ordered a desktop computer from them, price was excellent but after a month a several emails from David customer representative stating it was shipped would be there on this day, then a week later and then a week later still have not received the item after a month. The item is being sent 1 state from NY. Furthermore, the company cannot provide a tracking number just that it was sent from a second company USPS. DO NOT order anything from them. If you do, make sure it is by Paypal so you can get a quick refund.

I ordered a product from this company over 3 weeks ago. Never received a confirmation email for my paid order which was $20.00. I've been trying to contact them via their website and it doesn't exist. I will have to go to the consumer credit bureau to report them. I will also include the media and give them a negative exposure. This is not right to take consumer's money and don't send the product. I am extremely upset with Super Super Shoppers!!! I will take this to the highest level!!!

I ordered a 9-cell battery (LDL020) for my Dell Inspirion 9400 as the original battery came to the end of life after 2+ years. The order process was fast but a little strange - my credit card was charged immediately and there was no order confirmation email message or I could not track your order status online. The second day I sent an inquiry email message to the customer service and got an email reply promptly stating that the order had been processed and the battery was shipped to me. A few days later, I received a package from China via USPS registered mail. Then I realized I did not have an invoice or receipt from the seller. So I sent another email to request a receipt. Again I received an email reply with the receipt attached. Now, I have been using the battery, which is great. Bottom line, the product is good. The seller's process needs improvement. You need to follow up with the customer service to get what you need. I will buy from them again when a need arises.

Here is the message I sent to customer service after I got my battery: I have an AOpen 1557G. My existing battery was working fine. I could charge and discharge my existing battery. I ordered this battery so that I could have more power on extended trips away from outlet power. I received the battery. It looks identical to my existing battery with the exception of the bar code sticker on the side. When I plugged it in the computer didn't recognize that it was there - it thought it was empty. The computer said "no battery present". The charge light on the computer stayed off. I read on your website that it takes a while to charge the first time so I just left it in the slot for the next two nights and days. Eventually the charge light on the front came on. The power meeter application said "charging". This went on for the next two nights and days. The power 50% never increased. I took the battery out and put it back in. Same charge 50%. I tried running the computer off battery power, it instantly turned off. I tried booting the computer off battery power, no power. I pluggede AC back in and let it continue to charge for another night. After this long I would think the battery would be charged. I made another attempt to run the computer off battery power to no avail. The power still showed 50% charge. I put my *old* battery in - it worked fine. It showed 100% charge. I could run off battery power. I took the *new battery from you* and put it aside. I used my laptop as normal and ran down my *old /existing* battery power. When I plugged in the AC the charge light went on and started charging. The next morning it showed the same charge 40% as when I left it. The charge light on the computer was on and the power meeter application said charging. I left it for another day. It still showed 40%. I tried rebooting, many many times. Removing and replacing the battery. Everything I can think of. I can no longer get any battery to charge in my computer. When I remove all battery from my computer it can not detect that they are disconnected as before. The charge light on the front stays on, the computer says 0% and charging. The battery you sent me broke the charging function of my computer. I want my money back. I want to return it.

They should be ashamed of themselves the way they treat there customers my Daughter and her friends were to go on thete first holiday in July, unfortunately we had to cancel back in March because there leaving cert was falling on the dates they were going but Alpharooms kept taken the money out of my Daughter's account, we found out that the hotel wasn't opening at all this year and the flights were cancelled, Aer Lingus refunded the money back into Alpharooms account and they were to refund it back into my daughter's account they still haven't. Alpharooms never told us that the hotel wasn't opening we had to ring the hotel in Mallorca ourselves, they are now trying to say that we breached, our contact because we missed payments, which we didn't because we have back statements from the bank, will all payments that are payed I wouldn't recommend them at all and we will never use them ever again.

Car tyre was damaged after hitting unseen pothole. Farmers autocare at st John's road edinburgh,who were busy at time ,said it would be an hour and a half, I was in a hurry as had to be home but I had no choice as couldnt drive the car. Went for a wee walk and came back to find the car tyre getting changed, so was done in about half hour. Very happy with service and quickness of changing the tyre. Thank u

Ordered a graphic novel from these people. They used USPS to deliver the product and USPS claimed that we had moved. I provided evidence that we had received an Amazon package the same exact day that the novel was supposedly delivered. Logic just doesn't seem to work with these people. They just don't get it. The novel wasn't delivered, we did not move, and the mistake was not ours. They just need to admit that they made a mistake and send us the book. Obnoxious and arrogant. You don't want to deal with these people.

