Then on the 27th April I receive an email asking if I still need assistance?! ?‍♂️ Do yourself a favour and steer clear! Book direct with the hotel's and parking companies and cut these charlatens out.

I spent more than $900 on a gas fireplace set with this company. After three service calls my installer realized it had a defective valve. Did Woodland Direct care? Hell no. All they wanted was the damned serial number. No word on when they're going to ship a replacement part. And my contractor finishes the job tomorrow. Avoid this company unless you love hassles.

I ordered a harth pad from them. They waited a week after I ordered to tell me it would take 3 months to arrive. After waiting 3 months and it never showed up I tried to call them only to find they only take email service request! After a week of waiting on emails back they finally told item is out of stock, and it was out of stock the day I ordered it! I showed them a screen shot of their showing item in stock ready to ship... they said it just wasn't updated yet. 3 months and they don't update Web site? Wtf? Anyways another week of emails finally got refund but it was short $28 no explanation of why. Basically this place charged me $28 to hold my $ for 3 months!! And held my project to! BTW I ended up making pad myself with supplies from home depot. My pad was nicer than what woodland offered and only cost half of what they were going to charge. I also built mine in less than a day....

Our Inspiring Journeys New Zealand 'Southern Drift' tour in Dec 2018, exceeded all our expectations, tour director Katie Hunter & driver guide Euan Pattie made a wonderful team, both professionals & great fun. Accommodations were varied & of high standard, the coach was exceptionally comfortable with plush seats, less in number than a usual one & with plenty of leg room with phone charging points onboard as well. Having a maximum of 20 on a tour is also a plus for us, everyone mixed well together. Meals were of a high standard, most lunches were our choice which made it easier when exploring a new place. Lastly the scenery amazed us every day. This was our 2nd Inspiring Journey & both were wonderful.

We highly recommend Inspiring Journeys having done back-to-back tours, The Colour of Red followed by Kakadu's Ancient Secrets, with them last year. The bus was very comfortable with great amenities, driver and guide, and driver/guide all very knowledgeable and skilled. The activity level was well within our capabilities and there was plenty of choice for the different needs of our fellow travelers.The scenery was fantastic and the optional flights well worth doing, you get an entirely different perspective of Australia's vast landscapes.

Very happy with the holiday, receiving boat was well handled by reception and the professional engineer showing me the boat despite a nagging office admin woman telling him to hurry up in my presence, the same woman incidentally who was hassling the cleaners on our return, I understand that boats need to be turned around, however , she needs a serious attitude check in front of customers. Again this was undermining the good work of the engineers and the desk who were great.

I enjoyed the experience but wasn't aware that we couldn't begin our holiday until 2.30pm. I was asked to give a time of arrival (mid morning) and when we duly arrived, found we had hours to kill. We then weren't able to pick the boat up until nearly 3pm. After that everything was fine. The staff were great and everything was well organised.

I have to admit I was sceptical - buying a pricey pair of Google’s without trying them was a gamble, but I must have an assortment of 10 pairs of goggles, at varying costs and they all either fog, leak, weep or leave me with panda eyes - now done about 10 OWS and they are brilliant! No fogging or leaks and so comfy, it’s amazing the difference it makes to a swim - highly recommend !

Excellent itinerary, lovely hotel in scenic setting and a good guide in Ursula. Hotel food,,,,could be improved upon. Loved all the places visited , some complained about the lack of "proper walking" but for me it was exactly right and exactly what had been described,,,it,s not a hiking holiday!! Plenty of varied activities including some fab easy walks with good lunches! Will deffo travel with adagio again,,,nice group too!

