Good afternoon. I would like to contact those who are looking for parking at airports. Never contact this company. Cheating people when you arrive at the parking lot, initially you need to call them in 30 minutes so that they send a person for your car, you can wait for him for an hour and a half, which is already not convenient for you. Upon arrival, your car can be returned late and you are waiting at the airport all this time. Your car is driven outside the airport, it’s not clear where your keys are with them all the time, my friends returned the car almost without fuel, although there was almost under the tank. And even when the car is taken away and returned for entry and exit from the parking lot, you pay, which is completely unprofitable even with their discounts. Be careful. Make reposts so that more people see.

If I could give a minus star I would. Rang on route as the described, with 30 mins to go to arrival. Had to wait a further hour for them to collect the car. Kept saying they were on their way which they clearly were not. Upon return to the UK had to wait TWO hours, only to be lied to time and time again saying he was on his way with my car. Then they stopped taking my calls, but decided to answer a lady stood next to me who was also chasing up the return of her car. You also have to pay the parking upon arrival so that's a further £5.30 x 2 so they are not that cheap afterall. The guy on the phone is rude and aggressive.............when the car was returned the mileage was only 7 miles yet it took TWO hours to return my car which was about 3 miles down the road! Absolutely disgusting service!!! AVOID!!!

Worst experience ever! Both Ezybook and Rainbow Parking (also known as Golden Parking) are scamming customers. I have a system in my car that allows me to remote control it and also see location my car is in. My car was used on various occasions and stored in a residential address and not a secure car park as advertised!!! Upon receiving my car, my diesel was almost finished and there was a Tesco clubcard for a stranger called “MRS Y RAJARULAN” in the passenger seat.

Ezybook will not offer any compensation and Golden parking has refused to respond or investigate this. They ignored all emails from myself.
My car could have easily been stolen or damaged.

Ezybook takes payment and refuses to hold Rainbow Parking/Golden Parking accountable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANIES. Check reviews on Google and also Trust Pilot.

Please Ezybook, do not attempt to respond unless you are now going to compensate me or actually hold Rainbow Parking/Golden Parking accountable.

Shocking service.
Feel like I have been ripped off.
Booked airport car parking and paid extra for free cancellation due to well documented airport problems.
Had to cancel my parking 2 weeks before the date because of flight disruptions and still haven’t got my refund over 8 weeks later despite over 7 emails to them!
YES OVER 8 WEEKS LATER AND NOTHING!

By far the worst, most incompetent and dishonest company I have ever used. They arrive hours late, leaving you stranded in a busy Heathrow in the middle of the night. Ezybook and the companies and drivers they use are awful and I would never use them again. You have been warned.

We have now, so far received 3 fines after leaving our car with these awful things. Photos show our car parked in an area in London, obviously where it shouldn't be parked. We were in the states, thinking we had left our car with a reputable company. Couldn't be further from the truth. I have left reviews on trust pilot, as with many others to say how shambolic this (can't even call them a company) greedy cowboy unprofessional things are. Absolutely no regard for your vehicle. We have reported to the police, trading standards and are obviously appealing our fines. Along with many many negative honest reviews, they keep uploading positives, which i Absolutely promise you are 100% fake. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Don’t trust this company at all !!!! Go for expensive more trustable and professional companies never again gov.uk have to investigate them because they are taking peoples cars and drive as their personal vehicle my story was 17th of April they pick up my vehicle 14:33 which I already told them I’m going to be arrived 14:00 because off late pick up I paid £8.50 in Heathrow Terminal 5 and when I come back from holiday 22th of April i wait them 1 hour out side of pick up point and they didn’t come to pick me up cause they said that was a issue with my vehicle and I told them to take me to my vehicle they come after 1hour 20 mins for me to bring me to my vehicle and I notice there wasn’t any Issues with my vehicle they was just lying to me any way I took my vehicle and go my home and I received penalty charge notice from Heathrow Terminal 5 drop off point 17th of April 14:51 which was right after they pick up my vehicle they drove to drop off area and pick up some one else in to my vehicle and was driving while he speaking with cell phone on his hand I try to contact them true their provided number or provided email u cannot access or leave voice mail cos their mail boxes full as well so highly warning ⚠️ Do not trust this people and don’t give them your car I paid my pcn charge aswell and I’ll go to court agains them to lose their business

My car was not picked up at meet and greet and supplier did not answer my calls. I called Ezybook and they said a refund will be made within 3-4 business days (that was October 22nd 2021). I haven't received a refund to date. They are hanging up on my calls and not answering my emails. My booking value was £61.79

Booked meet and greet parking at Heathrow. They did not answer the phone and had to book last minute alternative parking at the airport at double the price. 11 days later I am still awaiting a refund. The operator are Zenith cars who are clearly a rogue company. They say Ezybook need to refund me. Ezybook say Zenith need to refund me. They are both to be avoided at all costs.

Just had our parking cancelled less than 24 hours before dropping the car off. Not sure how we are getting to Heathrow now and generic text message which looks fake, doubt we will be refunded!!

These guys are crooks
My car was returned hours late filthy with one rear wheel & tyre damaged. It had obvious been used without permission for off road activities due my 3+ weeks in India
They were impossible to contact, no answers as to recompense
The repairs cost about £300. I had to claim on my insurance.
Do not use them. They are crooks

If you want your back window smashed and 3 dents in your boot go ahead and book ....I am fuming ...will never use meet and greet again and am going to go whole hog into legal even if it costs me a lot more ...its the principle....avoid this company like the plague. See reply below...the company concerned has tried to strike itself off the company's house register and these guys are still using them.. related maybe?

I bought a parking to Heathrow for 2 weeks, I fallow the instructions and surprise when I came back I should pay the full amount of money £400 for long stay. Horrible service!!!! Very disappointed!!

We booked with this so called company meet and greet, awful service they put the phone down on me after 4 calls with them my wife’s pregnant 7 months they didn’t seem to care, when landing we followed there guidelines but it still took 2 hours to return the car. Awful experience and would never use them again. Avoid at all costs you have been warned.

If your flight is due to land any later than 11pm, my advice would be to get arrival for 00:05 the next day. They will charge a £10 fee if you’re slightly delayed and pick the car up past midnight. Rude operators on the phone. Guy who dropped the car off rushed into getting my signature so he could go. Decent value for money considering, but don’t expect customer service.
