I had a credit in my account I needed a hotel, knowing I had this credit is the reason I came to Suiteness first. However in the booking process it didn't allow ne to use my credit. Not only that, it also didn't state the policy on. Using credits in your account. Im very upset sty TNT easy this policy works. Someone did reach orb ace basically said that's the waxy things are done

I appreciate the fact that we can reserve 2 rooms/suites next to eachother for the bigger groups of people! And for a great rate. Would definitely recommend. Made really easy to reserve!

Location 6155 Trust Drive Holland, MI

Firstly, I still recommend even though my reservations had a lot of snags at check-in, but the desk worked so hard to fix issues and were so nice. We booked 3 rooms and ended up with 4.

I booked one room for a family weekend trip for local events in the area of Holland, Ohio back in July, The other two rooms were booked online in September. I contacted them twice within 2 weeks before my stay to make sure everything was ok, both times I was assured everything I asked for was A-Ok and would be ready for me.

My third call, right before check-in was phoned in from fossil park. Again touching base to see when rooms would be ready. I was told they had 2 double suites, but the third one they didn't have and gave me a free upgraded king suite... Hey, that's cool right! And rooms were ready with an early check-in. We packed up from the fossil park and headed to the hotel. We grabbed keys for the 3 rooms and then were told none were one first level. Ok, I am a simple person even though my requests were put in in a timely fashion.

We take the elevator to the third floor, two of the suites were up there, but side by side. Opening the first door it was one-bed queen suite. The second room was right with the double beds... Then I went down to the 2nd floor to the king suite. They swapped 3 double bed suites for 1 double, then 1 queen and one king. I did some math for a minute, 3 of the kids are small and could squeeze in with parents, a little more. But after booking in advance 3 double rooms meaning 2 beds and 3 rooms ..2 per to bed which could hold 12 people and but we only have 10. We were one spot short of a person having a place to sleep. 3 in the king, 2 in the queen, then 4 in the double room.

Our day was going so good, I decided just to go ask for a rollaway bed, problem solved right? Nope, this hotel doesn't have rollaway beds, but the young lady at the front desk gave us another queen suite free for us.

After sleeping arrangments were cool we started to settle into the rooms We had 218, 304, 308, and 310.

Suite 218- The king suite was different than others no carpet which made the room carry sound and smelled of strong cleaner, we just open the windows and went upstairs to the other the people in our group rooms for a bit. It also had a cigar or blunt in the windowsill where someone was smoking in the room( I have a photo). The other thing else about this room that was weird is only one nightstand?? I pushed a chair over and made a makeshift one for the night. The bathroom sink in this room also had no hot water? shower and kitchen sink were fine though, I didn't ***** about it.

Suite 310- queen suite, no issues found.

Suite 308- The double room after checking the room we found a cigarette butt in the window sill, and the room when entering smelled of chemicals paint or glue??? We opened the windows and the smell went away. My 9 yr old found a pop bottle under the bed, I believe sprite or squirt. We left it UNDER there. Also while watching Beetlejuice, the wood bar under microwave fell off, no one even in the kitchen and scared the hell outta everyone, after examining.. it's not the first time there have been issues, that board was missing a lot of particle board on the ends many nails and screw holes and glue patches. While packing for check out I noticed a red shirt behind the dresser. The red shirt does NOT belong to anyone in our group.

Suite 304- The free queen room due to sleeping arrangments.. No issues but walking in it smelled of strong ramen noodles.. We opened the window and was fine.

Other side notes- Extended Stay has tenants, people who stay there long term. The ones I ran into and talked to were the nicest people imaginable.

While the desk staff is beyond amazing, maybe stress looking under beds, behind dressers and looking at window sills.

SEE YOU IN JUNE! PLEASE GET MY ROOMS RIGHT NEXT TIME. IT'S BEEN BOOKED SINCE END OF JULY!

I had to reach out more than once over email and chat. Each time I did, I had great service and was able to easily book my room. Most of the process was very easy. The only annoying part is that there’s not a way for you to see only your “hearted” rooms/hotels.

Customer satisfaction even when customer made the mistake on booking , my second time with a mistake on the days and you took care of it .

I have always had a difficult time finding booking sites that let you filter by suites with 2 rooms. Suiteness made it easy to do just that. My wife and I have a2 year old son so we like having that extra room for him. It worked well for the trip we took. Will definitely use in the future.

I did speak with someone who told me that the buffet breakfast would be open the same hours as usual, which meant that we were expecting it, but then it wasn't open until 7:00 on Saturday, so we missed it. I called and left a message, then someone called me back and left me a message with the wrong information. So I had three girls on their way to a cross country meet wanting breakfast but there was none. That was disappointing, but other than that, it was great!

My sister in law b day wanted a 2 bedroom 2bath with 4 beds Your rep Kate handled the request thru a series of emails. Got the room. 4 women won’t fight over the bathroom mirror and my life will be good

When i first tried to book there was a problem submitting payment on my mobile. It was only after i transferred to my laptop that i was able to book. The hotel itself was not bad. There were roaches and people hanging outside being loud all night. I requested late check out butt come 1130 i thought the police were trying to break in the way the maids came banging. Should not be on the list. Not very accommodating
