I had a evening of looking at possible holidays. The next morning Park holidays sent me a email which had a direct link to access the holidays I'd been looking at. Making it easy for me to find them again and book the holiday. They also guaranteed to freeze the price for 24hrs.

I've stayed with them a few times now, always a pleasure, no hassle, in fact last year I booked to stay somewhere else, which was a disaster, rang harts to see if they could fit us in last minuit for only 2 days, and it was no issue. I havent used the facilities as I visit family in Sheerness, but I can't fault everything else.

Yes as not far from where we live in Hertfordshire and the park offers so much for us and our two grandchildren especially fishing.

I went to book the holiday & pay deposit of £20 and the page crashed and then when I entered in my card details again the money to pay had defaulted to pay in full so I ended up paying the full amount rather than a deposit of £20!

I gave 5 stars as an existing customer. I try to visit the park everyyear. With family. Hopefully with the currant situation the break will go ahead.

Website is not the easiest to use and could only work out how to book 4 nights. I booked 4 nights and was in a live chat within 2 minutes speaking to a lovely lady who sorted me out 7 nights and had it all booked within 10 minutes.
