It was a breeze organising our Japan trip with Liquid Snow Tours. Justinne was super helpful and attentive and provided us with multiple accommodation options for our budgets and helped us out with all the info and transport options needed to make it there! All of our passes and accommodation were already set up and ready to go once we arrived which made settling in there super easy. We had an amazing time and would book through Liquid again! Thanks guys!

I would highly recommend Liquid Snow Tours. Every aspect of my trip was looked after, many options of accommodation and area to stay was given to me. Transfer options to and from accommodation, lift tickets, and ski hire if I needed it was offered. Also area information was given, whether it was places to eat, bars, day trip options when not skiing, transportation around area. If I had any questions, they would be answered promptly. Everything ran smoothly . I will be using Liquid Snow Tours again. Big thanks to Rob.

They were quick to respond and really helpful with all our questions (having never been to Japan before we had lots). The hotel they recommended was great and all the transfers from the airport run super smooth. Will certainly use them again for future snow trips!

Booking was really easy and everything was planned for. Having the office in Hakuba was super convenient, there were a few times we had questions or wanted to add to our booking during the trip and could easily do so in person. Would 100% recommend to anyone to book through Liquid Snow. We definitely will again!

I researched many agents when booking our first ever family ski trip to Japan. We had a strict budget to work with and Susie Mordes from Liquid Snow Tours was absolutely spot on. She recommended the gorgeous self-contained log cabins (Brownie Villas, Echoland near Hakuba) for us. We adored our cabin and it had everything a family of six could need. The owners of Brownie Villas go out of their way to help - offering supermarket bus runs every second day, lifts to Happo One mountain if required, lifts back to Hakuba Base Camp for return shuttle back to Tokyo. Everything Susie booked was seamless - the ski rentals with Central Snowsports (they pick you up to be fitted and collect your ski gear at the end of the trip), the 'all mountain' lift passes, the recommended lessons with Hakuba Snow Sports School, the Nagano Snow Shuttles. We cannot recommend Susie and the whole team at Liquid Snow Tours highly enough. The only bit of our trip that didn't go according to plan was when Jetstar cancelled our Cairns to Tokyo outward flight. I had booked the flights so it was not a Liquid Snow Tours issue but I called their Hakuba office from Cairns airport and as Susie wasn't working that day we were helped out by Naomi who kindly emailed through the replacement train, train, bus route that we now needed to use the following day in order to get from Tokyo to Hakuba (having missed our scheduled snow shuttle). Congratulations on doing such a great job Liquid Snow Tours!!!!

This has been our third year of arranging a winter holiday to Japan - each trip has been wonderfully designed by Noeline at Liquid Snow Tours. We have relied on her advice when planning each trip and always received great quotes on airfares, accommodation, bus and train services. We have booked to stay at different ski resorts each year - and this January, we visited Appi Kogen and Zao Onsen. Each resort had great features - Appi (Be happy in Appi!) was ski in-ski out so really easy to get out on the slopes every day. It also wasn't too busy so there were no queues waiting for lifts...and plenty of snow! Appi Grand Hotel was very comfortable, and the staff extra friendly. Didn't take us long to work out the free shuttle bus service around the resort - Im sure they set the world record one night by squeezing too many guests into the bus...we were literally on top of each other. Quite memorable!! Zao Onsen Resort was more spread out and when skiing, one had a series of ropeways and lifts to navigate. I think the best thing about Zao were the hot, smelly Onsens!! We had a lovey Japanese/Western combo room at Hotel Lucent which was situated right in the middle of town, so a great location. Again, very friendly staff. These resorts were not as big or popular as perhaps Hakuba or Niseko but this meant that there were less westerners about and so more of a traditional experience. Would recommend them both. Thanks again Noeline for all your help in putting together another fantastic holiday to Japan - our favourite place in the world!! From Alison, Jeremy, Tristan, Ryder and Nikita

Just got back from my Hakuba trip to Hakuba with Liquid. The whole experience was so smooth and it took the stress off us. The extra services they provided in Hakuba such as the welcome drinks and guiding made the trip that much better! Can't wait to travel with these legends again - Andrew

I find Liquid Snow Tours very helpful because they know Japan inside-out. One of the pointers on this trip was the two different type of JR East Cards. Unfortunately these cards can not be obtained at the beginning of the trip, the 14 days start on the date that the receipt is turned into a ticket. Our in between travel day between resorts was a Sunday and our preferred JR Service Office was not open on a Sunday, requiring us to travel all the way back to Tokyo. Not a problem but something that Liquid Snow Tours should take into consideration. Zao is a bit of an intermediate resort, but very local atmosphere, and Nozawa has almost too many Australians now.

I used Liquid Snow Tours for the first time this year and would definitely use them again next year! Silvi was super helpful and knowledgeable. Her information was spot on in regard to the location and accomodation. She also helped out when we had a last minute change to our arrangement and got that sorted with no hassle or fuss. Thanks!

All our bookings to Niseko and for Tokyo worked out really well, and we had a representative waiting in Niseko to deliver us to our accommodation which was fabulous after a long overnight flight ... the only Hiccup we had was that the telephone number for our accommodation in Hakuba was an old phone number so we had some difficulty contacting the accommodation to collect us from the bus terminal.

We utilised Liquid Snow Tours for our recent trip to Hakuba, Japan. The staff were very helpful and professional from our first contact. We dealt with Silvi who was really knowledgeable and responded quickly to any adjustments we made to our schedule and trip. All the details were explained clearly and everything was really easy during the trip. Nothing better than landing in a country and not having to think about transfers, accommodation and lift passes etc. We arrived into our accommodation with lift passes waiting so we could get straight onto the slopes the next day. Would utilise Liquid Snow Tours again, and highly recommend their services.

Firstly I would like to thank Noeline Tangapiri for her outstanding costumer service she always provides. I have used Noeline for 2 snow bookings and also highly recommend her to all my friends and colleagues. Secondly I would like thank our mountain tour guides in Japan Jack and Jayden for their local knowledge, enthusiasm, and professionalism. This was without a doubt a highlight to our January holiday and we got to see mountains we never new existed. I highly recommend liquid snow and look forward to using Noelines services in the future. Many thanks Karen Seldon