This was our second time with Ocean Elements at Vassiliki, but it seemed everyone else had returned for their 3rd or 4th time, the staff put so much into making your holiday special, We where there the last but one week of the season, but the staff looked after us, as if it was the beginning of the season, I suspect we will be going there again at some stage ????. Many thanks Ocean Elements, you have a good set up there, and your staff are all fabulous

I've been using travel insurance for 50 years and have never make a claim until now... Been using InsureandGo for a few years and as a result of COVID-19 I've just made my first claim. I managed to move my flights and airport parking to reduce the value of any claim so it was just the villa rental. The villa agent wouldn't provide a refund or move the booking to 2021 so travel insurance was the only recourse. I tried my best not to have to claim. Placed the claim for 2/9ths of the villa cost - large family group - and called after 28 days from lodging the claim for an update. Was told that the claim was with the loss adjusters and I'd receive their response within their 30 day SLA. Called again after 32 days only to be told that I had to wait 30 days. Said I already had and was told that they would now instigate a 'claims review', which would take a further 30 days... Clearly 'sandbagging' was going on, so I said that was unacceptable and in fact contradicted their earlier details, a chat was had with a Team Leader who suggested that all information be sent to their offices in Bristol???? No actions were detailed or timescales given so I requested a call the following week with an update. That was apparently not possible so I declared I would initiate a formal complaint and escalate to the Ombudsman if an update wasn't received - which appears to be the only way to get them to take any action. See other reviews of a similar nature. Had I not called my claim would still be in 'Pending' with no action being taken - and in fact may still be! All other family members have had their similar claims paid, Nationwide being particularly efficient. InsureandGo are part of MAPFRE, a large US insurance group whose name you will find on F1 cars - a shame they can't spend more getting their core business right! Will I be using InsureandGo again - NO.

I have had annual five star travel insurance with this company for several years and have never had to make a claim until this year. I was on holiday in St Lucia when the coronavirus situation began to escalate. As a result the tour company I travelled with brought us home three days early. On my return I phoned to start a claim for curtailment. The form was emailed to me, but it was 'read only' format so I had no option but to complete the form and send with requested documents to the address on the claim form. It was sent by 1st class signed for Royal Mail. I know it was delivered. This was almost nine weeks ago and I have not even received an acknowledgement. I have sent chasing emails which have not been answered. I have tried phoning, but you are in a queue for 20 mins, then goes to ringing which is unanswered. This is not how I expect claims to be handled, even in these difficult times. Do not use this company.

1- They kept me waiting half an hour before going to view the property. 2- They have to clue on which properties that I wanted to view although I called in advance and gave them each property address and reference number from their website. 3- Unprofessional, the bloke that showed me the properties kept saying it is not his job as he is specialized in a multi-bed house share. 4- we went to the property, had two flats, I only wanted to see one and already gave the ref to them, but we ended up waiting outside the flat trying the keys to open the flat. then he said he doesn't have the keys. and would ask the landlord for them. 5- this happened on Monday. he promised he will show me the property on Wednesday as Tuesday schedule was full already. I called the next day as no one gave me a specific viewing time only to find out that no one knew what I was talking about, and said they will check and call me again. 6- I called again on Tuesday, and I explained in detail and asked for a viewing as promised (Wednesday) and they said they will call me again later. no one called. 7- Tried to book a viewing through Rightmove, Unipol, and their Haus website. finally, someone called and they said they can not show me the property until Friday as they are fully booked !!!!. 8- on Wednesday, they called me to say the property is gone and someone signed its contract. I will never, ever, ever go to such a trashy place and I will make sure everyone knows what they did to me, wasted my time, and how unprofessional they were.

Our visit to the Cavern e-bike tour was terrible. The other activities looked fun, but with the high prices, only could choose one activity - $39.99 for e-bikes. The e-bike tour includes a motorized bike you ride throughout the cavern with a tour guide. Really the entire tour was bad, realize sometimes there can be bad days. However, the motorized bike stop running about 10 minutes into the 1 tour. The guide tried to reset it about 3 times, he gave up, and just said.... "the bikes tend to this at the end of the day". Also, the danger it posed when about to hit the hill and all the sudden you start falling back and peddling so others do not run into you and you don't fall. Not to mention, another guest had the exact same issue with their bike and had to peddle the majority of the time as well. After the tour we went to speak to management, only to be informed there was no manager on site. Huh? After pressing Cindy further she said, we have and Assistant Manager, Scott. Well Scott told us he could not address the issue and call on Monday to talk to Jeremy the General Manager. All I can say is ......WOW! not looking for a free ride, but maybe some consolation to the fact that I paid $39.99 for a motorized bike tour and did not get what I paid for......thought the representatives of Mega Caverns would show a better representation of Kentucky. Being a local, was disappointed as our whole tour of people were guest visiting from out of state, and this is the experience they have.

