A member of our office team was tested positive for COVID-19. As you can imagine, pretty scary stuff. Found these guys online, they were very reasonably priced, and they came in the next day and cleaned the entire office. Professional, quick, and thorough! A perfect service. This is the second time I have used Rothwell's Cleaning Service, last September they did an excellent job on my lounge, stairs, landing and bedroom carpets which are all beige. They also took two rugs away to be cleaned which came back looking and feeling like new. I have recently had them back to clean my lounge carpet as there was a faint red wine stain and Mark did a wonderful job getting it out.

Bottom line: They made me wait 3 1/2 weeks before shipping out half my order (cancelling the other half), despite everything being in stock at that point. I had to spend more money and pick up the missing item at a local store. This review is for RVandVanSurplus.com. If you look through their retro-style site, you will also find reference to RV Marketing, Inc (Elkhart, Indiana), V-Sales.com, and DCMco.com. I placed an order for a complete Vortex vent van for my RV. This was supposed to be a Vortex upgrade/retrofit kit plus normal RV vent (so that you can completely replace an existing vent). The order was placed on May 23rd and all signs pointed to it being in stock (their website had a big heading that two other models of Vortex fans were not in stock). It turns out that the retrofit kit was in stock but the vent was not. I received a receipt for my payment immediately but I heard nothing from the 23rd through the 26th, so I sent an email through their online contact form. Almost immediately, I received an email from Bob stating that they are waiting for the standard vent to clear customs in Chicago and that he could ship my order on Tuesday (June 1st). On June 2nd, I emailed Bob back to see if my order shipped and whether I could get the tracking number. I never received a reply. I called (888-303-8586) June 7th and talked to Bob. This time, he stated it would be Thursday (June 10th) before my order could ship. I called June 11th and was told it would be Monday (June 14th). I called June 14th and was finally told that my order was being shipped out at that very moment. I called June 16th to get my tracking number. I couldn't talk to Bob (he was "getting a part") but was given a tracking number. Even though the tracking number showed it had been created on June 11th and never scanned by FedEx, I chose to try and have a little patience and gave it until the next day. I called the next day (no change in the tracking information) and was told that the package was sitting on a shelf, forgotten. It was finally picked up that evening and set on its way. Two days ago on June 23rd (exactly one month from when I placed my order), I was notified that the tracking number had been delivered 2 minutes prior. I was sitting on my porch at the time and no FedEx vehicle had been by. I eventually tracked it down to the house down the street (Bob had entered the address incorrectly onto the FedEx label even though he read it back correctly to me). I got the package home, opened it up, and was disappointed. The only thing in the box was the Vortex upgrade/retrofit kit. I started investigating and found that on June 14th - the day that the vents finally arrived and my order was boxed up - $25 of my original payment had been refunded without my knowledge or assent. This is approximately the different in cost between the vent/fan and fan only kits (the actual difference shipped is $26.08). Three calls June 24th-25th only got promises that Bob (who was always there but "getting a part" or "in his office with someone") would call me right back. It is now June 25th and I'm giving up on RV and Van Surplus. I picked up a vent for $40 at a local RV supply store and am installing the vent/fan now. I wish now that I had picked up the Vortex fan and vent separately on Ebay for approximately the same cost and saved myself two weeks of aggravation.

I was just reading some of these reviews and they sound exactly just like our experience, was charged the next day of our order and a month later still no tracking number and no vent, was told by Bob that it was back ordered,it was shipped e-mailing me the tracking number today he also told my Husband that if by today you do not get tracking number you can call me a liar so Bob you sir are a liar. we finally called master card and reported them and they have their fraud division getting our money back. we also ordered through another for less money and we are moving on. I do not know who the owner is but this company and Bob really do not know how to do business.

Booked in to have 3 split systems cleaned, after having one done the year before (which we were very happy with and it smelt like clean air after the clean). They previous guy took an hour to clean 1 unit, this time it took a guy 1 hr to do 4 units. I thought, ok he must be more experienced. He then sold us on a spray that would help keep the mould at bay for months, $50per unit. We did it. After they were cleaned he turned them on and they smelt ok. It was 3 weeks before we needed to use the ac again, and they were back to smelling of mould. I rang and said I was disgusted that after paying for the extra spray they didn't even last 3 week's. I could still see mould. They sent someone to come and check, and I was told they were cleaned and it was the fault of the outdoor unit and that the mould was all in the pipes. The guy sprayed some lavender spray and said that would help the smell, no it didn't. I would not recommend anyone use Electrodry for their ac cleaning. All 3 technicians had different views and obviously clean differently. I find it bizzare that the 1st technician did and amazing job, couldnt fault, but the second is being blamed on the ac pipes and outdoor unit. A 2 week guarantee is all they can give on their cleaning, that should tip you off that they are not even sure of their ac cleaning ability. Regret not taking this advice myself, $420 wasted.

