We changed the registration and inadvertently double booked. We were told no problem and sent a Booking cancellation confirmation which stated the refund amount will be credited to the payment card used for the previous booking. That was the 11th May and still no monies returned despite an email sent inform them.

Good afternoon. I would like to contact those who are looking for parking at airports. Never contact this company. Cheating people when you arrive at the parking lot, initially you need to call them in 30 minutes so that they send a person for your car, you can wait for him for an hour and a half, which is already not convenient for you. Upon arrival, your car can be returned late and you are waiting at the airport all this time. Your car is driven outside the airport, it’s not clear where your keys are with them all the time, my friends returned the car almost without fuel, although there was almost under the tank. And even when the car is taken away and returned for entry and exit from the parking lot, you pay, which is completely unprofitable even with their discounts. Be careful. Make reposts so that more people see.

I was really sceptical after reading poor reviews BUT this was a seamless service from Palma Airport to Cala D'Or Majorca. Found desk immediately, was given tickets efficiently and clear directions to coach stop outside airport. Hardly any wait time before we left on brand new clean AC coach. 2hrs to Resort not much longer than public bus and door to door service. Pickup service to the minute, hotel posted notification to my room w days before departure, drivers were skilled courteous and professional. As you see a great service. No issues whatsoever

Yes you have signs with no smoking on it, but I didn't see ANYONE from airport asking smokers to follow that! Maybe there is something wrong on security process if you REGULARLY have queue at morning? Any improvements on process? Cant see.

In general, the airport is very good. However, I would rate departure as a 5, but arrival as a 3. I am in the travel and tourism industry and from a first impression point of view, 3* is not acceptable. Domestic arrivals are fine, but when it comes to Border Control and Baggage Reclaim for international arrivals, it is a lottery. Once again, Border Control was a mess this week if more than one flight arrives at the same time. It's not hard to sort out. Get some stronger people managing the queues and get the bags off the plane quicker. First impressions!!

HI, Traveled from Dublin, Ireland on Friday 27/5/2016 To Budapest and home on Monday 30/5/2016. Pre booked this service on line and I have to say it was a great decision. The driver was waiting in arrivals with our name on a board and was polite and mannerly. On our way home we were standing outside the apartment with our yellow booking form in our hand and we were approached by two taxi's but as advised on the booking we asked for the reference at which point they left. Our driver arrived at the exact time booked and confirmed the reference. He was chatty and a gentleman. Our son also used this service on my recommendation when he came to meet us in Budapest and even though his pick up was at 4.30am flying back he went down at 4.10am to find the taxi waiting. All in all a great service and I have no problems recommending it to everyone. Patrick

Excellent experience in September 2015 with this company. Good communication at Budapest Airport via text messages. Pick up on time and driver (Michael) very courteous with a relatively new car with plently of space for passengers and luggage. Highly recommended if trying to transfer to Budapest city central.

I purchased 4 tickets for an adrenalin skydive 2.5 months prior to book the weekend for my birthday from Living Social Deals. They told me I needed all 4 coupon numbers to finalise the booking. I told my friends who had purchased the coupons separately to contact Adrenalin but they all had trouble contacting them. They were either unreachable or said that they couldn't find the booking under my name. So I got all their details and called Adrenalin on my days off work and finally got in contact with a representative who was very uninterested and unhelpful. I tried a month later to make sure the booking was still there and they said the date I had given them wouldn't be available as their sky diving instructor will be away in the US. So I had to change the date which meant I changed the date of my birthday celebrations. I called them one week prior to the date and they confirmed the booking. Two days before the jump date, while I was at work I got a missed call from a random mobile number, I called back and a sales rep named "[name removed]" from Adrenalin Skydive told me that they had tried to contact me to tell me that my booking was incorrectly placed and they could no longer fit me in on the day! I was incredulous! I couldn't believe that they would do this to me. I called them back and said that it was not allowed! I had booked it two months in advance, had it planned for my birthday and [name removed] just told me "we can't fit you as one of our planes broke down". I was extremely upset as you can imagine. the day prior to the jump he called and said he would "try to fit" my group booking in, as if it was a favour and would call me tomorrow to confirm but couldn't fully assure me it would go ahead. He called me at 9am and told me to get there by 12pm. I was driving from Sydney to Goulburn and had friends travelling on public transport to meet me at the station. It was a horrible and rushed birthday and we ended up having to wait for another 3 hours to actually make the jump. On the way back vomited because of all the unneccessary stress/fatigue. I was also 1 hour late for my Birthday dinner in which 15 people arrived before me.What a waste of a whole Saturday and my energy, I didn't even get to go clubbing because I was so fatigued from all the bull. If i knew it was going to be this much trouble I would have not purchased the coupon with Adrenalin Skydive. If you're going to advertise a coupon, you should show them the same respect as paying customers or just not advertise a special coupon deal if you can't hack the lack of financial profit gained. Changed my booking 1 month before & again 2 days prior to my bday, poor customer service, money hungry and dishonest

Expensive skydiving for $224 for a mid week jump over the cane fields. There was nothing to see and that little lady was so rude to us. It was a horrible, rushed and then ended up having to wait for another 3 hours to actually make the jump. Avoid them!