The terrible customer service with this company, seems to be a trend with them. I also purchased a Champion Generator from them. I spent $850 on a 3100, and there was no mention that it was a REBUILT, other than a RB, after the mention of the brand..How the hell are you sup3to know what RB means..? I have contacted my attorney, and will persue to get all of my money back, as it never worked at all. Really crappy way it was shipped, as well. Poorly wrapped in bubble wrap and it had oil everywhere. Definitely not a professional job of shipping the thing. Had to replace the cheap spark plugs cause they were so dirty and covered in oil. Finally got it running, and it ran for 3 hours and never charged a thing. 3 calls to them and a few emails, and still no response. Going to call them today and inform them that if I don't get a response by the end of the week, my ATTORNEY WILL BE IN TOUCH with them..Terrible experience with this company..

Thank God I never went through with buying a generator from this company! I have made repeated calls (6 times)for simple questions to be answered, only to have nobody call back. There have been notes on my phone number saying “Urgent” and “customer not happy with experience” and get complete silence. Customer Service is atrocious and I can’t imagine if I had a problem with a generator I bought the frustration I would feel. I finally drove to their San Diego “warehouse” and is just a PO Box. This is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. If I could give less that one star, I would.

Arrived at 10:00 am to find that park closing at 17:00. This was so they could reopen for a Halloween evening at 18:00. But guess what, still charging 117 usd to get in on a day pass. To put this in perspective waiting time showing on Transfrmers ride 65 mins. After 2 hrs in queue hardly moving getting a bit worried about time to see other things. Waited another half hour still hardly moving. What a waste of time. Eventually saw 3 rides for 117 usd!!! Also food prices crazy. Two pretzels and two drinks with tip 40 dollars. Been many times before to Universal but never this bad. Think repeat visits will be a thing of the past. Smacks of monopoly type arrogance.

Having paid the price of a small family car for our “holiday of a lifetime” to Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong, we expected a five-star service. After all, we gave them a year to arrange it. But it was far from that. The basics of flights and hotels were OK, but the travel documents arrived late, were badly laid out and confusing – just a cut and paste exercise without any attempt to tailor the details to our actual journeys and excursions. As a result, the eleven pages of closely typed text included loads of information which wasn’t relevant to us and it was left to us to work out which was. For example, it included details of different transit arrangements for if we arrived at different times, so we had to work out which instructions applied to us. In Hong Kong we were told that if we arrived before 9pm we would get a “Seat-in Transfer” to the hotel, but if we arrived after 9pm (which we were scheduled to do) an “SIC” (whatever that is) would not be available and a “private transfer will need to be used”. After half an hour wandering round the airport, we realised that this meant - tough, you’re on your own, get a taxi. The instructions also strangely included warnings that there might be disruption to the plans if we were travelling on 20th May, 10th June or 25th December (we were travelling in October). But most annoying were the arrangements for our stay in New Zealand, which had been subcontracted to another travel company and seemed to have been put together in a rush and without any thought. Amongst other problems, we had a short stay in Auckland where we were booked into different hotels on each of the two nights, being forced to drag our suitcases across town in between. Not impressed.

