Initially booked a trip for 2020 which had to be cancelled due to Covid. We waived a refund as we were happy to re-book for 2021. When this also had to be cancelled due to Covid we asked for a refund but were denied one and told we would have to re-book again.

Unfortunately we have not been able to re-book due to family/personal commitments and now have lost over £350 in total in deposits between 3 of us.

Wish we had took our money back in 2020 and never bothered with them again. We tried to support a small business during the pandemic, but unfortunately this was attitude was not reciprocated.

Booked a trip in Autumn 2019 for Summer 2020. This has twice had to be pushed back due to Covid.

Had some issues with poor communication from the company around reasons for not being able to refund customers - but in fairness these are difficult times and it did get resolved eventually.

Hope to finally get away next year.

Booked a group cycling holiday with Lovevelo last year which was cancelled due to Covid. STILL waiting for a refund a year later. Have had to take them to court to recover money. Not happy.

Last week I took part in a trip to Andorra organised by Love Velo. I must say that it was very professionally run and took much of the hassle out of travelling, allowing me to focus on the cycling!

Will be using again.

Amazing Andorra, first time visit, all brilliantly organised through Love Velo. This will definitely be a future destination for a 7Oaks Tri Club training camp. There is nowhere else in my experience that can give you instant climbing as you ride out of the hotel's bike garage, and know that when you get back there are all the facilities to help with recovery, and proper meals to get you ready for the next day of 2000m plus of climbing!

I Have Just recently returned from a 4 day Road Cycling trip organised by Love Velo to Andorra in The Pyrenees and what a Gem. This tiny principality offers everything for fantastic cycling in Europe. From the stunning scenery to the beautifully tarmac traffic free roads we spent many hours enjoying these ideal condtions. If you love ascending and descending you wont be disappointed. If those weren't good enough reasons for coming to Andorra how about the friendly and welcoming locals or the first class food on offer. You may even be tempted with the shopping , especially with the tax rate at 4%.
Check it out for yourselves

From the first phone call I made to the Love Velo staff until the day we returned home from our trip; the customer service was fantastic. 100% be using them again. We booked a 3 day Port Pollensa package which included some of the best scenery Iv seen from a saddle. The bike hire over there was also very good. Slick service . Can’t wait to go back next year and hopefully beat my pb up Sa Calobra!

What a joy; a few days in early June away from some horrendous weather in the UK, summer - what summer? Arriving in Barcelona to mid 20’s c and a slightly long drive ahead to Andorra. The anticipation of some categorised climbs keeps the chat going about what to expect. It appears no one has cycled in Andorra so we don’t know what to expect. The scenery is spectacular as we drive through the Spanish countryside heading closer to our cycling base for the next few days. I soon nod off and get an hours sleep which makes the journey pass in a flash. The weather forecast looks mixed with some heavy thunderstorms forecast however looking at our itinerary it seems like they might have organised themselves for during our lunch breaks: maybe we will need the cooling rain... (the bad weather never materialised and we had to worry more about sunscreen than wet weather gear).

We were invited to a special cycling restaurant, but like no restaurant I have seen before, with its own personal training gym and a special haunt of La Vuelta and Tour de France champions. Movistar and Merida and Scott teams training locally all visit and are celebrities in the local area. El Raconet Del la Bici is the restaurant and hosted wonderfully by Joseph (Pep!) and Jordi from Andorra Turisme!

Two professional riders riding us out of Andorra into an immediate and unending 1000m climbing, beautiful, tough, not too hot and very enjoyable followed by one of the best descents I have ever experienced with great scenery, fantastic road surface and - what a view!

Stage two takes us up a climb featured in both La Vuelta and Le Tour with some classic champions names painted onto the tarmac providing encouragement along the route. Bon Courage is required as the final climb of today is a bit brutal for the first 3km before flattening out to 8% and winding through the alpine scenery followed by another tremendous descent and bar a final kilometre puncture entirely uneventful.

Lunch at the Anyos Park restaurant is like stepping into a beach resort on any of the top European island destinations; white billowy sheets protect you from the Sun with wine and great food as a wonderful post cycle recharge... feeling a wee bit sleepy but nothing a Cafe Solo can’t fix! Following a tour of the facilities I have to say I am blown away, reasonable and world class. Swimming, tennis, squash, spinning, full gym and amazing child friendly facilities for all ages...!

