My company ordered custom logo face masks on 07.20. We were told the order could take up to two weeks to receive. Almost a month later, after numerous e-mails to customer service (there's no readily available phone number to call, you have to e-mail them), we finally received them. They were incorrect. The fabric and color were horrible. Customer service said they would replace the masks free of charge. I donated the incorrect masks. Again, almost a month went by, and after MORE e-mails to customer service, I was told "our masks didn't mean quality control inspection, so we have to redo them." OK, fine. Another few weeks go by, and we received the masks. STILL WRONG. I couldn't believe. I immediately contact customer service. They told me if I wanted a refund (because I surely didn't trust them to make the masks correctly after now 3 misprints), I would have to send them pictures of every single mask destroyed individually. When I inquired why I could not donate these masks in the midst of the pandemic, when there is a severe mask shortage, I was told I agreed to the terms and conditions when we purchased from them. The terms and conditions I agreed to were contingent on actually receiving our correct order! I have never once spoken on the phone from anyone in this company. My issues were never escalated to management, but simply passed to the next customer service representative who responded like a bot...I'm not confident I ever spoke to a real person. We never received a refund. I refused to destroy the masks and donated them anyways. I will never, ever purchase anything from this horrible company again and will advise our constituents of their "process."

TO AVOID, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN Scammers, liars, thieves. I booked a ford fiesta 5 doors with economybookings, I received an email confirming a fiat 500 (3 doors). I call customer service after sending the screenchots of my reservation. And there, the drama, THE SCAM The 1st advisor told me that someone else took the car and that it is no longer available either I take the fiat 500 or I pay more and I take a ford focus (it was not possible to take the fiat 500). I had 5 advisers in all. I am told the same thing, either I cancel and I pay the costs or I upgrade and I pay more. and even if it's their fault it's their policy. After 10 minutes of debate, the guy canceled my reservation without my consent. and hangs up on me. after that my phone number was filtered. the worst customer service ever. Never seen .

One star is already one too many!!! I booked a car on 1 March and cancelled the same day. I immediately received a confirmation email promising a full refund within 5-21 days. It is now 125 days and more than 12 emails later. Economy are now claiming no-repayment due to Covid-19. My claim and their agreement was before the WHO declared a pandemic on 11 March and unrelated. Shameful. I shall not give up however. I am instigating legal proceedings and intend to publish concerns on as many sites as possible. intend to pursue them by all means possible... I suggest all the hundreds of others who have had similar bad treatment do the same.

Alpharooms made me extremely upser when I wanted to cancel accommodations and book another destination. Wanted £30 per person and further charges. This used to be free and I was totally unaware that they had changed terms and conditions! I've been customer for more than a decade and I will never use them again! Rip off!

They should be ashamed of themselves the way they treat there customers my Daughter and her friends were to go on thete first holiday in July, unfortunately we had to cancel back in March because there leaving cert was falling on the dates they were going but Alpharooms kept taken the money out of my Daughter's account, we found out that the hotel wasn't opening at all this year and the flights were cancelled, Aer Lingus refunded the money back into Alpharooms account and they were to refund it back into my daughter's account they still haven't. Alpharooms never told us that the hotel wasn't opening we had to ring the hotel in Mallorca ourselves, they are now trying to say that we breached, our contact because we missed payments, which we didn't because we have back statements from the bank, will all payments that are payed I wouldn't recommend them at all and we will never use them ever again.

After sale service poor. Little consistency in what different staff say and unprofessional e.g. Gives you details of how and why they know more than you. Each give you the impression they are scared and must make money for the company and commission for themselves. Most of them are polite hence an extra star.

Booked flights which were cancelled due to PIA being suspended. Southall made no communication regarding the cancellation or the refund. I have had to call them to get updates. They have had my refund for over a week now and have not bothered contacting me. They have advised 14 days to process refund when I contacted them. I have used them a few times. You don't know how good a company is till there is an issue. I will definitely not be using southall again.

