They kept in touch throughout the planning and design part and the guys who arrived to build our cabin were a credit to the team. Can’t recommend Log Cabins Scotland highly enough .

We had a pavilion built by LCS 6 years ago and had absolutely no complaints at any stage in the process; from their initial contact to the build and signoff the team were thoroughly professional and delivered a quality product within our agreed timescales. Moving on to the present; we recently had an issue with one of the door handle bolts becoming loose and a small piece was lost in the garden. I contacted LCS on the off chance that they may be able to suggest a remedy or a supplier for such small spares. Within 2 days Keith and Wendy had mailed me (1st class post) the necessary spares at no cost to ourselves. In terms of quality workmanship and Customer focus it would be difficult to beat the service provided by LCS Many thanks Wendy, Keith Regards NormanH

The frames of a building panel was not square so the doors will never fit, the company does not care, simply constantly asking for photographs.The overall build quality is vey flimsy. Shame there's no minus stars Avoid at all costs

Poor quality product. Split and bowed parts. Roof pieces not correct size. Damaged fitting packs. Advised on web and by customer services as ready to assemble, when you have to finish construction of the panel pieces yourself. Save yourself time and money SHOP FOR YOUR GARDEN BUILDING ELSEWHERE!

Placed 2 orders with them and both times were cancelled as they couldn't offer delivery even though stated that I wanted to collect obviously they don't need money would have thought with covid19 being around and a lot of businesses were closed and now reopening they would be grabbing as much business as possible to recuperate money they had lost through being closed.

Since I moved into my house, having ordered my first bunch of timber for my house project from Nelson Potter, I could not fault the quality of their wood. Prices are very reasonable. They offer promt delivery too, although their delivery charge of £20 consisering I live only a few miles from them is a bit high. But otherwise, I would recommend them.