My wife and I have just returned from a stay at Gullivers World Hotel (Warrington) and 2 days in the theme park with our 2 grandchildren. This was our third visit so thought I would give an honest opinion which is not based on a child's view but more of a health and safety/staffing view. Our Princess suite was lovely but the black mould all around the lower wall of the shower was not very nice. We had a couple of drinks in the hotel lounge bar where the staff were extremely slow which resulted in a very long queue and further spoilt by workman (assume maintainence men) having there supper of Kentucky fried chicken with a lot of swear words thrown in, while staff, I assume manageress in white shirt took no notice. Cafe's/Restaurants I can only say I was shocked by the uncleanliness of the cafe's, restaurants and toilets in the theme park. We sat in the The Big G Diner and could not help but notice grime all along the counter, and tiles that looked like they had been wiped with a greasy cloth, as did all the tables. On our last day we were in Alice of Wonderland and eat in the fish and chip bar/cafe. The floor was so greasy our shoes were sticking to it, and again the tables were not cleaned properly. The toilets in the park. Bowls were stained brown through lack of cleaning properly with bleach or similar. I must tell you that I am not a frequent reviewer and do not like leaving reviews, except when I feel it is entirely necessary. Hopefully these few things can be easily rectified through proper staff training and our next visit not be spoilt by them.

I got some of their LED cube lights which are at a very excellent price. The first set of cube lights I bought I paid about $500 for each of them and they did not even change color. At party lights they are half of the price and much stronger. They can hold people sitting on them unlike other cheaper quality cubes. Great company and good products.

We recently returned from an amazing 5 day trip to Norway. It was organised with Best Served Scandinavia and our consultant was Francesca Brown. The trip was totally tailored to our requirements and everything worked out perfectly - including the most amazing sightings of the Northern Lights on three out of the four nights we were there! We had some fabulous sled rides both with huskies and reindeer as well as enjoying typical Norwegian fare and finding out about the Norwegian and Sami ways of life. The hotel was perfectly situated right on the quayside of Tromso harbour and, unexpectedly, all our food was included in the price. Absolutely no complaints at all!

A five hour moderate to heavy rainstorm hit shortly after covering the car. Car stayed dry, rain beaded and rolled off surface of cover. Only issue I have, cover came with security cable and lock. Been a loyal customer of Luxury Escapes for some time, however I won't be using them again, booking CSYE0Y. We were at another hotel in Phuket with an escape booked at a local Phuket hotel in a couple of weeks (April 2020). The hotel wrote to us saying they were closing for the month and would be refunding all their customers. However, they also confirmed Luxury Escapes pay some considerable time after the guest has taken their holiday so their was no money paid to refund. LE refused a refund only a new booking, despite the fact we were already 2 miles away from the hotel. Australian Consumer Law is pretty clear, a refund is due as we wanted to continue with our booking. They are avoiding refunds at all costs, as a retired magistrate often interpreting consumer protection law, I believe what they said to me to be both against both the spirit and letter of the law. I appreciate they need to conserve cash as I suspect very few people have the confidence to book with them and very many companies like this will go to the wall. I will add that if they subsequently go to the wall, and you requested a refund as I did and it was refused. If it's proven a refund was in fact due (it's a simple case of contract law), then you can sue their directors jointly and severally for wrongful trading. I do have some other concerns and wonder if they are "out and out" scam artists or just in their death throes. I'm isolating at one of my homes in Thailand and last week they headlined the Ramada Inn in Khao Lak, accepting bookings for Monday 11th May. I called the hotel, the hotel is closed indefinitely. They have now changed that to accepting bookings from 1st June, the hotel definitely won't be open, so I guess they are scamming people, book, they cancel and fail to refund. Actually, it's fraud. Their reputation is in tatters.

I was nervous to move abroad, and knew I wanted to come to the UK with everything sorted (accommodation, bank account, work) before leaving Australia. UKPubCo were amazing in ensuring this was all sorted - with little effort needed from me to be honest. The transition to the UK was made so much easier through the company and I wouldn't be in the place I am, literally, without them. On a practical level, I dealt with Nick and Mark who were both incredible - no question of mine was too strange and the communication has been fantastic. Obviously, I couldn't recommend them enough.

