Never having used Sunshine before difficult to comment, have now booked for xmas with them, and all documentation etc. was speedily dealt with by email, so far so good.

I have booked a few hotels through sunshine and have found them very competitive in price and the £1 deposit and free cancellation is brilliant. I find their website easy to navigate and I would recommend them to anyone.

We booked with you 3 different hollidays, and then received calls telling us that flights were no longer available, we did this over the period of a week, arranging time off work and kids hollidays etc, then when we booked for the fourth time we then received a call saying the price had increased by over £500 which has now destroyed our spending money allowance but we had to pay it as we had now ran out of options, you shouldnt have hollidays advertised which are not available, that is just crazy ????????????????????????????

I went online at sunshine.co.uk and entered the date, the location and after a few other filters I saw a list of dates and time to fry. I clicked on 1 I liked the sound of, then I saw a list of accommodations and the price. I saw a place I have stayed before and clicked on it, then I clicked on transfers which then took me to the payment page which had 2 options to pay. It had fully pay and pay a deposit today then another payment in 30 days and 60 days, and the rest of the balance to be paid by 2 weeks before departure date so i went for this payment plan. I need special assistance at every airport I go through so ticked that box. With in a few hours I got a message saying to contact a team member who will go through the special assistance process, I called and booked that service and with in 24 hours I had my 2 week holiday confirmation email through, everything was so easy to do and I will use sunshine every time I go away

This company is a complete rip off they will take as much money as they can I made a genuine mistake on a booking booked it again wrong date had come up so tried again for a third time tried to ring them to cancel the last 2 bookings off within 12 hours could not get to speak to anyone 3 days later I got an email saying I had 3 bookings and I told them I had been ringing all the numbers to cancel them now they want 2 lots of full price flights and us to pay for the holiday we wanted they have already took 3 booking fees it's an absolute disgrace

We have booked through Sunshine for a few years now , hotels and complete holidays. Always a good service, low deposit and the balance can be paid anytime up to about a month before travel.

This company have blatantly lied to me and stole my money, wanted to cancel hotel and was informed to pay full cost of flights first then they can cancel hotel, advised not to check in my flights for my flights in June due to cv19, now Ryanair have cancelled my flight and I have asked for refund to be told I cancelled the flights therefore no refund, looked on Ryanair website my flights are still active and can apply for refund or change. I’m a practicing nurse on the front line and have been treated despicably by this company who will pocket my refund. Ryanair have informed me the monies will be sent to the company and it’s up to them to refund. I’ve tweeted pies Morgan and think all disgruntled customers should do the same. I have been treated appallingly by sunshine and on the beach company

I booked with sunshine holidays jan for a holiday in April, all cancelled and they are absolutely awful refunds and just give one excuse after another and keep blaming the airline for lack of refund.....yet the law states that the travel agent is the one liable for any refund. When I asked for a direct contact with the airline co that THEY paid and are waiting for refund they simply said go to customer services of the airline.... I’m just being shoved from pillar to post and they are absolutely of no use whatsoever.......Very quick to take your money and very slow to abide by the law over refunds

We was due to fly out on the 19th all inclusive to Cyprus and are due a refund due to the coronavirus. We heard from them via Email On Friday but since then they are NOT responding to emails and phone lines are closed! Please do not booking anything with this company. I Will post an update if I hear from them. Very disappointed.

We booked a hotel with sunshine for March 21 in Tenerife, we cancelled it last Saturday due to the coronavirus,we are not under ABTA, because it was only the hotel,I can’t see the hotel being payed by sunshine, but think it very unfair ,we have got go to insurance to claim our money back, not sure if will have it

I booked my holiday for 17th April 2020 to Lanzarote with my sister. Sunshine holiday communication was great no problems all good. Now with what’s happened in the travel Industry which I can understand we got one email to say they would get round to us as they have a high level of enquires. Since then we have had no communication. I have email several emails and no response. We are waiting for over £500 to get back !!! So not happy with sunshine
