We had some issues organising the included features - eg it was unclear when we had the driver and when we had the you'd tour, so we ended up using the driver for you'd and having to pay extra when it took longer. We then missed the ubud tour proper.

This may be due to booking the holiday only a week prior. Booking was simple, and particularly great given our short timeframe.

Everything was excellent except our transfer did not show up on our arrival, we eventually made contact with the driver and finally got our resort 3 hours later!

Highly recommend booking with My Bali, in particular Krystle Denny. The whole process was simple and what we were provided in the package for the price was great value. Have previously booked with the My Fiji brand and would definitely book again with My Bali

Mybali was excellent once I made contact, I did send two emails which were not replied too, but once I telephoned Mybali the lady I booked my holiday with was very helpful and knowledge about the holiday and what was included. She was fast and efficient at obtaining full holiday details including flights. I would recommend the Mybali service to friends and family. I would also use this service again.

When I called up for the initial book he was very helpful, when I called to make alterations to the book he didn't seem interested and said he couldn't help with our requests.
Caked back the following day and spoke with another staff member- she was extremely helpful and was happy to help us with these requests that didn't seem to be a big problem. Would have been nice if when experienced this the first time we called back.

I have dealt with Katie before to book a trip to Fiji. That trip was fantastic and the service I received that time was great, so when we were looking at another trip, I went straight back to Katie. When I rang this time she remembered us and although this trip was to Bali (and supposedly out of her key area of expertise, we got the same level of great service. Would happily recommend MyBali, MyFiji and Katie to anyone, in fact we already have.

From the first contact with My Bali everything ran so smoothly. The holiday was very reasonably priced and everything promised was delivered. I would definitely book with this company again and recommend it to anyone. I cannot think of any way they could improve on the two holidays that I have booked with them.

Have dealt with your company many times now to different locations since
2012 Australian Airlines debacle and since then have found your various
staff helpful with all our needs and our upcoming trip.Hopefully things will
remain the same and we will also keep referring family and friends.

I have used MyBali now on 5 occasions now and have found the staff to be very professional and helpful in selection of holidays.
I would definitely recommend them.
The very fact that I have used them on 5 occasions speaks for itself.
