We arrived in the Holywood agency pretty late in the day (4.45pm) thinking it would be too late to get a holiday organised but we were greeted with a smile from Melanie who proceeded to whittle down our thoughts and lead us to a decision which required her (and a helpful colleague) to stay for a little while after closing time.
I suppose time will tell if the holiday is the right one for us but we came out of Oasis once again, feeling what lovely helpful staff and looking forward to our winter break!

Patsy was very good she phoned back and emailed all the information i needed on changing my holiday to next year due to virus.their was no difficulty about the change it was no problem

I have dealt with Oasis Travel for many years and I wouldn't think of anyone else. Whether it is long haul or short haul, they always go the extra mile to ensure your travel arrangements are well organised. Nothing is too much for the staff and I can drop into their office and know that I will be in good hands.

I have used Oasis Travel, in Lisburn, in the past and been impressed with the service. However, on this occasion I was not impressed. Initially the Travel Assistant had not heard of Customer Service, did not smile, and gave me documentation which was not easy to understand. She spent some time after I left her desk chatting with a male who did not appear to be booking a trip during my visit.
When I went back to book the trip a few days later I was attended to by the Manager who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The manager was unable to find one of the flights I had been given by the first Travel Assistant. At the time, I raised the issue of baggage to USA and also to book Special Assistance as I am disabled with the manager. It took approximately 1 week for the first Travel Assistant to respond to my email.

I visited oasis travel in Bangor and booked a Mediterranean cruise for my wife and I, staff were very helpful and friendly and told me all about this cruise ship and the trip, this was my first cruise so I wanted someone with experience so oasis travel didn't let me down, so I'm looking forward to my cruise next year thanks ???? oasis.????????

We got excellent service from the staff of Oasis when we booked our last holiday, but owing to the Lock Down it was cancelled, the manager at the Lisburn office help us get our money back. There was never any problem. Yes we will be booking with them again

Judith in Lisburn dealt with me and helped me book my honeymoon which I thought would be stressful however she made it the best experience! She provided me with a range of options and was so patient with me throughout. She found me the best deal and even when I had decided to book she rung me to tell me she had found an even better deal! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fantastic service and extremely professional and friendly staff.

Wendy from Oasis Travel Lisburn road branch was amazing as always in booking a trip to Lisbon for my husband and I. Currently during this difficult time of Covid 19 virus we have like many others have to cancel our plans. Wendy has done all the work, fought on my behalf to ensure as a valued customer we got our monies returned. I had nothing to do, no stress, no long phone calls for me as she did all the work as a totally professional travel agent, I emphasis that is the reason we should all book via our trusted Travel Agency they look after us when things are difficult.
I thank Wendy, her colleagues and Sandra the owner of Oasis Travel for having wonderful professional, caring staff.

I booked holidays with Melanie Tomlinson in Shan Travel in Holywood before they were bought over by Oasis Travel. I have now been with Oasis for a number of years and am still booking with Melanie, and a couple of times with Kate Gilliland. I always get superb assistance in my bookings, nothing is too much trouble, and everything is sorted out to make my holiday as good as possible. When I go in to Oasis, I really enjoy it as everyone is so friendly as I have known some of them for such a long time.

I have used Oasis Travel for over 30 years and can honestly say that the service has always been first class. No matter if situations change and you need to amend your holiday nothing is a problem. Lynn is unbelievable at her job. Hopefully another good few holidays yet to come.