I hired a Toyota Corolla for 2 weeks starting 13th October 2019 at Melbourne Airport. Picked up by Ace Parking minivan quickly and taken to Aerodrive which is located in Ace Parking. Great service at pickup and they upgraded us to a Holden Equinox with only 10,000km. Because of the much cheaper price than all the other car hire companies I was expecting a much older Toyota. When we returned we were driven to the airport terminal in our hire care. Excellent service from the staff and excellent car. DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS COMPANY We hired a car August 2019 and the following happened. We were contacted saying we had damaged the park light and that they would charge our credit card $2500. We had checked the car on its return and it had no damage. We disputed the claim and provided evidence that it was not our damage or responsibility. Eight months later they contacted us and said we owed $320. We once again provided evidence that the damage had not been incurred by us and that it was not our responsibility. We asked to speak with the branch manager which resulted in a lengthy discussion requiring us to reiterate and repeat all of our earlier concerns. The manager said they would carry out an investigation 8 months after the event! We were not contacted by any one at any time as part of their investigation yet they concluded we were still responsible. We doubt the validity and independence of this process. We are now seeking legal advice and have laid a complaint with the Commerce Commission. Do not rent from this company.

Ciao to everyone, I know I'm in London but, 20 minute a go the driver pickup my tow boxes from my house, him give me a good help for pickup the packages and help me with the lables.. until here everything was normal but, what was anormal was:" I book the delivery like 50 minutes a go", when the driver was at home my friend was closing the last box ... excellent and fast service, I will let you know when a receive both of them in Italy

I used AllinCarHire twice now, both in Malaga. I am very careful when hiring cars cause of all the scams everywhere. Last year I took the risk hiring a car here, because it had the all inclusive price. With other rental companies you have to buy extra services/insurances or pay a huge amount upfront as a deposit. Here it was one price, everything included, no surprises. I made pictures of the scratches on the car just to be sure like everyone else should do. But with this company it is not necessary. Very relaxed people, helpful, one is speaking dutch which makes it easier for me. And when returning the car there is no problem. Quickly they arrange a transfer to the airport and done. No surprises. The only thing is that you have a transfer of 5 minutes but that's all worth it. Next time it will eb allincarehire.com for me again.

I've been using Faro Airport Taxis for 4 years now, and am always impressed by their operation. There is always someone standing at arrivals waiting for you - slight change this year meant we then had to go and find the driver, but that was explained to me. In the past the drivers have had to spend a huge amount of money paying for parking if the planes are delayed - so makes sense. The drivers are always courteous and good (always helps not to be terrified by the driver's ability!) So all in all - highly recommended.

I write this on behalf of my parents who were desperate to get back to their Portugal home at the beginning of the Covid 19 Portuguese National Emergency. I was so pleased that we booked the taxi as there were none free at Faro airport when they got there. Their taxi driver was wonderful and really helpful at a difficult time. I received email confirmations the day before each travel and the driver was waiting at the airport for our arrival and was friendly and helpful. I've had a really bad experience with Green Parking: despite the process seemed very quick and efficient when I left my car on 5th Aug 2017, at my return I received a car with a fresh dent on the driver's door. On pointing this out to the driver, he produced a sheet detailing pre existing damage that I didn't see or signed when leaving the car, which pretty much marked the whole of the car body. When I said I hadn't seen or signed this sheet, he said to contact the green parking office directly via email - I've been doing so for 4 weeks now with no answer. Don't risk it and leave your car with them: the few pounds you may save you can end up paying in repairs, and the customer service is simply non-existent. Regarding Green Parking's reply below: I have not received any email answering my 18th August one - which by the way was the fourth I sent pointing out the issue.

On 11 April, I required to make an overnight trip to Brussels the same evening. A general internet enquiry indicated that parking was virtually impossible without paying the same price as the airfare. This was until I found Green Heathrow Meet and Greet, Not only was the Service charge more reasonable but the person I spoke to was able to arrange parking 2 hours from my call. Management of parking arrival and delivery back of the my vehicle on return was very efficient. This was despite not being able to call in (motorway) as required or the inbound flight being unexpectedly early. Telephone contact on both ends of the journey introduced a 10 minute delay which was reasonable. The customer service agent (and chauffeur) was very pleasant, efficient and helpful. An overall excellent service. I would use Green Heathrow Meet and Greet service again and strongly recommend it to other passengers. There is also a very valuable loyalty scheme for frequent users.

I used this company for two excursions; one to the Nisyros volcano and the other a 3 Island Boat Cruise. Both trips were absolutely fab! The drivers were perfectly on time both times and everything was very well organised. These trips really topped off our holiday and were completely hassle free! Definitely recommend using them as the trips are really good value for money!

