I have ordered several LCD's from LCD's 4 Less and have had nothing but wonderful service from them. I had to return one screen because I misordered and they shipped the correct one immediately along with a prepaid shipping label to return the other one. I have recommended them to a number of friends who work on laptops and am sure I will use them again in the future.

I figure that if my old eyes can get the those tiny screws back in place that its a good job, thanks for saving me 87 bucks and for helping me find what I needed to fix the Dell. Good work and Blessing,

Ordered screen in December 2012, now starting to fail with vertical lines. Can't reach anyone at this company by phone; telecom hold is a continuous loop, messages not returned. Emails to RMA and Sales department have been returned as undeliverable. Feels like a scam.

I ordered the screens and had them the next day as promised. They arrived securely packed and in great shape! I was able to install the screens for a client and get them back to her in plenty of time for her kids to have working computers for Christmas. I will definitely use LCDs4Less in the future!

LCDs4Less, placed order, was informed of approximate delivery time, 3 day free delivery and on time with delivery, plus a price less than I found anywhere else, the right part so no ship back and wait for correct part to come. This place is Tony the Tiger Great. It is good to get a firm that does what they say they are going to do. Thanks a bunch.

I had a accident with my laptop(cracked Screen).So I called around for quotes on repair and it was outrageous,so i started searching for screens online, thats when I came stumbled upon LCDS4Less. The experience was easy searching for my screen and the price was cheeper than other online sites that I visited with free shipping,there could not have been a better deal.I am currently writing from my repaired laptop,thanks to LCDs4less.

Ordered 1st thing in the morning, hoping it will get shipped out same day. Paid using PayPal, then it doesn't redirect to their homepage for confirmation. So manually went to their site, and has no record of the order. Started their help Chat session, but 30 minutes later still no one. So sent email. After several hours, checked my email but no reply, and tried the chat support again, but no one available. Called them on the phone, by then it was already 3:40PM, spoke to the account manager. She said she got the order and the payment and the LCD will ship out today. Was she having a bad day as well? Because she wasn't very responsive, poor CR. Well, about 10 minutes after that, I got an email saying the order was cancelled and refunded due to part not available... They need to fix their website (cart) and inventory. Thanks, day delayed for our client.

I stepped on my laptop, and had to replace the screen. LCDs4Less.com had my screen in stock at lower prices than any other website. I thought it would be a real ordeal to fix a screen, but it turned out to be pretty easy to fix.

Placed an order April 3rd 2020 when I actually talked to a rep of company on phone to clarify screen in stock.
I have not received a reply to several email, I have called the customer service number 1(888) 914-8917 repeatedly since placing order. I will refute the charge which is already been paid for non—shipment & non-delivery of product. I will also blast the internet with poor ratings.

Got tired of my matte LG LP171WU3 (TL) (B1)...just didn't offer the vibrancy and sharpness of a gloss model.... Ordered a 1900x1200 LG LP171WU3 (TL) (A2)...(originally ordered the TL B3) display for my alienware M17 with the premium plan and overnight shipping. Plugged in the moniter in a gippy, and i must say it is a beauty and very close in part number to the OEM one that i had. The service was excellent,prompt and the product is of A plus quality. Customer service was also on point. I will definately do business with these people again. The price was awesome and so are they.Awesomeness.

I assume when a company advertises a specific make and model of a product, you would get what you order. Instead they sent a LCD screen from another manufacturer. When I tried to connect it to the computer, the screen remained black, would not come up.I sent an email to tech support and also one for an RMA#, so far I have not heard back from the company.

I have recieved it very quickly but I have been surprised that I had to pay custom fees - which was not the case when I ordered it from e-Bay
and I know that custom fees for electronic parts between Canada and US are not applicable....
unfortunately it was almost the only place I found for Vaio screens...

They were helpful over the phone, and I received the LCD screen I needed in 2 days, and it works just fine. I recommend using them.

Ordered a screen (in the UK), which was delivered next day by FedEx. Great price, great delivery. Screen unfortunately displayed a black vertical line about 6mm wide in the centre of the display. Followed the instructions on website to get replacement and this is when I found out just how bad their after-sales service is. It took 11 (eleven) days to get an RMA (returns authorisation) number from them and this only after lots of unanswered phone calls and emails with broken promises e.g you'll have it by the end of today/tomorrow. The phone number listed on the invoice is unobtainable; the two numbers on the website are usually answered by machines and not one of my many calls has ever been returned. I did eventually get through to a human, who in fairness seemed to be very attentive, but who advised me that it sounded as though the screen supplied was not after all a compatible screen, they didn't have a compatible screen and a replacement wouldn't be sent. I had to mail the screen back to FedEx (???) at my cost and wait for a refund. 15 (fifteen) days after doing that I am still waiting. Definitely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with for service. And they still have the 'non-compatible' screens for sale on their site. I got a screen elsewhere for a bit more money and whole lot less hassle.

I am very pleased with the laptop screen I recently purchased from LCDS4LESS. The installation instructions on the website were great and it was easy to remove the old screen and install the new one. It works great! Unfortunately, I did have a problem with my order. A duplicate order was processed by them and sent to me. LCDS4LESS agreed to send me a prepaid postage return label to return the duplicate screen. The return label did not come so I phoned and they said they'd send another one. It still did not arrive via email or regular mail. Since there was only a limited time within which to return the screen, I was stuck with paying the return postage for the duplicate screen. Other than this, I found ordering from them a breeze.

The first Laptop replacement display I purchased from LCDs4Less was dead - but a simple phone call to customer service and they sent me a new one immediately - no hassle. They sent me a return shipping label - no charge for the return. In my book good Customer Service makes all the difference - and LCDs4Less came through with GREAT Customer Service. I would definitely buy from them again.
