Chalet was very clean, fire lit every night and our host was loved by our children, making pizzas with them and really finding out their food likes and dislikes.

Great location but one young girl out of her depth catering for 6 people at breakfast and dinner. Not the usual standard I'd expect from a catered chalet.

We have been staying with Ski Armadillo for over 10 years now simply because we get excellent service. Our chalet host was Barnie, and his cooking was first class and his assistant Pip was extremely helpful. The wine provided with the meals was very good and complimented the food. We stayed at Chalet Max and would highly recommend the chalet, its location and of course it hot tub.

Our host Flora was absolutely incredible, every meal was delicious and she couldn’t have been more helpful. All other staff that helped with driving and information were absolutely brilliant. Chalet was a little disappointing, not very luxury as described in the package listing. Washing machine was in the ‘private bathroom’ and we didn’t feel there was quite enough seating in the living area for 6. Great location of the chalet though and we loved the pub just opposite.

Super chalet girls with excellent food this year makes it a clear 5 star performance
We will be back for the same treat!
Hard to find anything to complain about if you force me to come up with something negative i would say that the quality of the view did not match the quality of the food - perhaps an upgrade could be made available for those of us that like better wines?

I have booked our family of 6 to stay in Chalet Berbou, where my daughter Georgie Wallis is the Chalet Host and Chef. 12th - 19th March 2016. Booking the holiday has gone very smoothly. Regards Mrs Victoria Wallis

The chalet was not ready when we arrived so we had to wait in town, when we did go up at 5pm there were three girls there and a dog. They were all chatting and the re had been a problem with the laundry so the beds were not made up. Not what you need after a stressful journey. Also the chalet needs to have a warning regarding ceiling heights on the upstairs part. It is very compromised for head room. Then during the week the girls were sometimes too chatty, and not pro-active enough.

Jack was the magic ingredient to a perfect Christmas week. From start to finish Jack catered to our every need (in or out of the kitchen) and was a pleasure to have around in the chalet.

Jack produced a huge variety of food throughout the week with magnificent presentation and flavours. The Christmas dinner was without a doubt the best meal we’ve all agreed that we’ve ever had. He also managed his incredible team around him who clearly enjoyed working alongside him, the lovely ladies Daffodil and Libby were outstanding hosts that assisted Jack and kept our glasses bubbling!

An outstanding person with great humour, super talented and a lovely lovely guy. Thanks to Ski Armadillo for allocating Jack and the team to us, we feel very lucky!

Booking an European ski vacation can sometimes be daunting - especially when you are travelling from Australia. I chanced upon Ski Armadillo through a google search and have found their product to be outstanding. Through Ski Armadillo i have booked a great chalet for my family and all the extras (ski gear, lessons, nanny for the kids) that we need to make the holiday a success. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have even assisted with restaurant bookings and a table at the Farm nightclub. Couldn't have asked for more. A great service.

The chalet and the chalet host Rob were top notch 5 stars. I thought the resort management service could have been more helpful in terms of booking shuttles. Emma just sent me the chalet company's number.

The chalet is in a great location and is very charming. Meals were lovely as was the wine and food.
