Our Inn to Inn in Andalucia walking holiday in September, together with additional Seville, Córdoba and Granada extensions, was arranged perfectly for us, with efficiency, expertise and attention to individual preferences. Pura Aventura's local knowledge and dedicated staff helped create for us a combination of activities and experiences, which introduced us to the real Andalucia, in cities, towns, villages and the tranquility of the open countryside. Walking was delightful, with deserted tracks and lanes, shady chestnut and cork oak forests and pretty villages to discover. Food was superb in all its delicious freshness and variety. Accommodation, from inns to city hotels, was unfailingly excellent. Special mention though of the Balcon de Córdoba in Córdoba, the Posada San Marcos in Alajar and Casa Olea in the Sierras Subetticas. Guides in Seville and Granada provided fascinating introductions to these cities which helped us to make the most of our time, while Angel, who looked after us so wonderfully in Aracena was an attentive host, together with his wife, Lucy, who cooks divine meals! All in all, a holiday to remember and one we would recommend unreservedly to anyone looking for enjoyable walking in lovely surroundings, excellent food and warm hospitality.

Pura did a superb job of customizing a road trip of the Carretera Austral in Patagonia, Chile. We usually plan trips ourselves, but with this one, we knew we needed help.

We chose Pura because of their in-depth knowledge and personal relationships with providers on the ground, as well as their travel values. Notably:

1) The itinerary was well thought out
2) All of our lodgings were excellent, having been personally vetted.
3) The customized guidebook was our bible; it contained all the information we needed and more.
4) Our guides were highly knowledgeable and personable.

We will definitely consider using Pura again.

Everyone, the team in the UK and all the people we met in Spain. Everyone just couldn't do enough for us; kind, helpful and efficient. The whole experience was wonderful.

My husband and I took the Andalucía Inn to Inn holiday just a few weeks ago in early September and what an amazing time we had! Pura Adventura did such a wonderful job of pacing the holiday so that it was filled with an interesting medley of experiences starting with Angel's interesting and informative tour of Aracena, which included tasting wines and cheeses from the area.
Each day was filled with beautiful, challenging hikes that ambled through various terrains. The places we stayed were unbelievable! After a hard day of hiking it was such a pleasure to wind up in such lovely accommodations. Each one was unique in what it had to offer.
The food along the way was amazing, starting with Lucy and Lola's picnic lunches, thoughtfully prepared with local produce and ingredients. The breakfasts were scrumptious and ample enough to carry us through the day. Lola's dinner at the Flamenca Inn was tasty and satisfying and the dinner prepared by Alec at Finca La Fonda was heavenly. The arranged tasting lunch in Linares at the Arrienos Restaurant was a highlight! The service and presentation were amazing and we savored each delectable course.
Every person we encountered during the trip was kind and knowledgeable. The person who stands out for us was Gerald at Molinos de Fuenteherides. He was so friendly and gracious and gave us his cell phone number to let him know that we arrived safely in Alájar.
I really appreciated the care that was taken to chart out varying, scenic hikes and to find such diverse and beautiful accommodations in which to recharge for the next day's adventure.
We would definitely book another trip with Pura Adventura!

I thought David was very helpful when we were planning our holiday and all the guides we had in Chile were great. Everything happened as described in our itinerary and as a result we were able to have a very relaxed holiday

The selection of lodges was second to none, it was clear they’d done their research and also visited them all, probably more than once. The itinerary they put together worked perfectly, we wouldn’t have changed a thing. We’d definitely use their services again.

Had one to one service from the word go. We had an added extra in Barcelona and didn't really know what we wanted . Pura nailed it with their advice and choice of hotel for us. Also really appreciated their help with our train journey to Pamplona .

Nothing is ever too difficult their personal experience is obvious in all our contact . Been with them regularly for the last 9 years and have always had a great experience with the team.

We have now been back just over a week and still enthusing over our trip. All the information in the holiday guide you sent was invaluable and not only allowed us to enjoy the holiday but prepared us for the possible glitches that might occur in a different country.

we enjoyed everything about our adventure in Costa Rica - the people , the accommodation , food and the wildlife!!

Pura Aventura (PA) was one of the companies that responded subsequent to my query on Antarctic holidays to Responsible Travel. I received several quick, general emails from other companies and an extensive, detailed email from David at PA. I told him that I was interested in a two-eek Antarctic cruise and a possible additional week in elsewhere. He responded with a detailed, meticulous proposal that described a fantastic trip that included an Antarctic cruise plus extended stops in Santiago, Buenos Aires, Torres del Paine, and El Calafate. I booked the trip PA recommended and was consistently impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail during the extended process.

Our choice of travel agents was quickly reduced to a shortlist of 2, between PA and another provider. PA responded faster than the other company and with much more detail, so we then selected them. Subsequent conversations and emails helped them to get a much better idea of who we were, and the kind of holiday we were looking for, and we were really happy with the holiday we booked through them.

Communications up until the day we left were excellent, and we frequently tapped into their expert knowledge to help make decisions about planned activities.Then, when we hit a minor snag while away, PA very quickly addressed the situation with the agent locally, and the problems was dealt with efficiently.

The holiday was a real success, and all the arrangements went swimmingly.

I would recommend Pura Adventura to others because the service I received was excellent both in Peru and the UK. They really do provide a bespoke trip which fulfills dreams. In Peru the hotels were clean and friendly, the guides caring and knowledgeable and the Inca Trail amazing!

From our initial inquiry with David, and subsequent dealings prior to travelling were first class, our travel documents were comprehensive and well presented. We will certainly use Pura Aventura again and will have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We benefited considerably from their in depth knowledge of Chile's Patagonia. In a region where services are spare and transport better by 4WD, Pura Ventura introduced us to great hosts at some great places with a warm meal, good showers and clean, warm beds and great views. They provided us with fantastic and knowledgeable guides who took us to great tracks in national parks as well as places off the beaten track. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The holiday was brilliantly organised to get the most out of the two weeks in Patagonia. Pre-holiday BA flight problems were dealt with efficiently and each individual's requirements met.

This was our second trip to South America with Pura Aventura. The service that PA provide is superb and all the arrangements went without a hitch. We were pretty much completely in PA's hands but all their recommendations proved to be excellent – the places we visited, the hotels we stayed in and the travel arrangements.

Our third trip to South America with Pura. Once again they put together a great programme for us which we really enjoyed, and there was always a choice at our various destinations to tailor it to our wishes/abilities. With the issues in Chile, they were in touch straightaway to help and reassure us. We thoroughly recommend them.

the service was A1 from the moment we landed in Peru,
We were met at the airport by Martin who was to be our guide whilst in Cuzco and Inca tral, nothing was too much trouble for him,
everything ran like clockwork
Our holiday was absolutely fantastic, everything was as we hoped, infact the whole experience exceeded our expectations, the itinary put together by Pura was perfect,everything organised ,our guide on the trail was Martin, he was brilliant,as was the porters and cook, the food whilst we were camping was great, The camping experience was as we hoped, private campsites, quiet, breathtaking views, we saw no other groups whilst on the trail.Suasi Island was unbelievable, pure tranquility, beautiful in every way.
the hotels chosen by Pura, again were spot on, the service we had 1st class.
this holiday was certainly a holiday of a lifetime, i cant see how anything could top it.
