Georgia has been a great help in organising our skiing holiday 2020. She sent us a variety of great deals and gentle timing reminders. Through the company we have managed to get a 12 person private chalet all inclusive at a price not available anywhere else. She has been approachable and easy to contact when we have had queries and changes needed. I would 100% recommend this company and use them again.

Sue was fantastic, within 2 hours of my enquiry she had found the perfect chalet for me and my wife in Val Thoren catered including lift pass and ski hire for an incredibly low price. Highly recommend this service as I had wasted hours and hours trawling the internet and been unable to find anything that we liked.

The day in Montevideo was very nice. We saw all the most important places in this city and ate very tasty lunch. The tour guide told us a lot of interesting things about Montevideo and Uruguay. What is more, the employees of the tour agency were very helpful and changed our reservation for the next day (which was very important for us due to flight change). We had a very efficient service from the team from first enquiry to the night of the event. The chef could not have done anything better . The timing was spot on, the food was exquisite ... She was highly professional and inspiring but also approachable and appropriately accommodating where there were last minute requests from the diners .. Her assistant was also very nice and they appeared to be an amazing team . You could tell they took great pride in their work and justifiably so . They cleared the kitchen afterwards and left it spotless .

We stayed here in July for a week after locating the place everything went smoothly a beautiful property well maintained and clean with comfortable rooms a with plenty of space about My favourite bits the bi folding patio doors with the jacuzzi,also a gym inside very nice and comfortable with all the mod cons. Outside there is a great little bar if you like entertaining on evenings and a log burner and with plenty of wood on supply to use. Comfortable beds the on suite on the ground floor huge master bedroom has a wet room shower. Patio doors onto the private area of the front. The games room upstairs has an Xbox 1 for kids or the men to have a bit of piece and play with a Juliet balcony and opening patio doors with views of the sea, overall would I recommend yes would I stay again yes superb place superb location . Travelling in the middle of Sicily is an exhilarating experience; it's beautiful; there are Greek theatres, Baroque churches, fields of scarlet poppies, stunning views, interesting villages and small towns, chocolate tasting (!) and a tiny but perfect museum celebrating 'Cinema Paradiso' in the village where it was made and very much more.

From the first email I sent to them to enquire about a large business event to the day of the event itself, the service we had from Go To Events was brilliant. We would definitely make sure that we use this company again for any of a our team building events. The people are so friendly and helpful and the feedback I had from the team on the day, after the event took place, was the best. The CEO flew over from our US office to attend our event and took part and she loved it. Out of the 2 day business event, the online feedback from the delegates was they preferred the team activity out of the whole event. Cant recommend this company enough

Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and certainly the worst with a self-catering agency. The property (Beacon Farmhouse in Michaelchurch Escley) was absolutely filthy, in a dire state of repair, and infested with insects. We left after being unable to raise the property manager on the phone, and there has been almost a complete lack of communication from the agency ever since. Currently fighting for a refund, and I am guessing that we are going to end up in small claims court over this. First such experience in over twenty years of staying in self-catering properties.

I admit my booking was short notice but on the day of checking in I had received no phone call to advise that there were issues with contacting the cottage owner. I called the company to find out checking in times etc only to be told there was an issue and I wouldn’t actually be staying in that cottage. However they did find me alternative accommodation.

I booked a last minute holiday to celebrate my 50th birthday, I guess I should have planned ahead but I work for a charity and money is tight. I received confirmation and they happily took my money, the flights were with easyJet but I was not given a booking reference to check in. I called four times to get this reference, first of all being told just to show up at the airport.... From previous experience I know that easyJet want you to check it online prior. Eventually I got a call saying the flight was overbooked and I could have a refund or a holiday in Corfu on Monday, this is literally 18 hours before I was due to fly. If I’d taken the original advice and showed up at the airport I’d be further out of pocket. To add insult to injury I’ve yet to be refunded let alone compensated. Avoid at all costs, I will be taking further action shortly.

Booked a few days to Legoland for my sons 5th birthday, got a really good deal for hotel and tickets - was really easy booking and confirmation/tickets were through the post a couple of days later. Due to COVID-19 the trip had be cancelled when the park closed but Legoland have kept us up to date and a voucher code was sent immediately after havin g to cancel. Looking forward to re-booking when everything calms down.

I can't rate Let's Get Local highly enough, we had an urgent need for an apartment and Lorna was so kind and helpful and arranged for the perfect place for us. The property was ideal, perfect location, very reasonable, chic and immaculate! Lorna catered to all our needs with charm and enthusiasm - I would recommend Let's Get Local full heartedly.

