I cant say enough great things about all members of staff in the booking office and of our crew of the Infinity Cruise ship sailing around the Croatian Islands. Absolutely fabulous and professional 24/7. Everyone on board felt the same and nobody wanted to go home. It was very relaxing with such great staff and fabulous food and the ship is gorgeous too. Just the perfect size. I have never sailed before but would do this trip again tomorrow.

Very impressed, our first experience , with Unforgettable Croatia , will not be the last!
From the well appointed boat , Infinity , lovely cabins, hard working friendly efficient staff, super Sonia our tour manager, delicious food . What more can one want?

We (Mom and two adult daughters) thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day cruise on Mama Marija. Our time on the ship was relaxing, the food and staff were great, rooms clean and comfy, and swimming off the boat daily was fun. We appreciated the small group atmosphere and got to know lovely people from other countries. The island variety (some bustling, some quiet) was perfect and tours of the ancient cities were interesting. We would recommend this cruise!

I was extremely impressed with Unforgettable Croatia. Our holiday was brilliantly planned by an extremely helpful and knowledgeable member of their staff. We were offered lots of choice of accommodation and in 3 centres (Dubrovnik, Korcula and Split) he booked perfect hotels in excellent locations. All the transfers were smooth and straightforward. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

From the first moment that we contacted Unforgettable Croatia the staff were excellent.Every question quickly and accurately answered .By the time we set off from our home we knew that we were dealing with an exceptional company - and we have considerable holiday experience !The ship the Antaris was everything that we could have wished for .Excellent cabin and bathroom with the whole ship built to a very high standard.The crew were brilliant and our cruise Director Ivana Gavran was the best cruise director that we have ever met.She coped with all the questions from her detailed knowledge of Croatia and there was never a time when we needed to worry about the days arrangements. We all agreed that if there is a company award for outstanding performance than Ivana should be considered for it.She worked exceptionally hard but quickly learnt our names and was very caring to guests of all ages.A big well done to Ivana from all of us

from the very beginning and our first email contacting Unforgettable the service was impeccable, we received replies within hours, and every question was answered and everything we asked was covered. Everything was easy, we even received lovely hand written cards from Nina the client relationship manager we dealt with. Then once we arrived in Dubrovnik for our cruise the transport from hotel to ship was again impeccable. Our cruise director Ivana Gavran was absolutely wonderful, she was so knowledgeable and friendly always smiling and couldn't do more to help.
every staff member aboard the Antaris were helpful and pleasant. I would recommend Unforgettable to anyone looking at doing a Croatia small ship cruise and for that matter any other tours that are on offer as I am sure they would be as helpful with all on offer.

Our trip (we traveled together and are 3 generations - an active 81 year old, her daughter and grand-daughter who turned 18 on this trip) was truly nothing short of fabulous. Memories were made, activities were so well-balanced and varied, accommodations were super clean and comfortable, food was wonderful, fresh and inventive, free time was plentiful, customer service from booking the trip through day to day care and lovely special surprises to personalize the trip for each individual were thoughtful, timely and thorough. We look forward to booking with Unforgettable Travel again. We loved it and would recommend this travel experience to anyone! So pleased!

- Captain of Markan was passionate about his 2018 cruise ship and the importance of making guests comfortable and entertained.
- Cabins were larger than expected and quite luxurious.
- Cruise Director (Harry) was exceptional, and the crew was warm and accommodating.
- We met 38 fellow guests that became shipboard friends.
-Tours were professionally done.
- Food was good, but not exceptional.

Itinerary was great, although more time in the old city in Dubrovnik on the first day, would have been great. Maybe even the first nights dinner. I think the Captains dinner could be moved to the last night, so we could all celebrate the last night of the trip together. Ship was lovely, will laid out and plenty of areas to just chill out even if you wanted to be alone. Swim stops were fantastic and looked forward to them each day.

The pool could have been filled a bit more, as some of the evenings were quite hot. So having a dip before you went in for a few drinks in the evening or before going to bed would have been great. Staff were great, always attentive and did everything they could to make you happy.
Tour Manger did an absolute fantastic job in making sure everyone new what was happening and where to be at certain times. He got involved in all aspects of the trip and made you feel at ease.

My wife is a small eater, and I know you could just say you didn't want to have a particular course, but having an option of just having a caeser salad at lunch, instead of the four courses would have been great.

My Wife and I loved the trip and will defiantly pass on the good word, and would love to do another trip, maybe somewhere else with Unforgettable Tours.

Incredible and unforgettable … From the ship to the excursions and the excellent cruise director, everything was 5 stars. It’s the only trip my husband and I would absolutely repeat in the future, and never travel massive cruise ships again. The staff at unforgettable was terrific helping us plan and customize our trip. 400 amazing pictures and a lifetime of memories!

Our group of two couples had a wonderful time on our Croatia cruise and 5 day excursion. Unforgettable Croatia company thought of everything to make our holiday special. Right from the very start of our first contact by email. Every query or question was answered promptly which gave us confidence to book our trip with Unforgettable Croatia.

The staff and guides were fantastic. We had so much fun and wouldnt hesitate to recommend to our friends.

The service of the whole team from the owner Graham, Tena our tour leader and all the crew was exemplary. I couldn’t fault the service we received. Food was amazing and all the excursions well thought out especially the wine tasting.

We had to ask Nina several times for revised itinerary and she was slow to respond to follow up emails. . Also, neglected to tell us that we needed to buy advance entry tickets to Plitvice. I happened to find out that we needed advance tickets by a random conversation with a friend of a friend.

Her recommendation for Fenomen was excellent. All guides were terrific. We especially liked Mario in Hvar and "Harry" in Zagreb.

We recently completed a 7-day, small ship cruise of the Dalmatian Islands with Unforgettable Croatia and we thoroughly enjoyed it!! The ship was new, had spacious cabins and baths as well as a great crew. Unforgettable Croatia supplied the cruise director, Lana, and she was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The booking process was easy and the communication before and during our travels was great. We're already talking about our next experience and we will definitely book through Unforgettable again!!

The office staff, Cruise Director and crew were professional, friendly and truly cared about creating an amazing experience in Croatia. My wife Claire and I just completed an Unforgettable Cruise of the Adriatic Sea, Croatia from Split to Dubrovnik-Neretva. The cruise, vessel, staff and our tour guides were outstanding. Our on board guide Harry is worth more money, his efforts to assist all passengers went far beyond requirements. Everything was great and as such we are looking at another cruise with Unforgettable in the near future. Well done Unforgettable Cruises.

Unforgettable Croatia is an amazing company that gives 5* service from the minute you phone them until you come home and after! They are all so happy, friendly, courteous and so willing to help with absolutely anything! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough & wont hesitate to use them again... this is our second holiday with them & it won’t be our last!