Great day again with 2000m in c60km so steep and hard but glorious. Really enjoyed the climb with serious scenery, the most amazingly quiet roads and the best road surface I have ever ridden on. Mountain taps spewing fresh river water were a godsend and a fantastic cool down as it was hot but not too hot! The ride today has been the finishing point for La Vuelta stages three times and I can attest that it is a serious challenge even without a long stage run in. One of the winners had said that it is almost too hard although they came up from the other side which is a very fun but technical descent!

Quaint villages nice food, friendly people and proper cycling exist in Andorra. Paired with some fantastic hotels such as those mentioned already or The Art hotel where we had our best meal or the Comabella which would equally comfortable for cycling, mountain biking or ski/ski touring. I have been really impressed with the facilities for children as well and am planning a club trip and a family trip at some time soon. Thank you Andorra, Love Velo in the UK who organised the trip, No Limits sport who ran the local itinerary and to Andorra tourism who helped by being a sponsor.

Booked trips with Love Velo a few times now, and given the current Covid-19 situation, have had to move my next trip to 2021. Really pleased that this was done easily without any hassle, and just want to say a big thanks to Love Velo for their kind and helpful service as always.

Booked a three night cycling break with Love Velo, They put us in Hotel La Garance outside Bédoin on the road up Mont Ventoux. Superb place. Big room, good breakfast, friendly staff. And a very nice swimming pool. 2 days bike hire, luckily we managed to cycle up Ventoux on the first day. The next day we cycled around the area.
Very pleased.

This is the second year we have booked with the Love Velo team. we had 4 fantastic days in Girona. A comfortable hotel, the bike shop within 400m, nearby bike storage and bang in the middle of the old town. The cycle routes were spectacular and testing.
Such a great experience we have already booked next September's trip to Pollensa. Many thanks to LV but in particular James who looked after us brilliantly.
kind regards,

A fantastic trip to the Maratona which was faultlessly arranged by Love Velo. Their support and knowledge was excellent and the recommendation on the hotel and race day were spot on.

Will be booking again.

I have recently returned from a self-guided trip with friends in Croatia. Apart from the flights, the rest of the trip including transfers, bike hire and accommodation were arranged by Love Velo.
I cannot fault the organisation as that all went like clockwork which was very reassuring. Luke was very helpful in organising the trip.
Tomislav was very responsive at changing some of the bikes to E-bikes, and also sending someone out to check out one of the bikes with an issue.
Unfortunately the quality of some of the accommodation was well below the 3/4 stars stated on the website, which was disappointing. I had been told that we would be staying in charming guest houses and apartments. This was certainly true in Konavle. The one room in Korcula was below standard and both rooms in Mljet were awful.
I have informed Love Velo about this, but have had no response.
I would possibly use Love Velo again, but would want more guarantees on the accommodation, or would book my own.

We have recently returned from a long weekend centred in Bourg d'Oisans (French Alps) booked through Love Velo. The communication with several member of the team have been absolute first class answering many questions promptly. Our first time doing anything like this so the logistics were a bit daunting to start with, but Love Velo have made the whole stay run so swiftly, I'd recommend them to anyone. Not only were cycle courses on several mountain routes explained and many tips given, staff members were more than happy to take time to talk over the phone offering additional tips. The Hotel du Milan was one of the best we've stayed for character (think of a 1950's Hitchcock film) all original too! The town of Bourg was utterly mesmerising with places to eat healthily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was a real drag leaving to come home. One of the best weekends of our life's.

This was our second time to the Maratona with LoveVelo, and the service was again excellent from the whole team. Communication and follow up during the booking process was great and the team on the ground for the event very helpful, polite and nothing was a problem. Thank you Kevin and the team.

Nick at Love Velo was so helpful in organising our first cycling trip to Mallorca. He understood exactly what we wanted and went out of his way to set up a great cycling break.

Everything went very smoothly. The transfer arrangements worked fine, all there when promised. The hotel - Cabot Pollensa Park - was superb, good accommodation, good food, and plenty of it, very friendly helpful staff, and great bike facilities. The bikes were delivered to the hotel, all nicely set up (only a few tweaks needed) and ran smoothly (apart from a couple of punctures). All the people we came across were really lovely. And apart from one very windy day (it was very early in the season), the weather was lovely and we had five great days of cycling in the mountains and countryside.

Thanks to the team at Love Velo! Five stars.