We had some issues organising the included features - eg it was unclear when we had the driver and when we had the you'd tour, so we ended up using the driver for you'd and having to pay extra when it took longer. We then missed the ubud tour proper. This may be due to booking the holiday only a week prior. Booking was simple, and particularly great given our short timeframe.

I had to ring after 3 days to confirm that our accommodation was available and had been booked. This was despite being told orriginally that we would be notified the next day. Information was given clearly and this delayed phone call was only necessary because the operator was unable to intact the resort while I was on the phone.

the main problem is that the booking isn't controlled by the one agent we have a booking for 25 I have paid both deposit and made a payment via b-pay and have not received any confirmation of payment received have sent a copy of the receipt and have only had an out of office reply and the return date was over a fortnight ago

We arrived in the Holywood agency pretty late in the day (4.45pm) thinking it would be too late to get a holiday organised but we were greeted with a smile from Melanie who proceeded to whittle down our thoughts and lead us to a decision which required her (and a helpful colleague) to stay for a little while after closing time. I suppose time will tell if the holiday is the right one for us but we came out of Oasis once again, feeling what lovely helpful staff and looking forward to our winter break!

Like so may others, we fell victim to the Covid travel restrictions and could not get to our booked accommodation in July 2021. We knew this was a possibility, but we were pressurised into paying the full amount of £4,917.84, or else lose the deposit of £1,720. We were assured we could use this credit anywhere that Oliver’s Travels had on their books and then gave them ample time to find us something similar for 2022. After months of being fobbed off and passed around various customer service advisors, they could not find anything suitable for 2022 or even 2023! Finally we had enough of their antics and requested a refund, only to be told the booking is non-refundable and that is their “final position”. They have told us they do not hold our money and yet can offer us accommodation anywhere else on their system and pay our money to that owner. They attempt to hide behind unreasonable terms and conditions, so our next step is legal action against them and MasterCard, as this company needs to be exposed publicly. You may see this review in many places from now on! They have our money, they cannot provide the service we require and have no legal right to keep it. We have been left without a holiday, disappointed children, £5000 poorer and a belly full of frustration. If you were up a creek, Oliver’s Travels would say you weren’t entitled to the paddle you already paid for! Simply AVOID, scroll on by, but WARN YOUR FRIENDS about them too.

The first two properties I requested turned out not to be available, although it showed the dates as free on the website. However, the staff in the office were so helpful in finding us an alternative, even though we were looking quite last minute. Would definitely use again.

We thought the villa was very nice and had everything you needed and more little too extra touches such as fleeces out on the terrace for cool nights.The pool was really warm and our grandchildren loved it.We only had one problem which was the fourth bedroom which we found far too small for two people and not having a door on the toilet could be embarrassing.All said we had a great holiday.

I had a evening of looking at possible holidays. The next morning Park holidays sent me a email which had a direct link to access the holidays I'd been looking at. Making it easy for me to find them again and book the holiday. They also guaranteed to freeze the price for 24hrs.

We are four ladies who spent a few nights getting away from the realities of life with drinks and a hot tub. Hosts absolutely adorable. They welcomed us with chats, we said hello to their two spaniels and the free range hens that were strolling around. We were helped to our Yurt and shown how everything works, including the very awesome wood burning hot tub. Then we were left to our own devices. The cows and the views were also beautiful. Tranquility at its best. We will definitely be returning. ;-)

Not very helpful, misleading website. Operator contacted me after i filled out the online application. I explained that some questions were not clear and that the answers to them would need some further explaining. I was told that based on the question answers I had provided they would not be able to insure me. Used a different company who were happy to help me complete the questions on the telephone and after fully explaining my position they provided me with the exact policy I needed. This leaves the question - why the operator from schofields rudely dismissed me and my application.

I had two insurance providers for different elements of the rental property insurance Schofields and another 'big' insurance provider and wanted I to consolidate. I called Schofield's, the call was answered immediately. I spoke to Jon who understood what I was trying to achieve and answered all my questions thoroughly then sent me a quote which covered everything i needed, the price was as per the ballpark discussed. A link to a slick payment payment line when I had read the paperwork completed the process. I had previously called the other provider, call answered after 10 mins. As my question was non-standard that caused more hanging on, followed by an age listening to a poor operative reading out as of caveats and get out clauses. Compare and contrast. Schofields offer a wide range of products at sensible prices backed up by knowledgeable people

Would highly recommend a stay at any of the Stablewood Coastal cottages if you are looking for a short break or week away in Northumberland. The accommodation is of a high standard and they have everything you need for your stay The location so close to Bamburgh and Alnwick make it ideal base to explore the stunning Northumberland coast line Will defo return when we are next up in that part of the world !