Placed a pre-order with them for an omnibus and it showed the shipping was a flat rate of $3.99. Later found out that shipping was actually $60 and that they would charge the rest upon shipping. To me “flat rate” doesn’t mean “we’ll charge you a portion now, won’t tell you the total, and then charge you whatever we want later.” When I contacted them to cancel the pre-order, they would only refund 85% of what I paid, the 15% is to cover “transaction fees” but it was through PayPal, so those would have been refunded to the seller anyway. Overall very shady business, avoid at all cost.

We booked a hotel stay in Jackson Hole for the week of March, 2020. We put it on our American Express card and paid it off last September. When we arrived last week, they had closed all activities due to the Coronavirus. The hotel manager at Snow King Resort assured us that we could check out early and get a refund for 5 days we didn’t stay. We booked an early flight back to Alabama, and the front desk clerk told us since we booked it with Otel.com we would have to get our refund from them. I have tried numerous times to contact them to no avail. I finally contacted American Express and filed a dispute. Please do not use Otel.com! It has been a total nightmare!!! Thank God for American Express!

I booked with them for a hotel in Orlando, Fl about a month ago. I called the hotel to see if they have my reservation on their system, but they couldn't find anything under my name. Then, I tried to reach Otel.com customer service, they barley answer their phone calls. After calling them several times, they finally answered and promised me to confirm my reservation with the hotel.Now, my trip is less than a week, I called the hotel again and they still have nothing about my reservation. Finally, I called Otel to give them a last chance, but they didn't answer. I ended up cancel my reservation and waiting for a refund. And I had to book another hotel with different booking age. I wish I knew earlier so that I wouldn't waste my time and my money

We are absolutely delighted with our new “shed” (although describing it as a shed is doing it a massive disservice!). We did a lot of research and endless on line searching and found nothing that matched the quality and price. The construction and panel system is ingenious and to my mind a great example of a small innovative family run company. Ralph was great from initial discussions to drawings to build. We will be using our building for, amongst other things, music and Ralph put me in touch with another customer who used their building for the same purpose so we could make sure it would be suitable for us. The install took a day and the team including Ralph, Ralph’s grandfather and Scott were great - friendly, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. The finished building is amazing and we already have lots of friends and neighbours with shed envy!

3rd time in Bansko and a great place, friendly people and good food, unfortunately the trip was marred by a dispute with Balkan holidays hence I would advise extreme caution if using them as their Customer service is dreadful in my opinion but you only find these things out if there is a problem?. The insurance they offer has nothing to do with them apparently and as such I strongly recommend anyone thinking of using it reads the entire policy ensuring they fully understand everything in it as the summary they provide in no way provides an accurate depiction of what I thought I had bought and Balkan holidays appear to like it that way!

Do not book sunny beach via balkan until you have checked the reviews on trip advisor of the hotel! we booked a 4star hotel then checked the reviews of the globus hotel which is owned by balkan holidays. The reviews are shocking with pictures of bed bugs, dirty showers & people stating their bed-sheets was not changed in 2 weeks! We contacted balkan to try and cancel the hotel but keep the flight within hours of booking & was told it is not possible & we could only cancel the whole holiday & we would lose 50% of the total cost. DO NOT BOOK BALKAN

***WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE*** I made a purchase at the beginning on March 1st for 3 bottles of e-liquid. I was never sent a confirmation email. They charged my credit card and over 5 weeks later, I still haven't received the product. I have left 5+ messages, and sent 5+ emails. I finally got a response from "Nick" on April 1st asking me for my order number WHICH THEY KNOW I DON'T HAVE...BECAUSE I DIDN'T RECEIVE A ONE!! As of today (April 10th), I've got no response. They have my money, I don't have the product. I've begged them to send the product, or at least give a refund if they could just get their act together for 5 seconds. Their lack of organization and customer support is atrocious. They're losing a returning customer (and you better believe some of my friends who are returning customers too) just because they've proven incapable of making this right. My recommendation is to stay away, unless you waste money and time dealing with these incompetent a**holes. Vapor DNA, Electric Tobacconist are infinitely better. Even your local head shop (though probably more expensive) is worth it to avoid this mess. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. Ridiculous!

