A five hour moderate to heavy rainstorm hit shortly after covering the car. Car stayed dry, rain beaded and rolled off surface of cover. Only issue I have, cover came with security cable and lock. But no instructions or diagrams of how to attach. Nothing on website I ordered from. Sometimes a 70 year old woman needs a little help.

Someone Stole my first Mercedes car cover I bought from you, it was really good I’m not an expert, I can tell from the way it looked it was still in really good shape even Though I had a full while. Price was fair, process was easy, quality seems to be excellent. It was fairly straight forward to install and does a great job covering the trailer. With all the straps and at least 6 vents I don't think that wind will be an issue but time will tell. Would definitely recommend purchasing from these folks.

A one-page instruction on how to strap down the cover on a car would be very helpful if it were inserted inside the package when it is mailed. NO instructions about the little "FRONT OF CAR" tag inside the lining was very frustrating! I had to call customer service and ask how we could figure out which way the cover goes on my car. Is there some good reason why you do not put a little instruction inside the package?

I’ve ordered 2 gold covers for my caddies. The first one I bought years ago when this site first started. It’s lasted this whole time but after the first few seasons the fleece lining begins to dry leaving my caddies in a coat of white dried fibers. Also One of the black tie down straps broke with very little tightness applied. But it does protect them from the elements and UV very well. Thank you and have a great day!

This is an exact fit for my 1966 Cadillac Calais, I didn't think I would be able to find a cover that would properly, this cover conforms to every line of this car. The craftsmanship is amazing, it very high quality material and workmanship. I sure it will last for a very long time, I wish I had bought this sooner. Code number suggested to apply was marked MD10, but no box came up at check out to apply the code??? Cover is very stiff difficult to handle. Determining the proper place for cutting a hole for the antenna is an unmanageable task. needless to say I messed that up. All C2 Corvette Convertible antennas are located in exactly the same area. The cover should be marked with an indicator of where to cut. Would not buy again.

Can't comment, haven't received item yet. After posting this, I received my cover very quickly shortly there after. Very pleased with the cover and much better quality than I expected. Done a test fit the same day I received it. Fit beautifully. Would liked to have had better instructions on how to install and secure the cover once on the car. Overall, very pleased and will buy from again.

I ordered the Gold cover for one of my customers who just purchased a brand new MY20 Nissan Maxima. I was pleasantly surprised with the price, but above all, the warranty is what sold me on this cover. You don't get much better than an Unlimited Lifetime Warranty!!!! The ordering process was super easy. I received the cover within a week of placing my order. My customers were ecstatic!!

I had an issue with the FedEx tracking info indicating carcover had rescinded the shipment. I contacted them and was told they would work it and get back to me. They never did, but the product arrived on time despite the FedEx misinformation. Unfortunately the product does not match the description and does not fit my camper. An email to customer service that was advertised as being responded to within a day has gone unanswered for two days so far.

Quick, easy to use site. Great price on a product with good reviews. The cover came on schedule and fit great. There are zippered access points at both front doors and the rear entry as well. I put the cover on my 22' RV by myself with the attached ropes

Very satisfied with on-line order process- easy and efficient. Delivered on time as projected. The car cover fabric is very nice quality-I am very pleased with the style and look of this cover. It is a good snug fit for my Toyota truck and I look forward to seeing how it performs in the summer and winter months ahead.

Robert was good to answer ?s in chat, helpful. Thank you. The product was received in a timely manner; but, it does not look like the 5 layers advertised--At All! And, there were no instructions as to how to make the patch for the antenna. I'm sure most of your customers or not an old 76 woman, so it's not necessary.

Robert was very helpful on the live chat, in deciding to purchase. Our order arrived Apr 13, which considering all that is currently going on, was very satisfactory service. Unfortunately we are not at home to check out the product, our son was able to receive it though, and place it in our storage. Nevertheless we feel completely confident in the CarCover warranty to satisfy any future problem that may arise

Shopping experience was pretty good. The cover arrived quickly. It fits okay, but not great. I imagine it's designed to fit a number of similar sized cars so they can afford to sell them at a reasonable price. The cable-lock can be defeated easily, but I least I know random kids won't be able to snatch it out of boredom. I have a carport instead of a garage, so protecting my classic Porsche from dust and rain are my main concerns. I don't want to have to wash my car every time I want to drive it.

If it protects my car from the AZ sun,and is light and easy to cover etc. I will give it a 10 6/12 I received my car cover . It'seems beautiful. Soft, easy to use, has a place for the extender, Lined, for now great protection from the AZ 110 degree sun, No more hot steering wheel etc. Very well ,made out the box. We'lL see 6 MONTHS from is it can take the sun . Now I am extremely pleased.

I could not find where to apply the discount code MD10. Customer service fixed that for me. I gave it high scores because I'm very impressed with all aspects from selection to getting and using the car cover. Ordering was easy and the cover perfectly fits my 2015 Toyota Tacoma. The purchase options were exact. The cover is well made and protects my truck. It is quite substantial so I am learning how to quickly remove it and fold it in the smallest bundle. Same goes for putting it on the truck. Quite easy, really.

Great experience!! Hopefully the product will match the sales! The product was totally different than pictured and described..it was stiff, Very wrinkled from vacuum packing and the advertised "softness" was really missing!! It looked identical to a $44 Walmart product except for the VERY thin flannel type of liner! I did order another product from the company..hopefully it is as soft as advertised. I'm waiting on authorization to return the first one.