3rd time in Bansko and a great place, friendly people and good food, unfortunately the trip was marred by a dispute with Balkan holidays hence I would advise extreme caution if using them as their Customer service is dreadful in my opinion but you only find these things out if there is a problem?. The insurance they offer has nothing to do with them apparently and as such I strongly recommend anyone thinking of using it reads the entire policy ensuring they fully understand everything in it as the summary they provide in no way provides an accurate depiction of what I thought I had bought and Balkan holidays appear to like it that way!

Do not book sunny beach via balkan until you have checked the reviews on trip advisor of the hotel! we booked a 4star hotel then checked the reviews of the globus hotel which is owned by balkan holidays. The reviews are shocking with pictures of bed bugs, dirty showers & people stating their bed-sheets was not changed in 2 weeks! We contacted balkan to try and cancel the hotel but keep the flight within hours of booking & was told it is not possible & we could only cancel the whole holiday & we would lose 50% of the total cost. DO NOT BOOK BALKAN

An excellent product from a really excellent company. I am very pleased indeed with my garden office. It is warm in Winter and surprisingly cool in hot weather. Ralp Forbes in particular was hugely helpful in designing the project and even allowed me to visit their factory to see the construction process for myself.

We are absolutely delighted with our new “shed” (although describing it as a shed is doing it a massive disservice!). We did a lot of research and endless on line searching and found nothing that matched the quality and price. The construction and panel system is ingenious and to my mind a great example of a small innovative family run company. Ralph was great from initial discussions to drawings to build. We will be using our building for, amongst other things, music and Ralph put me in touch with another customer who used their building for the same purpose so we could make sure it would be suitable for us. The install took a day and the team including Ralph, Ralph’s grandfather and Scott were great - friendly, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. The finished building is amazing and we already have lots of friends and neighbours with shed envy!

We bought 2 tickets to Cancun Mx for $1,403.42. Our flight was to leave in April 3, 2019 but due to the pandemic, our flight was cancelled. Delta has since refunded Cheapticketsdeal the money. It has been 6 months and Cheapticketsdeal hasn't refunded my money. I have called at a least a dozen times and they keep on saying that because of the pandemic they are encountering technical difficulties, that they are working remotely and I will get my refund. It doesn't take 6 months to issue a refund. It shouldn't take this long to issue a refund unless these people are scammers.

Provided with the very best price. Because the booking was not in my name I was asked to pay via a 3rd party site. (Viva wallet). That was a little worrying at first but everything went perfectly fine and eticket was issued in less than 24 hrs as promised. Great service here. Front drivers side tyre was slowly losing pressure and needed wheel rim tidy up and refurbishment. Kwik Fit had previously said they didn’t have time to do this. Farmers completed a great job, checked other tyres at my request and said they were all fine. Left having just laid out only £35! One happy customer.

Car tyre was damaged after hitting unseen pothole. Farmers autocare at st John's road edinburgh,who were busy at time ,said it would be an hour and a half, I was in a hurry as had to be home but I had no choice as couldnt drive the car. Went for a wee walk and came back to find the car tyre getting changed, so was done in about half hour. Very happy with service and quickness of changing the tyre. Thank u

The most thieving company I've ever seen in my life! It was the first and last time I booked flights via OPODO. In February I booked flights with my boyfriend from London to Iceland but unfortunately, our flight was canceled due to bad weather conditions. Due to the situation, we were not contacted regarding the cancellation or refund by Opodo. We had to first call EasyJet to ask where our money is because according to their email we should get a refund within 7 days and it was like that but the money went to Opodo's account. We tried to contact Opodo many times so that they would kindly give our money back. At the very beginning, no one answered the phone. Later finally someone answered the phone they told us that due to coronavirus we have to wait another 90 days for a refund. From February to this time, we still haven't received our money back. We said to them that this happened before coronavirus started , plus they had our money straight away on their account after the flight was canceled and what's more we had to send them an email which confirms that the EasyJet will do full refund to get our money back from OPODO. We have already talked to Opodo managers twice who assured us that the money will be available within 5 working days than we been told 48 hours. If we do not get the money after 2 days, we will definitely report it to a lawyer. I do not recommend Opodo to anyone. A bunch of thieves who are holding customers' money illegally! I hope due to coronavirus they will bankrupt!

