For me, the the best customer service I have received in a long time came when I realised that I had left the tickets at home in UK.
An email to the company asking if they could help was promptly responded to with all that was required to be able to replace the tickets. The relief!
I also fed back some information that would be useful to anyone in the same situation.

Das Thema "Fast-Pass" ist missverständlich.
Die Angaben über die Möglichen Zugänge zu den Parks, stimmte so nicht.
Dennoch konnten wir einen ordentlichen Tag daraus machen.

I purchased insurance against loss or theft - thank goodness
Within 3 days of paying the balance we had received our tickets.
On the day we started using our tickets I managed to loose mine & my husbands, client relations at Magic Kingdom cancelled the lost cards for Disney Parks & issued new ones immediately, they could not help with my Universal tickets, this was a simple thing to rectify, I emailed Orlando Ticket Deals that night & telephoned them the following day, they emailed Universal who sent a code through which we used when visiting the park for the first time & they issued us with new tickets.
At no point did I panic or worry because everything was sorted so easily.
Thank you Orlando Ticket Deals for a great service.
This was our 2nd time using your company & I always recommend you to anyone who tells me they are visiting Florida.

Du hast uns via Attraktion Tickets, 4 Eintrittskarten im Vorverkauf, für das Empire State Building zu je 17 Euro zukommen lassen.
Laut dem Beschrieb von Attrktion Tickets, waren wir der Meinung, dass wir direkt zum Eingang und somit nicht in der Warteschlange anstehen müssten. Dem war nicht so. Bereits ausserhalb des Empire...... befand sich eine Warteschlange von ca. 30 Minuten.
Wir wurden mit unseren Tickets nicht vorgelassen, trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen. Nach ca. 30 Minuten befanden wir uns im innern des Gebäudes. Von hier mussten wir uns nochmals ca. 1 1/2 Stunden in der Kolonne anstellen. Also keine separaten Schalter oder Durchgänge zum Dach des Empire......
Es
war frustrierend und eine absolute Zumutung was wir auf uns nehmen mussten, zu dem uns von der Firma Attraktion Tickets versprochen wurde, mit dem Vorverkauf der Tickets, ohne Anstellen auf's Empire State Building zu gelangen.

get hopper passes in future rather than one

Überall dauert der normale Versand 2 max 4 Tage.
