We met a few builders before going with Andrew. He explained the contract thoroughly before we signed anything, he was very thorough and open about the process so we were confident moving forward.

Our whole process started in March and we now have the keys to a beautiful home at the end of November everything went really fast.

Aussie living have been great in helping and guide me through this experience. Kirk was very helpful at the start and he guided me down the right pathway and helped me create my first home. The construction process was hassle free with Simon being very thorough throughout every meeting. I appreciated the weekly updates and wasn’t disappointed at practical completion. Highly recommend Aussie Living for anyone wanting to build.

Aussie loving homes made building our first home so easy, the staff are really friendly and informative they kept us up to date every step of the way. The quality of our home is sensational better than we expected, if we noticed anything that was not what we had expected it to be the supervisor was right on to it and was fixed ASAP. We had a great experience building with Aussie I would defiantly recommend them to others. The final cost for our home was cheaper than we expected it to be.

First impressions of the team at Aussie Living were amazing! Super professional and helpful when it comes to every aspect of building a home. Being our first home we had no idea where to start, but with Aussie is was care free and a great process. The house quality, range of choices for absolutely everything and huge selection of house designs that were available allowed us to build an amazing first home and we couldn’t be happier with the final product!

I was impressed with Aussie Living as a builder, the build was quick and efficient and the quality of the finished product was excellent.

The final cost came in lower than expected and I feel the value for money is very good, updates were consistent, and liaisons polite and willing to help anyway they could.

Ben the salesman was also very nice to deal with when discussing the initial plans.

All in all, a very nice experience building with Aussie Living Homes and I would certainly recommend them in the future to anybody looking to get into a home.

I had such a great experience with Aussie Living Homes. From the beginning my sales consultant Andrew was so genuine, helpful and managed to find me land in a suburb I wanted to be in and a house design that suited my budget. As a first home buyer I had a lot of questions (some that may have seemed quite silly) but he always had the answers for me. I appreciated the progress photos they sent to my email every week, as due to my work I was not able to visit the site as often - I never felt like I missed out on anything and always knew what was happening with the house that week. There were no hidden costs, that I didnt know about and I was very impressed with how fast the build was, and the quality of it too. If I were to ever build again I would definitely do it with Aussie Living Homes as it was such an easy and smooth experience.

I cannot thank Aussie Living Homes and the wonderful staff enough for making what I thought would be impossible, a reality! I never thought I would be able to own my own home and they made it happen. From organising finance and throughout the entire build they were so supportive and helpful along the way, which was something I greatly appreciated, being my first home. They were more than happy to accommodate desired plan changes and fantastic at communication throughout the process. I was blown away with how fast construction went as I had anticipated another few months before completion. As a single first home builder, I was concerned about whether I had the experience or knowledge to do this on my own, but the entire process was made so simple for me. My consultant contacted my regularly to keep my in the loop. Any issues were raised immediately and were explained thoroughly, which was an important thing for me. Every single form and application was handled by them so I didn't need to think about what was required of me at every stage. No stone was left unturned. I received weekly updates and photos during the build and any questions were answered straight away. I was very happy with the quality of the build considering the cost.
If there was anything that could have been improved, perhaps the company could invest in a computer program to simulate what the interior and exterior would look like during Prestart. This would help the client make a more informed choice when it comes to choosing colours and styles.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Aussie Living Homes and would definitely recommend them to the first home buyer. I would encourage young single women to not be afraid about the process of home building. At no stage did I feel out of my depth and I was treated as any client should be treated.

It's typical day while browsing my facebook page, when MR. PINOY PROPERTY popped-up to my page and I thought he is a filipino guy. I quickly booked an appointment with him just to look what he can offer. During that time I was planning to buy a house. Then to find out he's not a filipino but an Aussie guy named JAI THOMAS with a big heart for the Filipinos. I ended up signing a contract with him with Aussie Living Homes and he together with his team guided us as we go through the process. From the financial
Approval which went smoothly then the pre-start wherein we're be able to choose what we wanted to see to our house. As the construction started they kept updating me every phase of the construction. Time flies for about approximately six months. We are be able to live in our dream house. We personally highly recommend their service and their product. We are definitely proud and one of the happy customers. Time we got the key, just in time before Christmas and my birthday.!