I bought gold few times, I thought their payment was secure and I paid with my debit card. I spent $143 and they charged my account $498, when I confronted them they didn't do anything bout it and said that I spent that much. I placed a order for 58-75 defense. Said it was going to cost about $60 and take 59 hours to complete my order. I would occasionally check in on my account to discover this " Gamer " was not training my account at all during the day and only for a few hours between midnight and early in the A.M. i literally had to take some spare time during my vacation and gained 3 of those defense levels that i had paid for on my own. Here it is 56 hours later and my order will not going to be completed on time. Im paying a $1 for every hour for nothing. I went through amazon.com to replace my MacBook pro 15" lithium battery. First mistake. Second mistake was thinking that you could find a mac battery for less than $150. The battery I ordered was advertised as an Apple macbook 15" lithium battery. Upon delivery, I discovered it was in fact a cheap knock off. Fine, name brand is not a big deal to me. But this battery wouldn't even fit in my computer! And when I contacted the seller, I discovered I couldn't return the battery because it's illegal to ship lithium batteries overseas if you don't own a company. Very disappointed and and angry. I booked accommodation for one night in Glasgow in May of this year through this site.I reside in Scotland the hotel is in Scotland and I naturally paid in Sterling.What I did not find out until today when I received my bank statement is that this company uses a foreign banking system and charged me an international use fee and my bank charged me an overseas transaction fee.Nowhere on their site do they make any mention of this so I advise others to be very wary if making bookings through them.I would prefer to complain to them direct but cannot find an address for them.

G2Deal are scammers. I purchased a Windows key from G2Deal and it did not work with Microsoft download site. They then told me to download some hacked version of Windows from an untrusted site to make the key work. I refused to do that and they refused to issue a refund. G2Deal is a scam, stay away.

I booked a two bed two bath suite. I was skeptical because the same suite was not available on any websites. After I booked through you I called the hotel and sure enough, I only had a reservation for a studio suite. Luckily I called or two couples would have been stuck in a studio. I will use your website again to find what hotels have suites but will use your competitors websites to book the rooms.

The breakfast was amazing and the rooms seemed clean at first glance, however, I learned later that probably was not the case when I called in after my stay to learn no one found my grooming case (which was hanging in the closet) nor my swimsuit (which was ******* on the shower rod). I left the ironing board out, so housekeeping would have had to fold up and put in closet, which they could not do without bumping into my grooming case. I can only assume that they either did not clean the room very well, or stole or threw away my items. Either way, the rooms are poorly cleaned or the housekeeping staff are dishonest. Sad to think I have to choose between a dirty room or an insecure room.

I ordered 6 million bells for Animal Crossing after a very bad situation with some turnip prices. I was worried that they wouldn’t be delivered within 15 minutes, but I also had extra time to wait. However I was really pleasantly surprised when someone visited within the 15 minutes, who dropped the gold nuggets for me to sell for my bells. Not usually one to use these sort of services but was really happy with how this worked out.

Check in was a slow process, our rental service agent was more concerned with phone calls than in helping with our rental The car had close to 100,000 miles on it and it had numerous scratches, dents, we also had issues with the automatic locks not working, could have been a battery issue,the fuel tank was supposed to be full but only was 8/10 full. The return of the car went well the agent was courteous and polite.

I would give this company a 0 star rating if I could. I confirmed a date for my move weeks in advance and then the day before my move I get a call from the removalist truck driver to tell me he is coming to pick up my things today - a whole day before it was meant to be picked up. I hadn’t had much chance to pack as I had been working full time and had put the day before my move to pack everything, so when I got the call I was absolutely panicked and called Discount Backloading to no avail, the truck driver told me there was nothing he could do as he had told Discount Backloading that he had a grace period of two days for a move so he informed them the move would be either on the 28th OR the 29th of March but I was just told the 29th and that the driver would call me the afternoon before to organise a time for pick up on the 29th. I emailed and called the company and there was absolutely nothing they said they could do. Absolutely disgraceful to put someone through that. I am a 22 year old young female living by herself with no family and no back up to help me pack or move and I was put in one of the most stressful situation of my life as I had a flight booked for the Friday to leave the country, and they told me no trucks were leaving on the day I had actually confirmed with the company. Just absolutely disgusting that they could put that stress on someone with no compensation or apology. I am mortified and I actually injured my back and ribs from lifting and putting down heavy furniture by myself and being profusely bent over boxes crazily packing as the driver called me the day before my removal to tell me he was coming to pick up my stuff in an hour. I was still packing and unscrewing my furniture as the removalist was taking my boxes I had managed to pack down to his truck. I emailed the company and no reply. I will never ever recommend this company to anybody. And we’ll see what state my furniture is in when it arrives at its destination.

