I am a part of a group of 10 guys that have had an annual ski trip at the best mountains in the US and Canada [ 2021 will be our 27th year ] and when it is my turn to plan the trip [Telluride, CO in 2021], I turn to Leslie Shor and Ski.com. While we have very specific requirements [ski in/out; 7/8 bedrooms; pool table; outside hot tub, dates, budget etc.] Leslie delivered. Clearly COVID-19 challenges made the planning of our trip complicated, but Leslie was up to the task and found a house that met our requirements and regardless of the lack of response from the owners, secured the house at our targeted price on our specific dates..... Leslie is a rock star !!

Ski.com kept $958.00 of a $5,300.00 vacation package. They took over a month to provide a refund. Our trip was cancelled because the hotel closed and the mountain closed because of the COVID crisis. They offered the ability to use the trip next year. I did not want to do that. I made an offer of $250.00 for their services. That was not acceptable to them. I was taking my son on a college break trip. I will never use this company again. I spoke the with the hotel and they have suggested that I book directly in the future. They provided a full refund to all of their guests. My suggestion is do not use this third party company. BOOKING NUMBER: 960186270. I dealt with Lilly and she had me sign papers. It took over a month to get a refund. The fee was actually $995.78.

I want to bring to you attention the wonderful work of one of your associates, Silvana Cura. I have had a Ski.com season pass for some years and have had reasonable interactions with the associates I have spoken with on the phone.
But Silvana is just an incredible person to deal with. She is personable, attentive and really worked to make sure I received the very best service. In one interaction, I had left a message on her phone machine. She called me back when I was not at home and left a message for me to get in touch. The very next day, she called me back. And this is after I had not only reserved my lift ticket for next season but had already paid for it. Just great attention to my concerns!

I highly recommend using Ann Denney from Ski.com for all your travel needs! We booked a spring break ski trip to Breckenridge, CO only to have all resorts shut down a day before our departure due to COVID-19. Ann was incredibly responsive and willing to work with us throughout such unpredictable circumstances. Ann was able to get us fully refunded on every moving part of our trip as new information unfolded throughout the shut down of all businesses. Ask for Ann Denney for your next Ski.com vacation!

Our group of women has been going to different ski areas for over 30 years straight now and this was one of our best trips! Cory handled all of our wants and needs and didn't push any unnecessary purchases our way. The accommodations were perfect, reservations went like clockwork and even the lack of snow wasn't a problem. Manmade snow works pretty well indeed! Thanks to Cory and ski.com, we made more perfect memories.

We booked through Ski.com and worked with Jennie who was extremely helpful with all planning details. In addition to advising us where to stay based on our family needs, she was extremely helpful and responsive with helping us get a credit once we learned about the mountain closing due to the Corona virus. She coordinated everything and we look forward to going to Steamboat next year. We would highly recommend working with Jennie! Thank you!!

Ski.com is the only way to go for school groups like mine. The offered me several quotes and payment options and put together a great trip. This is my 5th experience with them and they have always handled any of my questions or issues with polite and professional response. They are simply the best.

Michelle has planned all our trips to Vail from 2002 and is a complete joy to work with and is very detailed orientated. ALL the trips have been outstanding. She does a complete package, attends to all the details and the sends us a complete printout from start to finish, She also shows options for the trip for air travel and lodging. Michelle makes our vacations effortless on our part.

The most horrible experience I have had with travel anywhere in the world total confusion
Our flight was cancelled and they were unable to refund out lift tickets and private lessons Which Aspen Skiing would have readily done to make matters worse I had ordered lift tickets for my8 year old grandson for grandson Guess what, they weren’t there They had signed him up for an IKon season pass without parental consent
After repeated calls No Refund!!!!!!!