I placed a order for 58-75 defense. Said it was going to cost about $60 and take 59 hours to complete my order. I would occasionally check in on my account to discover this " Gamer " was not training my account at all during the day and only for a few hours between midnight and early in the A.M. i literally had to take some spare time during my vacation and gained 3 of those defense levels that i had paid for on my own. Here it is 56 hours later and my order will not going to be completed on time. Im paying a $1 for every hour for nothing. I have screen shots of customer support ignoring me and closing the chat without saying anything because they do not have any answers. Ive spent well over $1,000 on this site over time and i think this is the final straw. Time to move on......

I was very happy with the excellent service and friendly attitude from Johnathan who as a first time customer offered the design service for my banner, free of charge, which was very kind. I was very impressed that the banner could be produced and delivered within 24 hours, that was incredible. The banner itself is of a very good standard and looks fantastic, all of the staff that work with me were very impressed also, can't believe it for such a bargain price. I call customer service after sending the screenchots of my reservation. And there, the drama, THE SCAM The 1st advisor told me that someone else took the car and that it is no longer available either I take the fiat 500 or I pay more and I take a ford focus (it was not possible to take the fiat 500). I had 5 advisers in all. I am told the same thing, either I cancel and I pay the costs or I upgrade and I pay more. and even if it's their fault it's their policy. After 10 minutes of debate, the guy canceled my reservation without my consent. and hangs up on me. after that my phone number was filtered. the worst customer service ever. Never seen .

One star is already one too many!!! I booked a car on 1 March and cancelled the same day. I immediately received a confirmation email promising a full refund within 5-21 days. It is now 125 days and more than 12 emails later. Economy are now claiming no-repayment due to Covid-19. My claim and their agreement was before the WHO declared a pandemic on 11 March and unrelated. Shameful. I shall not give up however. I am instigating legal proceedings and intend to publish concerns on as many sites as possible. intend to pursue them by all means possible... I suggest all the hundreds of others who have had similar bad treatment do the same.

I was quoted $280 for a 2 bed / 1 bath house however I left $300 since the carport was messy. They said they would be there at 8am. They didn't arrive until 4pm and called to say the house was too dirty and they needed more money. It was definitely not dirty however I transferred another $40 just to get it done since I couldn't get back to the house and the landlord needed it the next day! I just received a call from the landlord saying the bathroom wasn't cleaned and there was still a lot to be done! Now, I need to pay for another cleaner to come through. DO NOT USE!!!! I paid $225 for a bond clean & oven clean. They came hours late, did not co-ordinate the carpet cleaner & spent 2.5 hours on what should have taken 6 hours to clean. The oven wasn't touched & there was NO negotiation in any refund. It wasn't worth $75 yet alone $225. Keep far away ftom this company. They weren't willing to negotiate at all.

They forwarded my own email back to me a few weeks back when I asked for an update with the line "Who knows anything about this?!" I responded "I do - I wrote it"... mind you it was in a chain of emails with their own details and my initial enquiry on it. Not hard to work out which file it relates to, surely... Still haven't had an update. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Nothing. No customer service, no responses to enquiries, no follow up, no idea who I was...

Our family of five have just made our move of a 4 bedroom house from Bunbury WA to the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, we chose Budget Self Pack Containers because they have an 8t weight allowance and although other self pack container companies allow 8t, some only allow for 5t (this includes the weight of the container itself at over 2t, Which was the same with all companies we spoke to), because the quote was close to $600 cheaper, they give you the container for up to 40 days split between both houses and also don’t charge much extra if for whatever reason you need the container for a while longer and also because they supplied a trolley, moving blankets and even rope just to make things easier for you. Communication was fantastic, we dealt with the same person throughout the whole process and we were kept promptly informed the entire time and everything happened on time as planned, impressive considering we moved around the Christmas and New Year period, all in all it was a very easy process and I wouldn’t hesitate in using Budget Self Pack Containers again or recommending them to anyone moving interstate.

