I have never booked or experienced you before, although I have made numerous independent bookings all over the world. I did my best to check you out on the Internet....and hope that you are a company I can trust, especially as I am booking well in advance! We have travelled in Tuscany etc before and look forward to next years return! The property looks beautiful and just what we are looking for next year with our little dog. We were away 5 weeks this summer with him, renting a house in Greece for 2 weeks of that! So we look forward to a drive that doesn't include a long ferry journey! But overall, your site seems comprehensive, prices are as expected and the booking process was clear enough. We're looking forward to it!

I have spent the last two months searching online for a Villa in Tuscany to host a big group. I was nervous about renting a Villa sight unseen and Emma was fantastic in helping narrow down the options that suited my needs and set up the appointment for me to view the Villa in person. The Villa was better than I expected. I am always a little skeptical about photos as they can be misleading, but not in this case. I will not hesitate to use To Tuscany for my future needs as I intend to return to Tuscany a couple times a year.

I was very thankful for the last minute change offered by To Tuscany as heavy earth moving equipment was operating just next to our original villa. During the holiday we went to see for ourselves and the noise was pretty bad. Everything went well and we also blessed with perfect weather and stunning scenery.

We just booked our beautiful villa for a week in September! Everything was quick and simple. A few answers were quickly responded to and we heard within hours from our "experience specialist". All we have to do now is just show up and enjoy.

We had a villa booked for summer 2020 and asked to move to summer 2021 due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation and it was absolutely no problem at all. To Tuscany were incredibly helpful. We will definitely be using your company again. Roll on summer 2021!

Excellent customer service, I asked to have a selection of villas emailed to me in Chianti and To Tuscany found us a good selection which we have now booked our favourite. I was very busy at the time of enquiring but they remained patient and made contact on occasions to see if I was ready to book. I didn't feel any pressure from the company at all.

I would recommend the service to others, I am however yet to stay in the villa which I hope will be an excellent accommodation to match.

I got immediately an email about my booking and they told me that if i wish to have my mail in dutch that it was possible. They also arranged that i could have personalised suggestions. The first contact was very pleasant

From first contact to final confirmation of the booking the To Tuscany staff were amazing - Quick to respond, attentive to detail and responsive to special requests and concerns. My favourite part of the experience was that not all communication had to happen via email and that the staff were happy to pick up the phone and speak to you directly - Such a pleasure! Could not have asked for for better service.

We wanted to change our villa to a smaller one because there was only going to be 4 of us instead of 8 and we were able to transfer our deposit to a new villa. They were so helpful and accommodating. Thank You.

If you are looking to go to Tuscany then I would urge you to book through To Tuscany. What a fantastic customer experience, my first booking was handled brilliantly, can not fault the service from booking to talking with there concierge.

We needed to change the booking due to Covid-19! We received help very quickly and advise and have now moved our booking to 2021, we received a refund for the booking with them retaining just the deposit which I wasn't expecting.

Thank you To Tuscany, we really cannot wait to be able to get on that plan and visit your beautiful villa next year.

We had sent a request and make a booking through the other site this is listed on because it was the first we came across - but they never got back to us until this morning - 2 weeks later.