The delivery of the car at our apartment was two hours late. After 1 hour the car broke down and the bottompart fell down on the street. They sent a truck to tow the car away. However they managed to make a preliminary ”repair” so we could drive the car back to our apartment. That was a scary experience. The next morning they delivered another car to us. Even this time the car was delivered much later than they promised. Worst carrenting experience ever.

Because our flight arrived 30 mins early Raoul went above and beyond his job and arranged for another taxi to pick us up at the airport. The taxi was there is 5 minutes, very courteous service, nice car too! On the morning of the pick up Raoul arrived about 5 minutes early and said no rush at all, take your time. I have to say the service was excellent value for money and just made things so much easier for us. I would certainly not hesitate to use the service again if we are back in Amsterdam.

They just stole my money I booked from 17/03/2020 to 21/03/2020 and paid in advance, My flights have been cancelled ,so I booked flight for the next day 18/03/2020 but they told t if you don't pick up the car on the 17th of March we will cancel the booking and lose what I paid . Nothing at the point of booking to let you know that you cannot use the service if you’re not issued with a boarding pass after checking in online. Didn’t find out they couldn’t take my luggage until the driver showed up so out £55 and was not even offered a partial refund. When I contacted customer services I was just sent a link to an FAQ that I didn’t see when making the booking, if it had been more visible I would not have booked in the first place. Ended up paying for a taxi to get to the airport with my luggage which was around the same price and a lot less hassle.

Superb; easy pick-up the night before, text message the following day with bag label numbers. Arrived at the desitnation and the bags unloaded with the rest of the flight.

Both the driver who picked us up and the one who returned us to the airport were friendly. They showed up early, vehicle was clean and they were extremely friendly. It was the best car service experience I've ever had and we will definitely use them the next time we are in Orlando.

It is a website for pilots that (among other things) claims to track comments from actual experiences people have had at the FBOs (fixed base operators) some pilots have visited. I checked the comments before going to Lake Tahoe (KTVL). I had a bad experience at the Lake Tahoe airport and I wrote a comment that outlined what happened and why I thought it the FBO should be avoided. I am a frequent user of the website and the next day when I checked the website, it said the "comment" was being investigated. Shortly thereafter it disappeared. I was never contacted, I can only surmise the website gives people that advertise the right to censor the comments. Strangely enough, they only have "positive" comments for this FBO (the only one at this airport - KTVL). The FBO is Mountain West and the website that claims to be a pilot information center is Airnav. Steve Kinnaird

I was so afraid about the delivery rates, but glad all packages got delivered before Christmas. Took about 17 days to get me. The only thing that upset me is, got 5 different packages on different days. I wish all could be delivered in one package.

If I could leave no stars I would. Our flights to Paris was cancelled due to the French protestors. No fault of ours. I called as soon as I got the alert our flight was cancelled. Jayride refuses to refund our money because it was outside the 48 hours before. They have our money for a service they did not provide. Don’t use this company.

Airport is fine but car park is a rip off. Charged to drop off, even if you don’t park up. Want to use long stay? Prepare to remortgage your house/sell off your children if you haven’t pre-booked, which must be done several hours in advance.

Krakow Direct did a return trip from Krakow airport to the Park Inn Hotel before Christmas. Taxi was ready and waiting for both journeys, the vehicles were spotlessly clean and price very reasonable. Both drivers were friendly and helpful. Communication with the office and via email was first class. I will use Krakow Direct again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Thanks to Miami Limo for making my daughter's birthday so unforgettable. All of our guests got shocked and completely surprised when the Hummer Limo pulled up to pick us up. The driver was very professional and super friendly, and the limo was clean and beautiful inside out. The lights and sound system made the final touch, we've had a blast. Great memories!!!

Key broken The drivers who collected and delivered the vehicle we efficient and friendly, however the key to the vehicle was broken whilst in their possession, no apologies, it was superglued together and then sellotaped on return. They refuse to refund as they say it was faulty on delivery and as the car is older the key is older, although they admit it was broken by a member of staff. As they super glued it together it had to be recut costing £35! Tried to go through the complaints and customer service which just kept stating no liability and the oldness of the vehicle. Be very aware of damage and no come back - still trying to escalate it.

My car got scratched while I was traveling. I took a photo when retrieving the car and compared with the check-in photo, the scratch was clearly not there before. Despite the photo they keep rejecting liability using dodgy arguments. "there is a distortion on the photo" "your photo is very zoomed" In addition, drivers were late at our arrival and return to the Stansted airport, despite calling them in advance. Forcing us to wait outside in the wind with our baby.

Cancelled my 'free cancellation' booking on the 7th March and I've still had no refund. I occasionally receive automated emails to let me know they've not forgotten me... Great thanks? Then on the 27th April I receive an email asking if I still need assistance?! ?♂️ Do yourself a favour and steer clear! Book direct with the hotel's and parking companies and cut these charlatens out.
