I canceled the first hotel reservation and choose a second hotel. I asked for a confirmation of the cancelation and ID number of the second hotel booking. Also the total price with taxes. I's taking more than an hour to send my requests.

Booked through them 2 days ago and hotel doesn't have a confirmation. Contacted Waylo multiple times and was told different reasons why and that they'd send another confirmation after 48 hours from hotel. I'm still waiting. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience

I would say Buyer Beware because you are paying before you arrive and if you have to cancel it might be difficult to get your money back.
It was for me because I had a sudden change of plans. I haven't had this experience with other websites, which don't charge you anything until you actually stay there.

I cancelled because I didn't get my current rate and dates as requested. My first I got great service from Elliot however when I called to adjust my dates it was awful

I can't say enough about the fabulous job the two representatives from Waylo did. I had found a great price for a hotel online, but in the midst of booking the offer was rescinded. Seconds later a Waylo rep. came online, we chatted for a few minutes, and then she secured an even better offer at the same hotel. We agreed on the revision, and then a second Waylo rep came online and completed the transaction. I'm thrilled!
