As very nervous first home builders we were doing our rounds at display homes and we met Wanda Chan at one of Redink's display homes. She instantly became our friend and it was an easy decision for us to go ahead with Redink Homes. Wanda went above and beyond to design our dream home making sure that all requirements are captured and her attention to detail is second to none. Our build with Redink Homes has been a smooth one thanks to a very talented team. Our client liaison Chelsea who has been very wonderful and kind during the entire process, making sure everything is communicated to us at the right time. Special shout out to Karl our building supervisor, a very talented guy who made sure every little detail was completed and the quality of the build was maintained throughout. From the time that we first walked into a display home and meet our design consultant, Ben, they made us feel a part of the Redink family. They told us from the onset what we need to do. They help us design our home to want we wanted, not what they have. We were able to change the design the house to our needs not them.
They listened to what we needed in our home and help us with the choosing of the land from the start.
They help us sort through the finance with our new loan. Nothing was too hard for them. The Pre start was quite an easy process with Redink. Again they listen to what we were after and what they needed to sell.
During the building stage of our journey, we were kept up to date with emails through the whole build.
Dave was pleasure to have a supervisor who treated our home as if was his own home been built. Madison who is our client Liaison, made the last part of our build and handover with us stress free.
I have heard all the stories of bad building experiences but with Redink it did not happen at all.

From day 1 our journey would not be an easy one but Tracy Millard our finance broker, has made one of our biggest dreams real thanks to her extremely vast knowledge in our case and patience :)

Our sales rep Warren Paull, who helped me with the design made us push this home to be just how we want it!
He’s also an awesome awesome guy and I wouldn’t ever build again unless he was involved!!

Meeting Nick the Brick layer on site as the bricks where delivered, he was extremely polite and ran through me how he was going to build our home.
I got to go past our home very regularly and chatting to Nick, his attention to detail on how things will look when finished and passion for the end result is what makes him irreplaceable!
Even got us a house warming gift

The roof guys wasted no time at all getting our house covered up happend extremely fast

The electrician wasn’t the most polite person in the world and being an auto sparky myself, he wasn’t taking much pride

When the gyprock walls where installed and being flushed, I was amazed at how it all comes together, although if they took a little more time with the flushing process then the painter could achieve a much more flawless result!

However you pulled it off like it was done by a machine, but really thinking about getting all the tiles to present in the best way possible and all line up, is exactly the attention to detail I’m loving in this home!!

The gentleman the did our driveway and pavers was the nicest man I’ve met, it was like getting your dad to help you, and he actually had our best interests.

A big thank you to the maintenance department in Redink homes.We had Some small issues (cornice cracks, a loose door handle etc) and a big one with one of our toilets gurgling. All the trades came on time and were very professional.
This was a stressful time for me as this was my first build and I didn’t know what to expect with the maintenance service but Troy and everybody else in maintenance really went above and beyond for me.

Just wanted to say a big Thankyou to Dave the site supervisor and Karen in the office at a redink and Keith for listening and getting our house exactly how we wanted it. It’s hard when you see the actual house then want to change things Dave has the patience of a saint .

This is the second time we have built a new home (first time was with Summit Homes).

During the initial sales process, we visited quite a few builders and ended up choosing to build with Redink as our consultant Michael was a step above the other consultants we had seen in customising designs to fit our narrow 11.7m wide block which was very tricky as most decent designs are for min 12.5m blocks. The turnaround time was very quick with the draft sketches.

For 2 storey options, we had a few different options of lightweight and traditional double brick and we ended up deciding to pay a bit more for the double brick upstairs with a concrete slab.

The complimentary session with an interior designer to pick our colours and fittings was extremely useful as we didn't have this kind of service when we built the first time around.

We had a good experience throughout all the various stages and thought all the staff were fantastic especially Teila (pre-start), Chelsea (client liaison) and our building supervisor Karl. Karl had very good attention to detail, always super helpful and efficient in sorting out any issues we had during construction.

We hired a 3rd party building inspector for the practical completion stage who gave us a detailed report with some minor items but no major defects found. He said overall the build was done to a good standard.

Overall would highly recommend building with Redink. Can't wait to move in now!