I went through UK Pub Co in 2018 for a job placement, they were super helpful regarding visas, living situations, bank accounts, anything you can think of they can point you in the right direction. Although the pub I was put in didn't suit my needs, they were really helpful in sorting out other alternatives and I'll be using them again when I return to the UK in 2020!

I've been a member for 3 years until now... YMCA takes on too many students for lessons & then puts a sign up saying bad luck bucko if you want to do laps between these times. No warning when signing up just a $150 fee if you try to exit contract. Members lockers have been continually breaking down since joining. It was good when they made allowance for lap swimmers No allowance for individual paying customers. No off peak rates. Unfortunately it seems they make more money from student classes

I my son was last evaluated in oct18. That time the instructor said he need only 2 classes to improve but now its more than 5months. They have forced to choose a fresh no exp instructor whom when i asked do you know what to work on my son she said she has no idea. I didnt like the attitude of instructor who doesnt know what to work on. I have asked for instructors change so instead of doing that ,they are asking me to change time.Why should we change time?Casey race and aquatic centre changed a instructor who is unexperienced, we didnt choose her,you should change her time. My son swims here every week and he loves it. The lessons are fun, the teachers are kind and you can really see the difference in their abilities. The facilities are great, the water fountains, toddler pool, bubbles in the water, slide, and I could list so many more. The price is better than any other pool and the parents rooms are great, but I wish there were more of them. Many times when I have tried to change lessons from one to another, I have had the longest wait ever. The classes are always full and they have quite a poor system for moving through classes. But if you are patient, or not very picky about the days then it isn't a problem.

We had a new kitchen, new bathroom installed in our 1960 suburban home, in late 2015. Had several quotes but went with John Puibello's company Spinryde. They did a great job, very professional, good team of tradesmen and the sub-contractors were well supervised by John. They have returned since completion, to fix minor problems that have emerged - no problem getting them to do this. Highly recommended.

We came for Easter and usually we stay with Encore (at least 4 other times) but strayed this time and it was a horrible 1st night in the different resort. I called Encore the next morning and they were so helpful and got a house right away. They are always so willing to help. Upon check in we had been out and about and super tired, I admit I was short and just wanted the code to get into the house and get settled. They got the guide to call me with the code and had someone meet us there to make sure that we got in. The person that met us knew we had a long day and asked if we had any questions, we said no and she said 'have a great weekend'. It was perfect, they understood our day/body language and didn't have us go through the walk through. We will never stray again.

Came back after 15 days of holiday from India. It was a restful and wonderful holiday. An amazing experience, and I never thought I would ever say this but a spiritual journey too. Amazing country, unbelievably warm people . The entire holiday was seamless and I cannot fault a single aspect planning, organisation and personalised service. We had a mini coach for eight, 24 hours a day, guides at all major places, elephant rides, jeep safaris ( saw a tiger and her 2 cute cubs too), , stayed at forts and stately homes and then we flew t to Kerala after a breathtakingly beautiful visit to fabulously amazing Taj Mahal. I thought what could better that? Well a totally refreshing visit to unspoiled beaches and warm seas, a once in a life time houseboat stay experience. And warm hospitalality by falconandsachz staff made this the best holiday for me and my family, and friends. On all our behalf, thank you Zebin for the fantastic service and I shall not forget this holiday for many many years. I have booked holidays myself and through others but you guys have been fantastic.

I ordered a Christmas present on December 9th from this site. It is now December 29th and I still have not received it. When I followed up with the company the week before Christmas to find out where it was, I found out it was still in CHINA!! They informed me then that they order from all over the world, which can delay shipping times. I was not informed before ordering that the item was coming from China. If so, I would NOT have ordered it. After checking the tracking today, I find out that it is now somewhere in NM. Today is December 29th. I will NEVER, EVER order anything from this company again. Their company and their customer service is BAD! REALLY, REALLY BAD!

I ordered a 3XL heated vest in November 2018, with promise time before Christmas, didn't receive product until January 2019. When I received the product it was a size medium, was supposed to be a 3xl. You call the number provided, which is a recording stating to leave a message and someone will email you back. I have tried contacting them multiple times, not to ever receive a call or email back. BUYER BEWARE!

