options to decide myself what and how to travel. We contact everyday now with nothing is returned. The owner of the company needs to look at what his staff are up to. In business, reputation is everything. I hope this helps someone to avoid the stress we are currently experiencing which should be a holiday of a lifetime. Note when this exact cruise was cancelled due to covid, we were booked on Air France.

The cabins (we had Cadell 45) were perfectly big enough, the lounges and dining room elegant, the food extremely good, and the bar prices very reasonable indeed for a captive audience. As for the crew, I particularly want to mention Amanda. All the crew were good, but she was totally outstanding. Mature age people in hospitality are the best !

Rented an RV from Cruise America in NJ to travel across the country with my wife and 2 baby girls (2 year old and 2 month old). They didn't properly clean the unit. It has bedbugs on the bed in the back, we had to cut our trip short and my wife and I went to the urgent care with allergic reactions. The company proceeded to tell us there was nothing in the RV, that we were to blame for bedbugs, and offered no real assistance. We arrived in California and waited 5 hours for a manager or anyone to call us to figure out what to do next - the call never happened and we had to leave riddled with bite marks and had to throw out half of our stuff in the garbage as we were afraid to bring anything back home with us. Cruise America told us they could only refund us the days that weren't used which wasn't remotely close to the amount of money we spent on the trip itself and all the things we've had to throw away. Absolutely awful experience. It's been a month and we have yet to receive a call or anything from this company to help us. it's absolutely ridiculous.

I was a first time buyer and I am happy with my purchase. Pros: all appliances worked, new tires, clean engine, no leaks & simple purchase procedure. Cons: upholstery and curtains ready for replacement. I recommend that you rent a unit before purchasing in order to gain familiarity with these RV's. When you purchase, camp locally and use the unit for several days before departing - Cruise America will make repairs, if necessary. I purchased a 23' because of access to national, state & county parks - every additional foot further reduces access. Remember, these are homes rolling down the road - you will have repairs.

If only I could rate 0 stars! Never before have encountered such a useless, incompetent organisation. On the 3rd April following Royal Caribbean cancellation of our cruise (3rd May 7 nights) I requested through Iglu a full refund. The 90 day time stated I accepted as the refund would have to come from Royal Caribbean to Iglu before being past onto us, with the pre-booked excursions being directly refunded from Royal Caribbean. Throughout May and June 3 random amounts of money were drip fed directly from Royal Caribbean into my bank account. When I again contacted Iglu (22nd June) to ask why this occurring, they were horrified that Royal Caribbean were refunding me directly, as it meant no monies were being past through Iglu. Acknowledging that there was still an outstanding amount to be refunded, Iglu again insisted on yet further time to pay (around 30 days), and this time the outstanding monies would be refunded via themselves. To date this has taken 17 weeks, and we are still awaiting a further amount of £583.72. Iglu's own website states that Royal Caribbean refunds will be completed in 45 days. Contacting Iglu is extremely hard work, unanswered emails (via their website as no direct customer service email), limited opening hours coupled with long telephone waits only for their staff to read through the notes and throw out empty assurances that your concerns (in this case refund) will be looked into. There is little evidence of any drive from Iglu to pursue these cruise companies hard for a prompt and full customer refund. I echo what others have said, in the case of Iglu / Royal Caribbean the customer is the last link in the chain, despite personal hardships under these difficult times, refunds are being withheld to keep these incompetent companies afloat. I urge everyone who reads these reviews, NEVER EVER BOOK THROUGH IGLU, THEY DESERVE TO FAIL!