This is the second time building two homes with this builder, RedInk Homes. I admit, this time round, I was a lot more lax, as I basically left most of it to the builder, without taking too much of an 'investigative role' as I was very happy with the first lot of houses built for me. I wasn't disappointed.
The houses were delivered for handover on the time expected, and with hardly any issues (if you call missing door stop an issue, then it'd be a little over the top on the part of the client). With all the inclusions, I only had the landscaping, letterbox and clothesline to do, everything inside was taken care of.
I especially appreciated the advice of the consultant for double glazed window frames, as it made a marked difference when I stepped into the house and closed the door. Self-isolation took on a new meaning :)
Cost-wise, as I hadn't made any changes since the prestart, there was nothing there to bill me for that I wasn't expecting, and now I'm just waiting for my kerb bond deposit back as I've almost finished the landscaping.

I have recently built my first home with RedInk, and I was extremely happy with the build process from start to finish. The house was completely in a very reasonable length of time (~7 months from building permits being approved), is of a very high quality, and the number of inclusions which were part of the standard range was excellent. I was also very happy with the number of free & discounted packages included in my build at the time of signing (a home-automation/air-con/solar-panel package, a door upgrade package, and a window double-glazing package), which really makes my finished home feel a little more premium than I otherwise could have afforded.

Every person I dealt with throughout the process was friendly and helpful, and really made me feel like a valued client. Eleanor, the RedInk architect who designed my property, was very accommodating of my requests and transparent about where I'd get the best value for money with the optional extras. Rochelle, my Client Liason throughout the building process, was always very prompt to answer my calls and emails any time I had a question throughout the build. And finally, Simon, my site supervisor, was very knowledgeable about the construction itself and could always answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the process.

I've heard of some horror stories from friends and relatives who have built in the past with other builders, but other than a couple of very minor hiccups here and there (which are to be expected, and were all dealt with promptly and at no additional cost to me), the whole process of building with RedInk was smooth sailing and relatively stress-free. I have since recommended RedInk to two other friends of mine who are looking to build, due to the great experience I've had.

We initially chose Redink Homes because of the one-off floor plan designed by their lovely sales consultant Eleanor. We had been looking for sometime at different housing display centres, but nothing compared for design and valve for money. Eleanor always kept in contact with us to help with any concerns or queries, we had. Can't Thank her enough !
We had a few different Client Liaisons , but all were extremely helpful in any problems that came up and finding solutions. Thanks so much to Connie our Client Liaison for the last couple of months for always keeping us informed and up to date as the house near completion.
The brickwork is fantastic and completely faultless as well as all the tradesman who came to the house from the tiler to the carpenter, roof guys, painter, plumbing, they all took a lot of pride in their work and the end result certainly shows it. Brian our site Manager was truly AMAZING! nothing was too much trouble. Any issues that came up ...and their always is with new builds. He was quick to pick things up and fix anything that was needed, quickly and efficiently while keeping the build progressing to each next stage. I wanted to incorporate a beautiful old lead door from my Grandparents house into our new house, which Brian helped to organise, have painted and hang, its looks amazing ! Thank you !

From start to finish the Red Ink staff have been very professional and customer focused, from Benjamin who assured us that our design changes were viable, to Madison our Client Liason Officer and Dave our Building Supervisor. The build flowed smoothly and we were kept well informed with each stage of the process. The package included so many extras that added enormous value to the home, and the workmanship is of a high standard. Madison, was very informative and encouraging, and patiently waited for our final decisions, especially when we made a variation, of which was handled immediately. Communication with Madison was exemplary and we were never made to feel anything less than her most valued client. Jess and Holly on reception were always polite and courteous on Reception with exceptional telephone manner, as was Karen in Accounts via email. On completion of our build Dave was accommodating on meeting times and was happy to explain all areas of the home. He was very quick to eliminate any minor issues that arose and 'handed over' a complete house of a high standard. We would definitely recommend Red Ink Homes.

