I had to ring after 3 days to confirm that our accommodation was available and had been booked. This was despite being told orriginally that we would be notified the next day.
Information was given clearly and this delayed phone call was only necessary because the operator was unable to intact the resort while I was on the phone.

the main problem is that the booking isn't controlled by the one agent we have a booking for 25 I have paid both deposit and made a payment via b-pay and have not received any confirmation of payment received have sent a copy of the receipt and have only had an out of office reply and the return date was over a fortnight ago

I was so impressed that MyVanuatu that they could arrange a seamless booking at the best resort in Vanuatu at really short notice for my partner and I. It went completely smoothly, completely trouble free, and it was an amazing experience. It was also a really important occasion as I purchased the trip as a birthday present for her and it was a country high on her bucket list. Thankyou.

I know My Vanuatu have everything organised for our Christmas family holiday as our holiday in January to Fiji was amazing and could not have asked for more. Thank you.

Great service, Marc the consultant was so helpful , nothing was to much trouble, he made it all so easy. Would defiantly recommend to friends.

Cristiana was excellent, but my mother passed away a few days before to leave and the funeral is to be on the day we were leaving so we are claiming the trip on our travel insurance.. We hope we can go in a few months time and will be happy to book with MyVanuatu again. (for famiy reasons we cannot go earlier).. We know the flights were not refundable, we hope the stay on Bokissa will be, but that is between you and the insurers I guess.

Having booked with MyHolidayCentre before, I thought it might be nice to revisit the sites and book my Vanuatu holiday with them (September 2015). I was looking forward to the bonus value option they have available - so I phoned up, threw some dates around and was planning to book in with accommodation at Warwick Le Lagon Hotel, as we had previously stayed at Warwick Hotel through MyFiji.com (for our honeymoon in 2010). After much planning, I was told there were no dates available that suited us and the only accommodation available in Vanuautu was at Chantilly's on the Bay, which was lovely, but a bit dated and also meant there was no bonus value. It wasn't very child proof either, but since having Cyclone Pam the previous March, it was understandable, and they were in the process of recovering..

I had to change airlines after my flight to Vanuatu was canceled. This cost me an extra $500 but they were unable to disclose how they came to that amount. A bit more transparency from myvanuatu holidays would have been appreciated. The ladies were very helpful though and great to deal with.

Jase was excellent the previous consultant named Tayler got the same holiday for us at a higher price then when I questioned it she then said not available and only higher prices

We booked a "myFiji" holiday a few years ago and were happy with the service so came back for a trip to Vanuatu.

Had significant trouble getting in contact with a consultant. Called 4 times and was on hold for more than 15mins first 3 times before I hung up. On one occasion it offered an option of registering for a call back but the automatic system would not work and just put me back on hold.

Once I got through the service was good.

our second holiday booked with My holiday centre such an easy process one stop shop. all we have to worry about is getting to the airport :)

I only have a few things to mention and that is that I thought the price quoted had the insurance included when we agreed to the price and I have emailed Nico twice in regard to some clarification and haven't heard back and that was over a week ago. Otherwise very happy with our service.

I deal with Taylor Kuhnemann who is absolutely wonderful. Always helps me out with booking my holidays to Vanuatu and informs me of anything i may want to know regarding my holiday. I now recommend Taylor to all my friends and family so they can experience a great affordable holiday.

From my initial enquiry and booking with Jane Rollins, I was given 5 star service and advice.
When I had to change my flights Sam (who was ill, but carried on like a trooper) and then *insert name as I have forgotten- sorry, were both extremely helpful and understanding and very professional.
Lastly Hayley DeReus has made sure I’ve been updated and kept in the loop with flight changes etc. Once again exceptional service.
I don’t know what you do as a company for training your wonderful staff, but I wish all companies did the same!!
My sincerest gratitude to all involved, if only all companies had service professionals like your staff.