Moved From Melbourne to Brisbane, we had 2 Townhouses 3 bedroom into a 20 ft container didn't fit everything but we all the important items. I was actually amazed we where able to get 95% of all of the items in. Very good Communication and the Container arrived on time, I hire labour's to arrive with the Driver and they where amazing very friendly and helpful , would recommend the extra help. I would give this company a 0 star rating if I could. I confirmed a date for my move weeks in advance and then the day before my move I get a call from the removalist truck driver to tell me he is coming to pick up my things today - a whole day before it was meant to be picked up. I hadn’t had much chance to pack as I had been working full time and had put the day before my move to pack everything, so when I got the call I was absolutely panicked and called Discount Backloading to no avail, the truck driver told me there was nothing he could do as he had told Discount Backloading that he had a grace period of two days for a move so he informed them the move would be either on the 28th OR the 29th of March but I was just told the 29th and that the driver would call me the afternoon before to organise a time for pick up on the 29th. I emailed and called the company and there was absolutely nothing they said they could do. Absolutely disgraceful to put someone through that. I am a 22 year old young female living by herself with no family and no back up to help me pack or move and I was put in one of the most stressful situation of my life as I had a flight booked for the Friday to leave the country, and they told me no trucks were leaving on the day I had actually confirmed with the company. Just absolutely disgusting that they could put that stress on someone with no compensation or apology. I am mortified and I actually injured my back and ribs from lifting and putting down heavy furniture by myself and being profusely bent over boxes crazily packing as the driver called me the day before my removal to tell me he was coming to pick up my stuff in an hour. I was still packing and unscrewing my furniture as the removalist was taking my boxes I had managed to pack down to his truck. I emailed the company and no reply. I will never ever recommend this company to anybody. And we’ll see what state my furniture is in when it arrives at its destination.

I booked this company to move my 91 year old grandmother from a tiny country town called Tottenham NSW to Brisbane to live with me as she was being forced out of her home by my mother. This company emailed me the day before stating that the truck would arrive as promised on Wednesday 19th September and someone would call to advise the time. They had originally given three days but in the end helped me by agreeing to specifically 19th. My grandmother caught the community car to Dubbo to pay the full bill in advance and I left Brisbane on 20th driving all night til I reached Tottenham. I repeatedly called this company and they did not answer and the calls went to voicemail all day. We had people arranged to help the movers load their truck even! I kept calling and no one got back to me. They then finally told me “if the truck hasn’t come by now it probably isn’t coming and it probably won’t come tomorrow either”. My grandmother is in tears, I’ve literally begged on the phone for someone to please tell me when the truck is coming and I have had absolutely no help. My grandmother is so unwell now and her life’s belongings may end up at the tip because we have to leave if the truck does not arrive tomorrow. This could kill her through a heart attack as she is so upset and humiliated that people have come to help and this company has let us down. I’ve left my babies and business in Brisbane to drive down here to help and we’ve paid the bill in full. It’s heartbreaking that a company like this could harm an elderly woman in this way. Rest assured I am going to make sure they pay!

G2Deal are scammers. I purchased a Windows key from G2Deal and it did not work with Microsoft download site. They then told me to download some hacked version of Windows from an untrusted site to make the key work. I refused to do that and they refused to issue a refund. G2Deal is a scam, stay away.

I ordered 6 million bells for Animal Crossing after a very bad situation with some turnip prices. I was worried that they wouldn’t be delivered within 15 minutes, but I also had extra time to wait. However I was really pleasantly surprised when someone visited within the 15 minutes, who dropped the gold nuggets for me to sell for my bells. Not usually one to use these sort of services but was really happy with how this worked out.

Check in was a slow process, our rental service agent was more concerned with phone calls than in helping with our rental The car had close to 100,000 miles on it and it had numerous scratches, dents, we also had issues with the automatic locks not working, could have been a battery issue,the fuel tank was supposed to be full but only was 8/10 full. After I booked through you I called the hotel and sure enough, I only had a reservation for a studio suite. Luckily I called or two couples would have been stuck in a studio. I will use your website again to find what hotels have suites but will use your competitors websites to book the rooms.

The breakfast was amazing and the rooms seemed clean at first glance, however, I learned later that probably was not the case when I called in after my stay to learn no one found my grooming case (which was hanging in the closet) nor my swimsuit (which was ******* on the shower rod). I left the ironing board out, so housekeeping would have had to fold up and put in closet, which they could not do without bumping into my grooming case. I can only assume that they either did not clean the room very well, or stole or threw away my items. Either way, the rooms are poorly cleaned or the housekeeping staff are dishonest. Sad to think I have to choose between a dirty room or an insecure room.