We had used at least three other carpet cleaners over the last 5 years which left us dissatisfied with their results, from not removing spots and dirt in living room to over charging for poor service. At last we have found a service that is professional and gets the results we expected. I would happily use Noosa Prestige to clean our carpets again, this guy is brilliant. Was courteous and professional right from the start and knew exactly what needed to be done. Really cant think of anything

Can't go past 1 star on this one. Went and got the cleaner and took home only to fill with the solution and the water and find out the vacuum was broken and turning on and off intermittently. Very frustrating. Took it back and had it replaced on the spot, but had wasted the solution and didn't have that replaced. Took home and spent some good hours on the house only to notice that it really didn't make any real difference to the carpet. I understand that it is a slow process, but in my opinion the product does not work as they advertise.

I had used them annually to clean my carpet and rugs (including 1 Persian rug) ever since 2009. I also had them remove a stain on my antique chair which had velvet covering - stain removed perfectly. Although different staff did the cleaning job each year (Ben Gifford in 2015, Mark Malinowski in 2015, Stephan Vorster in 2013), each time they were reliable, professional, did a thorough job and courteous. I had no problems in getting my rental bond back from my landlord when I moved out. I would definitely recommend them!

Called Chemdry Wednesday great first impression good enough that I'm paying $30 than quoted elsewhere. Saturday morning get a SMS sorry running 30minutes late at 9 and appointment is at 9:30am. Simply messaged back please cancel don't worry. Get a reply can be there at 9:45am, replied again no thank you please cancel, get a reply again ok I'm on my way will be there at 9:30 if I'm not there by 9:30 you can cancel. Story changed from being 20-30min to oh I can make it now. I chucked up a big fuss because I had to be else where and could not hang around longer than the agreed time of 09:30am as i was only going to let them in and leave. Once in a blue moon situation but If you don't want the risk of been stuffed around suggest to look elsewhere.

I should of read the reviews before I used these guys, with carpet only 6 months old they couldn’t remove any minor stains with the employee assuring me he had steamed twice ( 2 rooms in 15 min ) yet I was able to show him that I could remove a couple of the stains with baby wipes. Once carpet dried not much had changed, so I call the company up and no surprise the manager was in a meeting and they assured me I will get a call before 5pm, I sent them 10 photos of all the stains and Im still waiting for a call. The gentleman who steamed cleaned the carpet not only arrived 30 min early and sat in my driveway but also was talking on his phone the entire time. I basically just gave away money. DISGUSTING

These cowboys "cleaned" my couch and armchair 8 weeks ago. It took almost a day to dry and didn't look any cleaner. They scratched my floor boards badly by removing the castor cups on the furniture and shoving it around. When contacted, the owner denied that his workers had done it. I insisted they had as my floor boards were not marked like that before their visit. He agreed to refund my money. Eight weeks later no sign of a refund. He has stopped answering me messages after blaming the bank. Do not use.

Scam Company! Do not waste your time / money on this company. They are quick to take your money & do not refund when they admit fault for not providing the service that you have paid for. I booked a post build clean. I explained that we needed a deep clean of our house, to remove plaster & dust from our wooden flooring which was destroyed by builders. The service states cleaners will use industrial equipment, detergents & pressure washers. 2 cleaners arrived with a Henry Hoover & a steam mop! I called the office who confirmed their mistake with our booking. My house is still a mess. No refund provided!

As a regular customer of Fantastic Services, I would rate them with 5 stars for quality and responsiveness. I have used several of their domestic services such as handyman, removals and cleaning services, and I didn't have issues with any of them. Most of the services I user were before the COVOD pandemic, but the last cleaning session was in September, and the technicians were well prepared and wore a protection kit. I am happy with their services, will keep using them and would recommend Fantastic to others.
