I left a review on here because I had not received confirmation email for booking, however I was contacted by Kate from Solmar and she resolved my issues very quickly. Now very happy and looking forward to my holiday in Menorca

Internet booking was easy to use, got villa at a great price, let down by one of the sales team calling me and telling me that I could PAY? for early check-in after advising me that the villa was empty the day before arrival anyway. Have stayed with many villa companies but never have I paid for early check in and I always arrive early. Told him absolutely no way thank you! will be dumping bags and going out for lunch rather than pay a no sense fee. So a little off putting as hav’nt used Solmar before, don’t appreciate money grabbers before holiday has even begun!

This is my fourth or fifth year to use Solmar Villas. I have always had a great experience with them. They are quick to respond to queries and have a great selection of villas available and the prices are usually very competitive.

Booking was very easy 23rd feb. All my questions were answered in full detail. Comfirmation email sent with In 10 minutes. Couple of the dates of birth were wrong but the was rectified very quickly. Had a call on the 24th Feb just to run through everything thing. First class service.

I can thoroughly recommend the team at Solmar villas , on booking a villa I spoke to 2 different members of staff, both were helpful and easy to understand and made the booking process easy and quick.

I made an initial enquiry which was dealt with almost immediately and professionally by Kate. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable which made the process of booking the property extremely simple and hassle free.

We have been arranging our Villa holidays with Solmar Villas for nearly 6-7 Years. Their Villas are well maintained and to a high standard. The prices are reasonable and more so when you get a discount as a repeat customer. At the resort the rep is often available for help and are very easy to contact.
One can book the Villas online or speak to the friendly staff who are very friendly and helpful. Once booked everything can be done online with no need to ring. This is a company we would recommend with no reservations.

I had reason to speak to the sales team (on 2 occasions) with a couple of queries. On both occasions the guys I spoke to helped me calmly and efficiently (I was having a few problems online (user error). Problems solved with a friendly manner :o)

We booked our holiday on Sunday and spoke to Dave who was very helpful and everything was booked very quickly and efficiently.

I originally booked a villa in February, and unfortunately the person I spoke to left a digit off the email address, which meant I didn't hear from you. You cancelled the villa because I hadn't responded to your emails (which I didn't get), Luckily there was a similar villa still available when I got in touch with you. You did have my home address, but you didn't write to me. That was very disappointing.

On this occasion was looking to put an extra 3 days onto holiday I had already booked earlier so instead of 7 days it would be 10 I was told I couldn’t do this I had to book the 4 days but on checking myself online it said I could book 3 of which I then pointed out and the answer I was given back was just oh yes seems your right well probably best if you just go online and book it so really wasn’t that helpful at all as I sorted it myself .Ive booked quite a few holidays with solmar villas now of which I have only praise for the accommodation and the resorts but I do find that customer service is not that great and I don’t think they value loyal customers that much to be fair .
