We paid top dollar for the apartment which had a non-working fridge, the air circulation did not work in one bedroom, one of the showers had a dribble coming out because it was scaled up which we sorted out. There were lots of other little niggles and it was very apparent nobody had carried out a pre-let check. We thought it mean to take another 70Euros off us to stay 'til after lunch on our departure day.The ambiance and position of the apartment was excellent and it was very clean.

the hotel i wanted to stay at had sold out their allocation online, I thought i would try the telephone booking service, this was also sold out but the gentleman that dealt with my call went out of his way to contact the hotel directly and ask them to open a room for me, he then went to the trouble of phoning me back once the room had been allocated on the computer system to complete the booking, very impressed with his efforts, unfortunately i can’t remember his name but if you could trace it through my booking reference then he deserves a commendation for his excellent service

We had a really bad experience with this company and with awful customer care afterwards. We arrived at the accommodation after a 4hr drive with children, elderly family and dogs and found that it hadn't been cleaned, all the beds were stripped, bathrooms still dirty and bins with personal rubbish in. I called them up and they said they would send us to a similar accommodation or we could drive home and get a full refund, which wasn't an option. so we felt that we had no choice other than to accept. But the house wasn't anything like what we had booked. They said to send them photos and they would sort out compensation when the weekend was over. It cost us nearly £600 for the 3 night and we got £80 out back into our account without even checking that we were happy with it and a £40 voucher ( obviously to spend if we booked another £600 weekend ). We called to speak to mangers who were always busy and was supposed to call back twice but never did - just sent us emails saying why that was their final offer. Such bad service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them. What I asked for was a weekend at the accommodation that we took hours over choosing on an off season time just so we feel we have actually got the holiday we booked but that wasn't offered.

I am always impressed by Wish Sicily's range of villas and overall customer service. My only concern is the regular problems I seem to have with the Pay Pal links. On this particular occasion I was somewhat compromised when a Pay Pal link didn't work, forcing me to pay the balance of the villa in cash on my arrival. Apart from this problem, my family had a fabulous holiday and would not hesitate to use Wish Sicily again.

villa Antica Aia near Scicli,Sicily Testo:With four other couples my wife and I spent a wonderful fortnight in this well-equipped house owned by our very attentive Oriana Falla who rapidly attended to all of our queries.The house is spacious with an excellent cool and shady terrace for out door eating. we made good use of the wood-fired oven in the barbecue area. The house is also well positioned for visits to Syracuse, Ragusa,Monica,Noto and close to two of our favourites in Punta Secca,Sampieri inglorious Scicli. Philip Speight

After months of researching and interviewing a few companies about building a pool and creating a lanscape design for the front, back and side of my home, no doubt Kar-Construction came out on top! Our experience from day one was nothing more than professional and reliable. I can't believe that there is a company out there that actually has service this bad. Sent them an order 3 weeks ago and when I pressed Jeff (the sales person) for a status and reason for the delay, he just told me that going forward it would only take about 10 days. No answer on why it is taking this long and when I expressed my concern about doing future business with them Jeff said "I dont care if you do business with us in the future or not". There are lots of companies out there that want your business and willing to earn it. Stay away from these people. Worst service, no communication unless pressed and emplyees who state that they do not care about your business.

Very positive, very professional, but friendly and reassuring. I felt no pressure and once things got started my issues were resolved to my full satisfaction in record time. The team works well and delivers! I wish I had gone to them years ago when I first had IRS problems--they got my levy lifted immediately, saving me from any extended embarrassment as the IRS had notified my employer. I would now advise anyone with an IRS problem to pay the fee to have someone do it right...to get out of the middle of it and let a knowledgeable professional achieve a resolution. Plus, I am now convinced that when the IRS sees someone using a professional service like Levy & Associates they know the taxpayer is making a dedicated effort to resolve the matter and I think the taxpayer gets a better outcome. I had the best experience with Levy tax . Everyone there was so helpful and professional, and they kept me informed every step of the way. We were so in debt to the IRS that we thought we would never have anything again, but with their help we were able to compromise with them and get the lien off the house so we can finally refinance and get on with our lives without having that mess over our heads. Levy tax is literally a life saver and the best decision we ever made. I would highly recommend them because of their integrity and work ethic that made our lives stress free again. Thank you to all of you, we are so grateful to you.

Le Beanock should be called Le rip off. Awful from start to finish. Failed promises to deliver on time. Hammock finally arrived (3 weeks late) and was nothing like it was described as being. Complete rubbish. Abysmal design.Badly made. Fell apart after days. Zero customer service. Finally got my money back (thank you barclaycard) Anyone thinking about buying one of these from Le Beanock shoudn't be sucked in by the fact the product was on Dragons Den!! They should be on TV. They are fit for the bin, where mine ended up!!

