Made an enquiry online, received a phone call the same day, gave my requirements over the phone and a package was put together by lovevelo the following day. Excellent service.

Recently returned from a 4 day cycling trip to the Loire Valley in France which I enjoyed immensely. I think no travel company, even with the best of intentions can 100% guarantee there will be no unforeseen glitches but even if this does occur, you can rest assured that Love Velo will deal with them promptly and fairly.

Booked in April 2019 for a bespoke tour to Mallorca. All arranged with ease - and even added a ninth rider with no fuss 3 months later.
Excellent communication - superb logistics - and really good value for money.
Can not recommend highly enough - so much, that we will use again next year.

Had a great weeks cycling in Portimao, Algarve with loveVelo arranging accomadation, bikes and transfers.
Tansfer company was prompt and courteous; roadbikes were new and great spec. Plus side they were delivered to our apartment.
Marine vista apartments were in a lovely location overlooking the estruary and conveniently situated for great beaches as well as main shopping hub. Although very large and comfortable, it was beginning to feel jaded however the big plus side was the resort is a spa resort and housed an indoor swimming pool at 32 degrees almost hydro pool temperature ...heavenly after 6 hours in the saddle exploring the fantastic countryside. One down side was we had to carry our bikes up two floors as lift was small which was fine with light roadbikes but not with anything heavier.
Although Portimao is on one hand a great location, with designated cycle paths around coast/estuaries and the Atlantic west/east coast cycling path through it, it is very busy and a bit of a mission to navigate when completely new to area, taking generally 45 mins to escape to the peace and tranquility.
Thank you Luke and the team for delivering another gem and sorting it out very quickly when we only gave you less than a weeks notice!

We organised a week's trip to Porta Pollenca Majorca, which involved transfers, accommodation and bike hire. All aspects were well taken care of and the price was reasonable, compared to the hassle of doing it ourselves.
Overall Love Velo were very good, the original hotel offered wasn't available, and we were offered a cheaper option. On balance this was a mistake as we ended up a large family hotel, with a lot of noise at this time of year.
The nice touches were the welcome pack sent out a few weeks before leaving, and the gpx routes emailed out. Maybe a bit more introductory information would have been useful for the first timer like ourselves, but there were other sources.

Unusually we haven't had our holiday yet but I wish to commend Love Velo for their help with our Booking which coincided with the "Lock Down on March 16.
In Particular I would commend Ciaran who managed to Re Shedule our Holiday at the same cost for Next Year.

Great trip with Love Velo to Andorra recently. Faultless organisation and a great venue for two days cycling in the mountains. Roads in Andorra are empty making for brilliant climbs and fabulous descents.

Excellent holiday. Roughly 300km covered on interesting routes; upmarket bikes, inspiring views from good roads and well-chosen accommodation in the evenings. Was surprised (I don't know why) but all arrangements fell into place perfectly and our questions were answered before we asked them. Even the weather was good. Did Love Velo arrange that as well? Would definitely return for more.
