This is the second time that we have booked through Panoramic Villas - we did so as we had every confidence in them after the first time. We wouldn't hesitate to book through them again

We thought the villa was very nice and had everything you needed and more little too extra touches such as fleeces out on the terrace for cool nights.The pool was really warm and our grandchildren loved it.We only had one problem which was the fourth bedroom which we found far too small for two people and not having a door on the toilet could be embarrassing.All said we had a great holiday.

I’ve used Panoramic three times now and I’ll use them again because everything is so simple. Pay a deposit, log back in to pay the balance a few months later and immediately get an email from the owner with a welcoming message. Superb choice too!

Excellent service once again from booking another holiday with Panoramic ( and particularly from Andy Lea who went out of his way to secure a special offer booking - and then dealt efficiently with our payment). This is my 5th reservation with Panoramic …..which says it all. They provide excellent customer care......and also in the resort itself when dealing with keys etc.. Undoubtedly will use them again....

I have booked apartments previously with panoramic villas and been very impressed with service. Upgraded to villa for special occasion for this villa holiday. Contacted them recently due to reading very bad review, but was replied to very quickly and reassured everything was under control. So I am hoping that they do not let me down in September as I have stated previously have used panoramic villas twice before, and was very impressed. Hence this booking.

Had a booking with Panoramic for a villa in Florida, but 1 of our group was rejected for the USA visa waiver and was required to attend the Consulate for an interview, which could not be arranged in time.
I was able to find an alternative villa in Spain with Panoramic and everything was booked and confirmed within 24 hours.
Great service as always .

Hello,
Have still not got any answer from the owner regarding compensation for our big problem with no warm water for the last 12 days of our stay in the apartment 631a.

When we have received the compensation, we will give you the feedback.
We are now hoping for a quick answer to our complaint regarding compensation for the big inconvenience.

Overall our stay with our group 17 Nr (9 Adults & 8 Children) was very good and the villa accommodated us well. The weather was hot so the pool was very much in use and was good. Any issues we had were addressed very promptly by Agnes and her team. The only niggle was the directions to the villa as all found these a struggle to follow. However would recommend Panoramic Villas and would certainly go to them when we come to Spain again. One improvement

we had an amazing family holiday and would highly recommend the resort and villa , but it would be made even better if you could get help or contact someone 24hrs a day !

I have had a bad experience with a total lack of care and no offer of compensation for having no hot water (only very slightly luke warm in one tiny shower room!!!). Advertised as free wifi but it’s not actually fully working wifi at all!!! Only enough for whatsapp and email - not for watching Netflix or anything like that. Feel totally dismissed and like im being accused of lying about the hot water and im absolutely outraged at this. The rep in Spain was helpful but Panoramic customer service back here via email is a huge disappointment.

We found the house in a state of filth and regrettable deterioration, And although the hiring was very kind, when we returned and claimed the kindness disappeared, they ignored us, we were diverted to the owner, who all he did was offend us and ask us not to write more

I was disappointed to find that once I had paid the balance,it was incumbent on me to contact the owner of the villa.Surely once the balance had been paid your company could have provided the exact address of the villa,so that I could arrange tranfers from the airport to the villa.

No problem with panoramic villas just the villa it’s self it is not up to luxury standards we have noticed that some of the pictures have been updated from the originals since we got home couldn’t fault the host they were on the end of the phone when needed unfortunately the pool was dirty when we arrived and took about 3 to 4 days to get clean the electric went off for a whole day the 4th bedroom was inadequate as it had no where to put clothes we had several issues but the host tried everything to sort them out having said all that we had a good holiday in a great location yes it is hilly to get to the villa especially in the heat this holiday was special so we thought we would go more up market unfortunately on arrival the villa didn’t match the photos as advertised

This is the fourth time that we have used Panoramic Villas and we have rented villas in both Spain and USA. They are obviously a middle man between the villa owners and potential renters.
With this in mind I think they have a very professional looking website which is easy to navigate and contains just the right amount of information. They don't accept credit cards unfortunately but I can understand the reasons for this due to the fees charged by the credit card companies. Overall a very good service.
That said on this occasion there was a very minor issue whereby I still hadn't received any handover Info or directions with only a few days to go before we were due to arrive. I called Panoramic and was reassured that this info would be forthcoming, more of that below, but I think this should be something that is automatically monitored to ensure that this info arrives in a timely manner and is sufficient in detail. As I said a very minor issue and I will definitely continue to consider Panoramic for future holidays.

Just back today 15/01/2017 from a great holiday at villa sonja, Agnes was very nice and welcoming, could not do enough for you lovely lady, just a few small issues their where no locks on any of the bathroom doors which is a pain when you are showering and Someone walks in. no hot water came out the kitchen tap, know one came to change bed linen the whole time we where their, I know it says 3 bed villa but the third bedroom is a cupboard in the porch with a single bed and side table just making it into the room, it also has an electricity box which makes a noise all night, room was slept in the first night, then the couch was used, during the day people where on dirt bikes riding them all around the waste land beside villa which was really noisey!! The hot tub was a god send especially as it is winter we all had so much fun in it especially the kids, the views are amazing and only a five minute drive into town. a car is a must not suitable for walking well you could walk down if you are fit very steep on way back up, Apart from that we had a great holiday.

A very nice Villa as described the only thing that wasn't good was the internet and our television was via the internet on 31/2 day's of the holiday we could not watch anything ,the holiday was nice but it is also nice just to catch up with the news watch TV for an hour or browse the internet by the pool unfortunately for half the holiday we couldn't
