Georgia has been a great help in organising our skiing holiday 2020. She sent us a variety of great deals and gentle timing reminders. Through the company we have managed to get a 12 person private chalet all inclusive at a price not available anywhere else. She has been approachable and easy to contact when we have had queries and changes needed. I would 100% recommend this company and use them again.

Sue was fantastic, within 2 hours of my enquiry she had found the perfect chalet for me and my wife in Val Thoren catered including lift pass and ski hire for an incredibly low price. Highly recommend this service as I had wasted hours and hours trawling the internet and been unable to find anything that we liked.

WARNING TO OTHERS - BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF HAVING ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS BUSINESS, READ THE GENUINE REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT Yet again, breaking more lockdown laws and travelling to their property for pleasure. It would seem that if you are either working for the amazing NHS or GAY then this business is NOT the one to be booking with....what a pleasant lady Anjana Devoy-Williams is (Google her name) This in addition to her fake reviews, namely Melanie Condon who gave a glowing 5 Star review and funnily enough her Instagram page is registered at the same address as Chillderness Ltd.. then there’s Adam D’Souza who wrote several glowing reviews on Google and he runs a company called ‘The Commons’ and guess what ... ‘The Commons’ is also registered at the same address as Chillderness Ltd... the list goes on, and on ... or maybe you will think this is just Balderdash (Limited) Anjana ? ? Quote from The ‘lovely’ Anjana Devoy-Williams to another holiday cottage rental company discussing our request for a refund ..... 'The gays have left yoh 5 star reviews because you refunded them but if we had worked together maybe we could have done half each' UPDATE: We have just received a very convoluted ‘offer’ of £1,000 refund of the £1,950 total we paid to owner for a 7 nights stay at Red Kite Barn Wales over Christmas Lockdown and the signing of an Non Disclosure Agreement and redaction of our feedback, which was politely declined - So in essence WE paid for the owners and their friends to enjoy Red Kite Barn over Christmas Break

We booked to stay in the Llareggub Beach House last summer. On arrival we were dismayed for a number of reasons, which I shall list below: 1. There was dirty washing left in the washing machine 2. Boxes of owners' items left in the hallway 3. No PAT testing of appliances, causing the electricity to trip numerous times 4. No fresh towels and no visitor instructions 5. The floor of the kitchen was broken and hazardous, with numerous kitchen drawers also broken 6. The kettle was broken 7. The barbeque was filthy, having not been cleaned in months and as such was unusable 8. The WiFi router was left in the box it came in for us to set up The property's website is, unfortunately, a classic case of taking disingenuous close-up photographs that do not give a full angle on how incomplete this property really is. Whilst some of these problems are able to be overlooked, the attitude of the property owner, Anjana Devoy, cannot. The owner seems hasty to give out personal details of clients, a problem seemingly experienced by other customers of her on this platform. Anjana seems unable to concede, or apologise for that matter, for a single mistake she has made. The replies to reviews she leaves on this website instead portray a rather shocking belief that it is the 'world against me', instead perhaps that her properties aren't how she listed them. To add insult to injury, Anjana Devoy has made a mockery of the government's lockdown laws, and of the NHS. She encouraged potential customers to break regional laws, put in place to protect lives, in order that she could make more money. Any complaint made by Anjana that the lockdown has brought difficulty upon her business should be considered cynical. Anjana refused to pay refunds to those who could not attend her properties, received a rather large government grant, and I understand then illegally went to stay at one of her properties during a time period when it was booked by a customer! Perhaps HMRC should have a look into how their COVID relief grant was spent. I would highly recommend any potential customer researches these properties before booking. Anjana Devoy has shown herself as incapable of having a truthful and genuine discussion with customers and instead reacts aggressively and inappropriately to what is rather deserved criticism. Be prepared to receive a product which is nothing like what was advertised, and then instead of being given a refund, being told it was entirely your fault, or that you were 'stressed'. Anjana Devoy will, without doubt, respond to this review as she did to all the others, in a completely childish manner, perhaps caused by the stress of the legal cases raised by other unhappy customers, closing in around her?

All the Ski famille Staff for our stay at Chalet Nicole in Jan 19 were exceptional and made our holiday. Childcare staff were amazing with our 5 year and 1 year allowing us worry free skiing and relaxing. Great group of guests added to the holiday and location of chalet and good amenities rounded it off. Highly recommend and will return next year

Booked a ski total holiday in January. Missed our return flights because there transfer bus couldn't pick us up on time. Ski total were well aware of weather conditions and weather warning with road closures forecast more than 24hours in advance and did no planning or organisation to prevent this. Then spent the next few days trying to sort out the mess. Despite being delayed more than 24hours ski total refused to compensate for excess costs of car parking and premium seats on return flight just £50 due to the delay being an act of God (bad weather) not their poor preparation for the widely publicised snow storm the evening before. They also tried to get me to pay my own ski carriage on the rearranged double flight which I knew I would never get back. I would not recommend ski total due to this recent experience.

Mont Tremblant is a beautiful place. But I had very bad experience specifically with this company. It's my 5th time in Mont Tremblant, I never had any problems. The owners charged extra fees for cleaning the hot tub, because they did not want to pay it themselves. Cleaning the spa is part of the maintenance and customers should not be paying for it. Same with cleaning the cottage. Also, the pool table was missing one ball and I was almost charged for it as well, had to argue that it was missing before we arrived there. Very dishonest! I would not recommend.

Cottage Mont Tremblant Rental - Just great place for summer retreat! Very quite place! It stays on non-motorized lake Gauthier just minutes driving from mount Tremblant. My family and I go on regular vacations to Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Canada and we normally stay in Hotels. This year we were looking for something a little different and my google search found this Cottage Mont Tremblant site. We decided to try it and never regret of our choice! I thought it was worth sharing.

For the second year running these guys have come up trumps with an apartment in Meribel centre that ticked all the boxes! I explained what we were looking for & what our budget was & they got it spot on again! Amazing ski in ski out location, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, great views, lovely open plan living area with well equipped kitchen. The communication when booking & before & during our stay has been excellent. This is how to run a rental company. I will be booking through then again next year!

Just returned from a weeks holiday staying in Meribel Les Allues with Meribel Chalet & Apartment Rentals. We have used this company in Courcheval many times before and they didn't fail to meet expectations in Meribel as well. They are very easy to work with, provide all information and details on time and in full. They arranged lift passes & ski hire that made our holiday a lot easier. The only thing I would say is that the Courcheval company arranged for the towels to be cleaned half way through our holiday and in Meribel this service was missing. It wasn't a showstopper but its a nice added touch that makes them just that little bit better.