I went through amazon.com to replace my MacBook pro 15" lithium battery. First mistake. Second mistake was thinking that you could find a mac battery for less than $150. The battery I ordered was advertised as an Apple macbook 15" lithium battery. Upon delivery, I discovered it was in fact a cheap knock off. Fine, name brand is not a big deal to me. But this battery wouldn't even fit in my computer! And when I contacted the seller, I discovered I couldn't return the battery because it's illegal to ship lithium batteries overseas if you don't own a company. Very disappointed and and angry. If even one person decides not to buy from batteryprovider.com because of my experience, I will rejoice.

I have been with 2 insurance companies before, and they never satisfied me the way Cheap Auto Insurance did. The agents and they way they entertain their clients is highly recommendable. They always talk with so much respect, and explains everything that you need to know about their services. Well I was nervous that I got scammed because 9hrs in nothing. So I contacted them and they said their were behind because the server went down! Ok now I thought ive been played. But at 12hrs in I seen an in game email with my in game cash. SO I DID RECIEVE MY PURCHASE! I also went back to the website and it does say that at times it can take up to 10-12hrs to complete. So will I by from there again? YES! But maybe $20 per time is what I recommend until your comfortable with the site. As of my second transaction just being completed, I see this site as Legit.

We bought 2 tickets to Cancun Mx for $1,403.42. Our flight was to leave in April 3, 2019 but due to the pandemic, our flight was cancelled. Delta has since refunded Cheapticketsdeal the money. It has been 6 months and Cheapticketsdeal hasn't refunded my money. I have called at a least a dozen times and they keep on saying that because of the pandemic they are encountering technical difficulties, that they are working remotely and I will get my refund. It doesn't take 6 months to issue a refund. It shouldn't take this long to issue a refund unless these people are scammers.

Provided with the very best price. Because the booking was not in my name I was asked to pay via a 3rd party site. (Viva wallet). That was a little worrying at first but everything went perfectly fine and eticket was issued in less than 24 hrs as promised. I've used AutoSlash every year since i first learned about it. Each time was effortless, and over the years AutoSlash has saved me hundred$ of dollar$. Mind you, each rental was domestic: i will try Autoslash in Europe when quarantine restrictions allow Americans back. Several years ago I had a bad accident with an AutoSlash car, and the AutoSlash person i reported to was extremely helpful. Since then i've always opted to get car rental insurance (Allianz is my favorite provider). Since i save so much $$ with AutoSlash i'm happy to pay a little more for insurance. I've tried to convince friends to use AutoSlash, but they're boomer little old ladies who can't wrap their heads around the e-mail business model. As a boomer little old lady myself i find AutoSlash's methods to work just fine. If you can love a company i love AutoSlash, and i don't know why more people don't know about it. AutoSlash still seems to be a best-kept secret of sorts.

4 days before picking up a car rental that was reserved two weeks in advance, I received an email telling me my rental had gone up over $100 more than my original reservation. Fortunately, I was able to book my rental for an even lower price than I was quoted through Autoslash. How is it that the very online price I directly can get is lower than one quoted by Autoslash? To say the least, I feel totally ripped off by Autoslash and will not use them again.

I had $1200 in credits from a flight that was cancelled due to covid and when I called back in December to find out when my credits expired they said March 20th. When I called in March (Ray) told me that I had until April 11. I have been trying to call for days now to book…kept getting disconnected and then when I finally spoke to someone they are telling me my credits expired January 15!!!! They literally stole my money!!! Then they were trying to “offer” me a flight that was $356 on United for $1100 per person!!! Scam artists!!!! I purchased 2 airline tickets from Atlanta to Los Angeles and the total cost was $490.38 and the Holafares.com site stated 7 seats available at time of purchase. I received a call 6 hours later and the associated informed me the tickets were not available anymore but could re-book us but the new cost would be $1,248.50. I asked the Indian gentleman his name and he said it was Adam Smith (Really? - my guess is they are located in India) and I wanted to speak to a manager to resolve this issue. He stated the manager was in a meeting and not available. I told him to have his manager call me when he was out of the meeting and Adam said he could not do this and there was nothing that could be done, then he proceeded to hang up on me! AVOID this SCAM and save yourself aggravation and headache! If you enjoy false advertising and “Bait and Switch” tactics Holafares will be great for you!