I booked this company to move my 91 year old grandmother from a tiny country town called Tottenham NSW to Brisbane to live with me as she was being forced out of her home by my mother. This company emailed me the day before stating that the truck would arrive as promised on Wednesday 19th September and someone would call to advise the time. They had originally given three days but in the end helped me by agreeing to specifically 19th. My grandmother caught the community car to Dubbo to pay the full bill in advance and I left Brisbane on 20th driving all night til I reached Tottenham. I repeatedly called this company and they did not answer and the calls went to voicemail all day. We had people arranged to help the movers load their truck even! I kept calling and no one got back to me. They then finally told me “if the truck hasn’t come by now it probably isn’t coming and it probably won’t come tomorrow either”. My grandmother is in tears, I’ve literally begged on the phone for someone to please tell me when the truck is coming and I have had absolutely no help. My grandmother is so unwell now and her life’s belongings may end up at the tip because we have to leave if the truck does not arrive tomorrow. This could kill her through a heart attack as she is so upset and humiliated that people have come to help and this company has let us down. I’ve left my babies and business in Brisbane to drive down here to help and we’ve paid the bill in full. It’s heartbreaking that a company like this could harm an elderly woman in this way. Rest assured I am going to make sure they pay!

Bought FIFA 20 through this website. Never again. Been waiting for my game for over 2 months now. I reply the email and then I get back the most arrogant email asking me why didn’t I read the instructions properly. The worst customer support ever (if you can call that a customer support). Will never buy anything from them again even if they give me the game and money back. At this point I probably won’t get anything as there is nowhere I can complaint or make any legal actions. This just looks like a bunch of irresponsible kids running a website and tricking people like me. I honestly can’t understand how they are still running. Their Facebook page is full of negative comments and they’ve another Facebook page all over again to delete all the negative comments.

Took four days for my 'game' to arrive. Initially all worked without issue, but after my HDD failed, I have no way to reinstall the game. The 'support' desk ignores any emails, and a support ticket I opened just disappeared without any response. Avoid these people at all costs - you will loose one way or another. In response to cheapestgamestore's reply, I have opened a ticket, as stated in my review. It disappeared without response. I have since opened another one, and again, no response. I stick by my initial review.

I switched to them because they support both ASP.NET MVC 5 and ASP.NET Core 3 for shared web hosting on Windows. That is working well! I also chose them because they let you select your preferred data centre in your region of the world. However, it turns pout that is false advertising. At least the Australian data centre is available only for dedicated servers. My shared web site ended up being in Texas, USA. The response time are slower than they used to be with a local provider before. Also, their set up and surrounding support is highly disappointing. They provide NO PHONE NUMBER, so you can't call them. You ask them 3 questions and they answer in a one liner that doesn't address any of your questions. The site appears stable at least, but I will have to move away from them.

I have had my business site and several blogs hosted by ASPHostPortal under two accounts for several years and have not had any significant problems with their hosting. They have had excellent uptime (monitored by third party and well in excess of their guarantee). On the several occasions that I have used their technical support for advanced configuration and for assistance with moving the my site to their servers initially they have been extremely courteous and helpful every time. They actually moved my my site from another hosting company. I only need to change my connection string and everything work immediately. I can't give their 5 stars because for me their price is quite expensive if I compare with other competitors. But for reliability, speed, and technical support, you can rely on this company!

I was quoted $280 for a 2 bed / 1 bath house however I left $300 since the carport was messy. They said they would be there at 8am. They didn't arrive until 4pm and called to say the house was too dirty and they needed more money. It was definitely not dirty however I transferred another $40 just to get it done since I couldn't get back to the house and the landlord needed it the next day! I just received a call from the landlord saying the bathroom wasn't cleaned and there was still a lot to be done! Now, I need to pay for another cleaner to come through. DO NOT USE!!!! Spend the extra money for a professional company.

