always happy at harbour house but this time had to leave after 24hours due to kidney infection lesding to visit to glangwili hospital.so very disappointed.

I have holidayed with FBM for probably 35 years and have certainly recommended them. E-mails are always answered promptly and the staff at the Tenby office are always helpful.

This was our third holiday in Tenby with FBM and we have already booked a week in July next year. Their sevice is always courteous and efficient.

I have dealt with FBMason for the last 20 years and their service is second to none. Everyone extremely polite and friendly. Will continue to deal with you.

I booked my first holiday with FBM this Easter and it worked out cheaper than HomeAway for the same property. It was also really good to be able to speak to the super helpful, friendly staff in the office who helped me with a few queries I had etc.

All round great experience and a great holiday apartment!

Although the staff were friendly and helpful we lost half a day of our week's holiday (and a sunny one) when the lock on the front door failed. It had obviously been causing problems for a long time as the cleaner also commented on it. We couldn't lock the front door unless we left the key in it and the only way out was through the back. The back door didn't lock from the outside as it was seized up and the back gate took a load of WD40 (that we had already had to buy to cope with the front door) before it opened. Locksmith was called and came the following day but it did spoil the holiday a bit. Also, the downstairs bedrooms were really damp - especially the pink double room. The bed was actually wet and we had to put the electric heater on to try and dry our clothes out. £900 for the week seems excessive although I know you are paying for the location which is absolutely fantastic. I wish the owner would put a bit a bit of effort into improving the damp as I know this has been an issue for a couple of years.

We have stayed at craft court for past six or seven years without any concern. This year upon arrival there was spillage in the refrigerator, a small amount of food waste in the kitchen sink and the vacuumed cleaner was left in the lounge and required emptying.
Suggest the cleaners are spoken to.

12 years of great service from FBM. We rented a different property this year. Fabulous! More friends with us attending the Blues festival. Very nice touch of a gift on the table when we arrived. The staff at FBM have always been so helpful. Always easy to book with and there on the phone or email if you need help & advice. Have always recommended to family & friends. Will continue to use their services without question.

This is the fourth time
As I have mentioned from my first visit WIFI connection would be so beneficial!

I had big problems with no heating or hot water for the whole weekend and couldn’t get through to out of hours for help

We have been using fbm for years now and the staff are always so happy and helpful and tenby is just **** a loverly place to come to time and time again we are all looking forward to coming back this year

FBM are usually excellent service.Only once did we dislike a place on their books but we have been using them for over 30 years.The place we stayed this time was in a perfect position near North beach and the shops.

Went well - when we reported no hot water - engineer was there within a few hours.
Not so good - woken up at 5:30 every morning when the Tesco delivery lorries rolled in. No information pack at the apartment, so when the water went off we hunted high and low for a boiler only to be told on reporting that it is on a different floor.
I have been a FBM customer for 40 yrs - won't be returning to this apartment.

Great space for 10 people - only 200yds from town and beach - we were able to park 5 cars using the land down at the bottom fo the drive.

Booked over the phone two weeks before, the phone was answered quickly, they were very helpful provided details of the locations and explained about travel difficulties due to an event in the area. They held the booking while I spoke to others in the party so didn’t feel pressured into booking.