We are really satisfied building was so exciting and quick, its like about 4 months and we didn't even notice that here we are moving already to our brand new home! Our client liaison officer Su is really nice and friendly, she keep us updated with the progress every week.
We didn't have any problems with them at all and we're really happy with the outcome. And Special thanks to Jai Thomas, he's the best agent!

My experience with Aussie Living was excellent from start to finish, during initial consultations Zane went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. At no point did I feel pressured and the team put in a lot of hard work in the initial stages to help me get there. I was able to make changes to the plans with no issues to get a home that suited my way of life and tastes.

Prestart with Dennika was fantastic, she was supportive, gave me some great advice and was patient with me and my constant change of mind over the process!

My client liaison Belinda was great and provided regular updates, answered my 100's of questions quickly and was always friendly and helpful!

The build process was very fast from Pad down in Dec-17 to key handover early Apr-18. I was really dreading the experience (had read so many horror stories) but the process was smooth and issue free. My home is great and looks even better than I had expected. One small issue with the garage door when I first moved in was fixed promptly (within a day of contact with Aussie) and Belinda followed up and kept in touch until the issue was fixed.

I've been in the house for 6 months now and could not recommend the Aussie team highly enough!!

Since day 1, our builder Kirk was welcoming, accommodating and very clear with our build. Our broker Nathan was amazing, he made everything so clear and understandable for us as first home owners. When construction began, our client liaison Belinda was more than friendly and helped us every step of the way.
David was our building supervisor and handled everything so smoothly.
Our build quality was above expectations, with everything moving so quickly and any issues (hardly any) were sorted out immediately and handled well.
Our final payment was below our estimated, and the build time was so much quicker than our estimated.
We would recommend Aussie Living to anyone building a home! We are so in love. Thank you Aussie Living. :)

From the start my sales consultant was amazing, she was very knowledgeable, there were virtually no hiccups during the design & prestart stages. The build started pretty quickly & seemed to progress fast, minimal issues all solved pretty quickly. Everything was over-budgeted to ensure I didn't have any surprise costs so that was great, I got to see the place quite often & enjoyed watching it all come together. Anything I asked questions about during the process was answered helpfully. Completion was over a month earlier than planned so that was great.

While painting & moving in however I realized that my fast build was not as awesome as I thought. There are gaps where my windows meet the bricks & around light switches/power points that I needed to fill, chunks of extra plaster in several places, a ridiculous amount of dirt splashes/dirty hand prints, dirty footprints all over the floors. There was sticky stuff on the glass door frames, splashes of plaster/paint on my glass windows & on blinds. I was told to note all this down at the 6 month inspection - but I don't particularly want to live in a house with holes for bugs to get in & chunks of plaster & dirt everywhere for 6 months, so was forced to rectify it myself.

My fridge recess isn't straight (Theres 1.1cm difference from the top to the bottom - apparently this is an acceptable variation?! The fridge barely fit)
The communication was a bit stilted once I got the keys & the site supervisor got quite rude when trying to organise my hot water unit installation (not done until move-in date due to the original one being stolen) due to some miscommunication which resulted in it not being finished until 3 days later. There was a plumbing issue in the kitchen that was dealt with promptly.

The build itself was great, the tradesmen doing the final touches not so great. Overall I am happy, just disappointing that the tradesmen didn't take the time to do things to the standard I was promised.

We had a great time building our first home with aussie living. As a first home buyer we had many questions and we never had a question they couldn't answer. We were kept up to date with email updates and several onsite meetings. Which we loved. Every person we dealt with at aussie living was great. From James at the display home, through to Dennika at our prestart and Natalie with our weekly updates and handover. Also David our site supervisor was awesome keeping everything on time.They always helped us with our weird and unknowing questions and would recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home.

I couldn't recommend Aussie living enough! It was a bit daunting being my first home but Aussie living guided me through the whole process and made it super easy. Every thing about building with them was great. Their customer service, the build quality and they managed to keep it all within my budget.

Started our path to a new home in December 2018. February 2020 and we are ready to move in.
All in all it has been an amazing experience. The staff are very attentive and incredibly helpful.
Our house turned out to be exactly as we expected and pricing was too.