First of all I own six of them and feel that this is a very good product however the two star rating is a result of a problem with my last purchase where I ordered a 4 x 4 received a 2 x 4 and have still yet to receive the original 4 x 4 that I ordered a month ago I also feel that the high CFM kit should be included with the purchase and not a separate additional charge when you already know it’s needed

Hi there, I used housetrip and have given 2 stars, as they helped me a small amount by getting just over a £100 in compensation from the company who owned the apartment, due to the issues we had and that the apartment was also not the one the company sent pictures to us of. It was the same complex but different apartment. Housetrip was unavailable for us to complain at first so unfortunately gave the company all the money for the apartment so that was also their fault. However, I proved that I had contacted them in time so the compensation was granted. Little did I know but the company who rented us the apartment back on the 28th July, had taken 400 euros out of my account the day of my arrival. They said it was for a deposit but nothing was damaged or broken. As you can see from the start of my email, "they" gave me money back. Housetrip then washed their hands of me and stopped replying to my emails, trying to get back that 400 euros they had taken! To this day I still haven't received the money - just empty promises.

The accommodation suited our needs You would need to be careful if you could not handle stairs very well as the spiral staircase was a bit steep

I would and have/do recommended icanhaveit.com to everyone I know. I came across icanhaveit.com last year (August 2017) and like a lot of people I was curious so I bought some tickets (only 6) i played for iphones because I wanted a new one for personal reasons I had a lot going on and totally forgot about icanhaveit.com then in June 2018 I received an email telling me I had won the prize I played for (iPhone 6s) I thought it was a joke at first because I’ve never won anything in my life and my phone was playing up but it was genuine I couldn’t believe it I was so excited ???? I received the iPhone 6s in July 2018 the customer service and staff at icanhaveit.com were brilliant and very helpful. I now understand how it works with all the procedures and so many competitions icanhaveit.com have it takes time for the competitions to run and prizes to arrive to give people a fair chance and to make sure everything is safe and legal. This is a 100% genuine company and I tell everyone.

We fit them in our Student Houses and have been using their timers for over a year now. Over the years we have researched and used other companies tamper proof timers. We have found these to be the best on the market for controlling our boilers and they do exactly what it says in the tin.

Terrible untrustworthy company. I would not recommend booking with them. They will tell you that something has changed or is no longer available for your booking and then they will charge you more for the change. After they've got your money they do not comply with their own terms and conditions or even ABTA guidelines, so won't provide a provide a proper refund for cancellations, I doubt that they will honour any credit "vouchers", certainly without demanding more money for the same thing. If you have an ongoing cancellation dispute with them then report to ABTA, Trading Standards (via Citizens Advice), Competition and Markets Authority, any Consumer Group (Money Saving Expert, Which?), any intermediary that you bought through (Groupon, Daily Mail, etc.), add reviews to as many forums as possible. It appears unlikely that we'll get proper refunds without legal action, but Trading Standards and the CMA are more likely to take action the more reports they get.