I paid $225 for a bond clean & oven clean. They came hours late, did not co-ordinate the carpet cleaner & spent 2.5 hours on what should have taken 6 hours to clean. The oven wasn't touched & there was NO negotiation in any refund. It wasn't worth $75 yet alone $225. Keep far away ftom this company. They weren't willing to negotiate at all.

My settlement date come and went with no correspondence from them for two weeks before hand. I still can not get them to contact me. Now having to change conveyancor. DID NOT ENGAGE THEIR SERVICES. Have wasted so much time and energy and have created a huge amount of stress

After a month of wondering when I would hear back about my block of land due to title imminently, I spent a lot of time calling and emailing to no avail... when trying to find another contact number for the office, as they NEVER answer the listed one, I found all these reviews... Thank heaven I haven't paid any money yet. I certainly won't be. Appalling service. They forwarded my own email back to me a few weeks back when I asked for an update with the line "Who knows anything about this?!" I responded "I do - I wrote it"... mind you it was in a chain of emails with their own details and my initial enquiry on it. Not hard to work out which file it relates to, surely... Still haven't had an update. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Nothing. No customer service, no responses to enquiries, no follow up, no idea who I was...

Our family of five have just made our move of a 4 bedroom house from Bunbury WA to the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, we chose Budget Self Pack Containers because they have an 8t weight allowance and although other self pack container companies allow 8t, some only allow for 5t (this includes the weight of the container itself at over 2t, Which was the same with all companies we spoke to), because the quote was close to $600 cheaper, they give you the container for up to 40 days split between both houses and also don’t charge much extra if for whatever reason you need the container for a while longer and also because they supplied a trolley, moving blankets and even rope just to make things easier for you. Communication was fantastic, we dealt with the same person throughout the whole process and we were kept promptly informed the entire time and everything happened on time as planned, impressive considering we moved around the Christmas and New Year period, all in all it was a very easy process and I wouldn’t hesitate in using Budget Self Pack Containers again or recommending them to anyone moving interstate.

Moved From Melbourne to Brisbane, we had 2 Townhouses 3 bedroom into a 20 ft container didn't fit everything but we all the important items. I was actually amazed we where able to get 95% of all of the items in. Very good Communication and the Container arrived on time, I hire labour's to arrive with the Driver and they where amazing very friendly and helpful , would recommend the extra help. I have ordered 3 times in 2 months, the prices are so reasonable that even when adding national delivery the value is unbeatable. The packaging is very well done, no breakages or damage and the turnaround from order to delivery at my door is usually only 3 days. I will continue stocking up over the next few months but fear I will run out of storage space.

ordered a desktop computer from them, price was excellent but after a month a several emails from David customer representative stating it was shipped would be there on this day, then a week later and then a week later still have not received the item after a month. The item is being sent 1 state from NY. Furthermore, the company cannot provide a tracking number just that it was sent from a second company USPS. DO NOT order anything from them. If you do, make sure it is by Paypal so you can get a quick refund.

I ordered a product from this company over 3 weeks ago. Never received a confirmation email for my paid order which was $20.00. I've been trying to contact them via their website and it doesn't exist. I will have to go to the consumer credit bureau to report them. I will also include the media and give them a negative exposure. This is not right to take consumer's money and don't send the product. I am extremely upset with Super Super Shoppers!!! Ordered 2 AMD 64 X2 4800+'s on Monday 7/24. Called and inquired on the shipping date because I needed them by the end of the week. Was told Tuesday or Wednesday. I had selected 3 day ground. Called back to upgrade to 2nd day air at the insistance of my friend who one of the processors was for. Called Tuesday and was told it wouldn't ship till Wednesday but they bumped my shipping up to next day air for FREE! What else can be said. A+ business and would definitely order from them again.

Bought a MSI K8N NEO2 PLATINUM online on a Mon, it arrived on a Fri w/UPS Ground (NY). A tracking number was not automatically sent via email; I had to ask for it. The mobo turned out to be a non-defective return that was mistakenly sent. A quick email resolved this issue w/a reply from the company president assuring the warranty and a price adjustment.