I came down to Miami Beach for my bachelor party. VacaZon arranged a great house for us with all the amenities we were looking for on short notice. They made sure we had access to the house at the time we arrived, and went over everything in detail. Our house was spic and span upon arrival, and the checking our process was painless. We got our security deposit back in full much sooner than expected as well! Overall, I was very pleased with the trip, and VacaZon's willingness to help us find our exact match within our budget! I would recommend VacaZon and will certainly use them on my next vacation.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! The worst service ever. When you book it your holiday is not confirmed they will confirm within 72 hours, which means the price will be much higher. But they will charge you and if you are not happy with the new price to get the money back will take up to 10 days. I have booked holiday to Cancun and paid in full, to my surprise when we arrived to our destination one month later after booking was made, we was told that we had no reservation because holiday gems did not pay the hotel. After arguing we was allowed to stay over for a night while the hotel sorted it out with holiday gems. When I've send an email to holiday gems asking for explanation and compensation, the email I have received had no apology and said one sentence it has been sorted with the hotel. So please do not book it with this company, it's an absolute joke. And reading all reviews I wouldn't be surprised if they go into administration very soon.

If I could give them no stars I would!!!!!!!! We booked a holiday online through holidaygems and the following morning had a phone call from Simon saying that the holiday had gone up £300 for the three of us. I had done a lot of research about the hotels and as the hotel was the most suitable for mother, a week before her 91st birthday, we paid the extra to stay at Monica Beach Resort . When we arrived they told us there was no reservation for us although could clearly see we had reservation papers to stay there in three rooms, more than four hours after our arrival they found three rooms for us as far away as possible from the main building, we were told they needed to clean the rooms. I had asked for the rooms to be together on the booking but two were in the same block but on different floors and another well away in a different part of the complex. It wasn't until near lunch time the following day when I went to pick up our passports that I was told there was a problem with the booking and if we wanted to stay in the hotel we booked then we would need to pay a further 91€ per person, meaning our holiday would be costing around £200 more per person than advertised. I phoned holiday gems to try and get our problem reserved and was told it would be best if we moved to another hotel and all would be resolved on our return which we did but were not happy about, we had unpacked and so obviously had to repack and WE HAD TO arrange for a taxi to take us to another hotel, we lost more than a day of our holiday trying to rectify a mistake made by Holiday Gems. Our ATOL certificate clearly stated that we were booked into the Monica Beach, our transfers from the airport arranged through holiday gems also delivered us to the Monica Beach but then we were informed much later in the day we should be at the Costa Calma Beach Resort as the hotel and address did not match up! The hotel we had BOOKED and was on all our reservations. Holiday Gems have done nothing to resolved the situation apart from offering A £100 discount off another holiday booked by through them, which is an insult given we booked with them in good faith to deliver our holiday! This was to be a surprise holiday for my mother's birthday which turned into a very stressful time and it totally exhausted her. I have emailed, had to jar them about lack of contact and when not happy with what is their final response, wrote to the managing director enclosing all the email correspondence, booking documentation, ATOL certificate stating where we were staying. The letter was sent to be signed for on delivery which was done by A.Palmer at 09.51 on the 20th June 2019 but as to date have had no reply. At 91 this could be the last holiday my mother is well enough to go on with my brother and myself. I have booked with Holiday Gems before and had no problems but obviously if there is one they don't care! So beware if booking.

Stayed here in March 2018. Very quirky and eccentric. Great host, great house. Layout very suitable for large groups, and the indoor pool and hottubs had a lot of use. Will come back! Only downside is it's museum-like quality means the cleaners have a hard job - dust everywhere!

Great for family gathering ages from 4 to 84. As well as the provided facilities pool,hot tubs,sauna and loads of space to run around (if able ) to we also played some team games organised by party members.These included knocking cans of Grandmas. and Grandads heads with water pistols,when they had finish with that they teams moved to knocking cans which an amount of water inside more water in can then higher the score. The indoor BBQ room is great addition more so in the cooler months all sat round huge circular fire. Whenever you go I am sure you will find plenty to do.

Just like everyone else, money paid but no refund allowed. I'm going down the chargeback route with my credit card provider - I've already done it successfully with another company so it should work here too. A distinct plus in my favour is that Best of Suffolk (or should that be Worst?) don't supply terms & conditions at the time of booking, so I can prove they've changed them (unless they had a crystal ball and knew about Covid-19 last year!). Profiting from covid! Had to cancel our villa and flight to Cyprus as can't get a pcr test locally. 50 days notice yet they say only £191 refund from £700 outlay yet no doubt the villa will be relisted and rent quickly at far more than we paid 11 months ago as very little availability left for the data we travel on. Never again!

I can not fault James villas. Our holiday to lanzarote has been cancelled and we have been kept informed every step of the way. After discussing my options I decided to take a full refund which was confirmed within 48 hours and credited to my bank within 12 days. Very courteous staff, well done James villas we will definitely book with you again.

The tour leader was taking and pushing cocaine on Day 1 and a member of hotel staff broke into my bedroom through the window while I was inside naked on Day 7. Sadly, I don't do Class A and prefer only members of the opposite sex to manoeuvre themselves towards positions where they can see my genitals.

Mostly my experience has been with Lynne Burt and Chris Haws but I know there are other people involved with our bookings. Over the years this has been excellent without exception. They are friendly, professional, and do their very best to make sure you are happy both with the booking procedure and ongoing.