The pad was poured in mid-January 2019 and the house build was completed with the key handover in July 2019! Our journey is now complete! Thank you Redink - the new home is amazing, not just because it's brand new, but also because the quality of the finish and the products used throughout. E.g. their window and door glass frames are solid! As are the kitchen cabinets and engineered stone benchtops.
We would definitely consider Redink if we were to build again. Why?
What made Redink outstanding for us was the people behind the name that we dealth with. It was certainly very organized and a well-oiled machine. Attention to detail in every stage: From the initial concept design by the consultant (Michael), to pre-start, and then to planning & building approval. From the sand pad to our key handover, we knew what was happening because the communication was detailed when needed and usually very prompt.
Getting finance approved was a big challenge for us and became a very long and drawn out process, as it was during that time that the banks starting clamping down on the lending criterias. But Redink was understanding and most patient, and even helped us get over the line with a few reductions!
With everybuild there are always niggly things that surface, but none that the team at Redink cannot overcome, in fact from our expereince, they often go out of their way to get it done. Instead of relying on the now standard way of communicating (email), any misunderstandings are dealt with easily when we were able to talk on the phone (a special thank you to Pauline here).
Our channel of contact was with the client liason ladies (Chelsea, Rochelle, Rachel McKessar, Dee Carr, Michelle Young, Tine Linguard) and the site supersivor Karl. All were amazing and responsive in communication with us. They couldn't be more helpful if they tried! Sometimes there may seem to be delays in communication, but it's usually because they are following up on our query and want to get the facts correct before replying.
Karl was friendly and very much on the ball, and can be trusted with the quality control throughout the build. He knew his stuff, and was only too willing to help with anything we needed.
Overall very organized and professional. In conclusion we are very HAPPY. Thank you to ALL the TEAM at Redink.

The build was a breeze from start to finish, David (supervisor) and Madison (Client Liaison) could not of made the process any more stress free.
The entire process was simplified, broken down into steps and milestones.
Each new part of the build was clearly outlined by Madison so we knew exactly what was happening all the while David was but a phone call away to answer any questions and deal with any issues in a timely manner.
The workmanship was of excellent quality, we had little to no issues and if we did David was immediately dealing with it efficiently and effectively.
The Redink Team as a whole were fantastic, there flexibility for changing plans the way you want is only the start of what they have to offer, they live up to there name and then some.

I have constructed my house with Redink in 2014. While the construction phase went smooth on time within budget, the thing I am most impressed is with the warranty. I have raised a service request in Sep 2018 and they were very prompt in sending a technician to fix the issue. I never expected this sort of gold class service even 5 years after construction. I am planning on my next home and Redink will be my only choice.

The project was well pre-planned and the supervisor [name removed] had a great attention to details and was committed to the job, the office staff are the same.
[name removed] our client liaison is a great lady to work with.
I just meant to double check the plans prior to the building commencement as we ended up with no door for en-suit and also no door for the splash screen for the other bathroom, and it’s gonna cost us some cash out of pocket.

Redink homes sales agent lied about many things even on issue with the common drive way, he designed the house by putting the entrance in the neighbours have exclusive rights, it’s been six months until now he continued his lies saying that the neighbours exclusive drive way rights will be overruled by the city council,

I was extremely picky when selecting a builder, having 5 or so seperate meetings with different builders until I stuck with Redink. From the start everyone from admin, design, management to construction made selecting a builder easy. Solid communication throughout the build with only one hiccup, which was quickly rectified without any issues. My Prestart meeting was very informative and helpful with selecting items/colour schemes and they all turned out perfect! I would have no problem in using Redink again for any future builds. Special mention to my client liaisons Courtney and Sophie, they were a pleasure to deal with as well as my supervisor Brian.

We've been in our Redink home for 9 months now and can confidently say we enjoyed our building experience from start to finish.

We can't praise our sales rep Eleanor enough. She took into account all of our requests and put them onto paper, gave us guidance throughout the design journey and was always there to bounce ideas off (even months after we'd signed up with her... sorry Eleanor!). The Prestart and Client Liaison ladies who helped us throughout the build were also wonderful and quick to come up with solutions when we had a few small speed bumps throughout the journey. Jarad our Site Supervisor was great, he was quick to rectify any problems before we had a chance to pick up the phone.