I ordered a 9-cell battery (LDL020) for my Dell Inspirion 9400 as the original battery came to the end of life after 2+ years. The order process was fast but a little strange - my credit card was charged immediately and there was no order confirmation email message or I could not track your order status online. The second day I sent an inquiry email message to the customer service and got an email reply promptly stating that the order had been processed and the battery was shipped to me. A few days later, I received a package from China via USPS registered mail. Then I realized I did not have an invoice or receipt from the seller. So I sent another email to request a receipt. Again I received an email reply with the receipt attached. Now, I have been using the battery, which is great. Bottom line, the product is good. The seller's process needs improvement. You need to follow up with the customer service to get what you need. I will buy from them again when a need arises.

Here is the message I sent to customer service after I got my battery: I have an AOpen 1557G. My existing battery was working fine. I could charge and discharge my existing battery. I ordered this battery so that I could have more power on extended trips away from outlet power. I received the battery. It looks identical to my existing battery with the exception of the bar code sticker on the side. When I plugged it in the computer didn't recognize that it was there - it thought it was empty. The computer said "no battery present". The charge light on the computer stayed off. I read on your website that it takes a while to charge the first time so I just left it in the slot for the next two nights and days. Eventually the charge light on the front came on. The power meeter application said "charging". This went on for the next two nights and days. The power 50% never increased. I took the battery out and put it back in. Same charge 50%. I tried running the computer off battery power, it instantly turned off. I tried booting the computer off battery power, no power. I pluggede AC back in and let it continue to charge for another night. After this long I would think the battery would be charged. I made another attempt to run the computer off battery power to no avail. The power still showed 50% charge. I put my *old* battery in - it worked fine. It showed 100% charge. I could run off battery power. I took the *new battery from you* and put it aside. I used my laptop as normal and ran down my *old /existing* battery power. When I plugged in the AC the charge light went on and started charging. The next morning it showed the same charge 40% as when I left it. The charge light on the computer was on and the power meeter application said charging. I left it for another day. It still showed 40%. I tried rebooting, many many times. Removing and replacing the battery. Everything I can think of. I can no longer get any battery to charge in my computer. When I remove all battery from my computer it can not detect that they are disconnected as before. The charge light on the front stays on, the computer says 0% and charging. The battery you sent me broke the charging function of my computer. I want my money back. I want to return it.

I purchased two graphic novels from CheapGraphicNovels.com. They state on their website that they ship in sturdy boxes. CheapGraphicNovels.com ended up shipping my two graphic novels in a flimsy cardboard mailer with no additional protection for my graphic novels. My graphic novels got damaged in the mail and I contacted customer service to return my books and get a refund. Max, who is the manager at Pulp Fiction Comics & Books in Long Beach, CA and runs customer service for CheapGraphicNovels.com, did not want to help me with my situation and he just banned me from the website. This company has no desire to retain customers and Max is extremely rude. Once they mail out your graphic novels and have your money, CheapGraphicNovels.com no longer cares what happens. I now only use Instocktrades.com for my graphic novel purchases. They treat me much better than CheapGraphicNovels.com and ship most of their orders in sturdy boxes.

Received an order with damaged books (completely smashed in corners on two of four books). Clearly damaged before shipment (inside bag, no damage to box) and requested return info. Response informed me that I need to ship them back at my cost and then will be refunded the books, minus original shipment cost. Then I can reorder them, paying for shipment again. (This would make three shipment charges at my expense!) Please take this into account if you make purchase with this seller. They DO have competitive prices, but you will be very stuck if there is any issue with the order at all. I have been a good customer with them, but they have lost this customer.

I have ordered several LCD's from LCD's 4 Less and have had nothing but wonderful service from them. I had to return one screen because I misordered and they shipped the correct one immediately along with a prepaid shipping label to return the other one. I have recommended them to a number of friends who work on laptops and am sure I will use them again in the future.

I figure that if my old eyes can get the those tiny screws back in place that its a good job, thanks for saving me 87 bucks and for helping me find what I needed to fix the Dell. Good work and Blessing,