DO NOT USE!!! POOR!! Disgraceful Booked a surprise trip for my parents to Venice for 3 nights. I didn’t know the trip would be via this company as I wouldn’t have used them looking at reviews. I brought a voucher from GoGroopie, then had to ring this company to book the dates, I had a lot of pressure from Jetline to upgrade my deal for my parents but thought it was worth the extra cost and went for it. Then I got a phone call advising their flight home was cancelled and they needed to reschedule the flight for the next day meaning they would have to stay an extra night, but advised me that I would have to pay the extra costs which I was not prepared to do, plus my parents were due back at work. I argued then for my money back, yet they refused and said they could only give me a certain amount back meaning I would be £130 out of pocket, again I didn’t accept this and told them they were not providing what I had paid for, I was forced and pressurised again into changing the dates so my parents went a day later and came back a day later, than planned which cause havoc with their work, this was the only way to prevent me being out of pocket. Today I get a phone call advising that the whole trip has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus and they won’t be going on holiday on Sunday. So I asked for a full refund, which legally I am entitled to. They have refused to give me a full refund, saying that the suppliers won’t reimburse them, so that means I don’t get my money. This is not right at all, I have paid for a package holiday and not getting it. After getting very upset with them and having 4 calls with them today, they said they would give me a credit note which I can use within a year but even the credit note is £80 less than I have paid. They also advised me that Go Groopie would reimburse me directly for the voucher I paid for via them, then they suddenly said that Go Groopie had already reimbursed back to them, yet they are withholding this money and not giving it me, they want me to have a credit note. It’s absolutely disgusting. I have advised them I am going to trading standards, ABTA & I also will be getting legal advise and then they can reimburse my legal fees too. All I wanted was a full refund direct to my bank, which I am legally entitled to, as they cannot supply the holiday which I have paid for and they have cancelled it. The people I have spoken to are rude, unhelpful, they are con merchants and their customer services are so poor. The names they use are also not their real names. I asked for the complaints procedure and apparently they do not have a complaints procedure. I am sure this is against the law. Do not use them, go to a reputable company, even if it costs you slightly more. My parents are disabled and this was supposed to be a nice surprise for them and it has turned into a nightmare that has caused them and I so much stress. At present I am out of pocket fully and it’s not right!!!!!

Had some issues with poor communication from the company around reasons for not being able to refund customers - but in fairness these are difficult times and it did get resolved eventually. Hope to finally get away next year.

We rented the amazing Amari Villa in Kefalonia for a week in June 2019. This holiday like many, all my family including my grandchildren were looking forward to it, and we were in awe as soon as we arrived. As we arrived at the villa - the magnificent views of the Ionian sea, the villa pool and gardens captured our hearts. The spacious villa has understated luxury, with room for everyone. The outside areas, terraces, garden, BBQ areas are just perfect and with views to the sea, mountains and the village of Spartia. The pool area was immaculate and gated so we could lock the area to stop the little ones’ wondering into the pool. The owners have thought about all the essentials the guests would need. The proximity of the Amari Villa to the airport, Argostoli the capital and many wonderful beaches of Kefalonia was ideal for us. We spent many a night sitting in pergola by the swimming pool or the balconies surrounding the property gazing into the star laden skies. We could not get enough of the views, the serenity of the villa and the surrounding areas, most days it was hard to tear ourselves away from the villa. Amari Villa was the perfect family holiday villa for us. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Throughly enjoyed our stay in Pimlico London, location is fantastic, with everything you need close by including supermarkets, train and bus all with walking distance. The accommodation has everything you need. There is a small flight of stairs which maybe a bit off a struggle with suitcases for some. The beds are comfortable and the living rooms is cosy.

From the reservation made through being met at the flat on my arrival by Wynne, all was handled efficiently and smoothly. We arrived on Thursday, very late, before midnight, as communicated. To our surprise we found no one at the hotel where we were supposed to pick up the keys. We knocked on every door, rang every doorbell for quite some time, called every phone number we had a couple of times, our local contact, the hotel, the Pope and Bill Gates. No one home. Rain started falling on our poor, temporary homeless heads and we decided to check out the apartment, perhaps the old key under the doormat thing would work. It did not. When all turned out to be fruitless, and the clock turned well into the new day, we started looking for other places to put our weary heads to rest, and weary they where indeed after 7 hours of driving. So we took the only option available while our senses were assaulted by a toddler, who, otherwise quite a nice guy, was awake for over an hour by now and desperate for sleep. We checked out a hotel located between the flat and the deserted key-pick-up-hotel. The reception was 5 minutes before closing down. After some haggling we got a four bed and a two bed room with some discount (thanks to junior). After reporting this to the rental bundled with the question for a partial refund/payment of the hotel bill, we only recieved one apologetic E-Mail and "we will look into this". Since then all E-Mails went unanswered, we are simply being ignored. For 2 Months now.
