I booked a two bed two bath suite. I was skeptical because the same suite was not available on any websites. After I booked through you I called the hotel and sure enough, I only had a reservation for a studio suite. Luckily I called or two couples would have been stuck in a studio. I will use your website again to find what hotels have suites but will use your competitors websites to book the rooms.

The breakfast was amazing and the rooms seemed clean at first glance, however, I learned later that probably was not the case when I called in after my stay to learn no one found my grooming case (which was hanging in the closet) nor my swimsuit (which was ******* on the shower rod). I left the ironing board out, so housekeeping would have had to fold up and put in closet, which they could not do without bumping into my grooming case. I can only assume that they either did not clean the room very well, or stole or threw away my items. Either way, the rooms are poorly cleaned or the housekeeping staff are dishonest. Sad to think I have to choose between a dirty room or an insecure room.

I have a 50$ credit on suitness booked my room through the site and my credit was never applied they didnt even make my stay any cheaper . Suitness I'd really like a free night or something for my disappointment

It was extremely loud early around 3 AM in the morning when the garbage pick trucks started -that lasted an hour. I asked for a quiet room and clearly this was not a quiet room.

I really loved this hotel minus the fact our first room had a stained rug and the blanket on the fold out had black stuff on it. Just felt as though the room was not cleaned... I went to the front desk and was upgraded to a deluxe suite on the 11th floor and gave us more cookies,,,, yummmmmmm! Those cookies are soooo good! All in all was a good experience and I would book here again!

I’ve never seen a one-stop shop to find suites and connected rooms. Well now I have! We have a big family so we always either need connected rooms or we are celebrating and want to treat ourselves. I felt like we had access to all the exclusive suites we can never find anywhere else. Thank you!

I have asked 2 different questions after booking my room through this site and my concierge never replied.
Also, just checked in and the suite I was told I was getting is not what I got. I clearly said I wanted a one entry suite with 2 bedrooms with doors but have been given a connecting room as a second bedroom. I am not happy I was very clear and was told the room I booked was such.

I wanted to love you guys as an early investor (through Funders Club) and frequent group traveler but my first experience was mixed.

I booked and paid for a 3 bedroom penthouse suite at the beach. The value and property was compelling enough for me to quickly gather a crowd for a beach weekend and book it the same day. A few days later and less than 72 hours before the trip someone from Suiteness reached out to tell me that due to a "huge data error" that room was unable and instead I was booked in a 1 bedroom penthouse. As the hotel was booked solid my two options were being comp'ed an additional 1 bedroom suite or cancel trip/full refund. That was the original offer which was woefully inadequate for a screw up in what would appear to be a simple transaction of your core business model. After playing some phone and email tag, I was offered $100 credit for future use which still does not address the decreased value in my opinion but this was no longer worth my time to pursue further.

The customer service team were good communicators and very persistent in trying to get a response from me but there were a couple of things that struck me as odd. One was the statement in an email saying "as a growing start up this would be the most compensation we can offer for the issue" (referring to the additional suite). Should consumers expect less from a growing start up? How does advertising this fact instill confidence in your organization. This statement also conflicted with a sentence further down in the email which offered the $100 credit. The numerous references to "huge data error" further confidence in your platform. Lastly please please get an actual Spanish speaker to re-record the part of the IVR recording that starts with "para español..."

On the plus side, I was wowed (in a good way) when I spoke with Jeanna the day of my trip to ensure there were in fact two rooms reserved for me at the hotel. The Suiteness site still showed my old 3-bedroom penthouse suite reservation and just one 1-bedroom suite which made me nervous so I called. Right away, Jeanna remembered working on my issue specifically, she mentioned that you had verified both suites with the hotel just that morning and that she was working all night and would be on the ready if I had any other issues. Her ownership of the issue re-instilled my faith in Suiteness and renewed my joy at the prospect of a weekend at the beach! Once we arrived at the hotel I was happily surprised to see the two suites were next to one another which made group logistics easier. Objectively the value received for my money was still good despite the downgrade. The property was well maintained and exceeded expectations.

I will try Suiteness again because of Jeanna making it right and to use my $100 credit. I hope to be able to write a much better review next time.

Jeanna was very helpful with everything, she took care of it, and handled very well. I recommend Suiteness, well done!! The suite was very spacey and very comfortable we loved it!!!. Will book with Suiteness again on our next escapade/ adventure. Keep up the good job guys!!!!

I have $100 credit and booked a room that the website took me to, but it didn't use the credit! I emailed and was told that not all of them accept the credit! I clicked "USE MY CREDIT"..... I paid for the room. But if I couldn't use my credit for the hotel I booked it shouldn't of even been an option!!! And the website needs some MAJOR updates, If I clicked on a hotel I was interested in, ALL the other ones on the map disappeared! So I had to refresh my page OVER AND OVER!!! Finally I was so frustrated that I just choose one!

Well I paid for what I thought was going to be a 2 bedroom suite with 3 beds total and when I got to the hotel they didn’t even have 2 bedroom suites in the hotel ???? and it only had 2 queen size beds and 1 room. Had I known it didn’t have 2 bedrooms I would have taken my business elsewhere but since on the website after I booked it said no refunds we had to stay in the hotel anyways although it was under false pretenses.
