1 Carpet Steam Cleaner Professional Carpet Cleaning Services on Same Day Melbourne

I should of read the reviews before I used these guys, with carpet only 6 months old they couldn’t remove any minor stains with the employee assuring me he had steamed twice ( 2 rooms in 15 min ) yet I was able to show him that I could remove a couple of the stains with baby wipes. Once carpet dried not much had changed, so I call the company up and no surprise the manager was in a meeting and they assured me I will get a call before 5pm, I sent them 10 photos of all the stains and Im still waiting for a call.
The gentleman who steamed cleaned the carpet not only arrived 30 min early and sat in my driveway but also was talking on his phone the entire time.
I basically just gave away money. DISGUSTING

We received a written quote for $55 dollars to clean two rooms. They cleaned and then tried to charge us $60. When we queried it they advised it was GST!

Guy steam cleaned 5 large rooms in less than 30 minutes, looks like he had no experience at all & machine was filled with dirty water before starting. Didn't use a brush just steam clean. Left the carpets worse off then what the were.

Had to get another company to come in & redo (&a carpets looked brand new when 2nd company did it) & MCC refusing a refund for the putrid job that was done.

Further action is being taken ... but please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Managers are extremely unprofessional & difficult to deal with when a problem arises, they ignore phone calls & lie about discussions had! - absolutely unprofessional ... company won't last long with these standards :-/

Standard steam clean (quoted $66) added stain remova service (total $83) this 2 room job took 15-20 minutes.

Carpet stains not improved when carpet dried after 10 hours (wet patches still present) looked great when finished and wet however not really a satisfactory finish worth $83

When complained cleaner advised that he is not a magician and could not do better. That summed up our MCC experience .

First, when I booked I was told just before hanging up that there would be a $30 out of hours charge. Reluctantly I accepted. The technician arrived early and actively expressed his disappointment that I was not home yet. As I was taking the technician to the apartment he informed me that I would need to provide an additional $20 due to being on level 1. When booking, I provided my address which was clearly an apartment number however they did not advise of this hidden charge. The technician did a quick and terrible job and I could not even smell detergent. Further, he used my bucket to empty his machine and left it dirty whilst also leaving a terrible mess on the tiles which were freshly cleaned. I am not confident I will get my bond back and after all the hidden charges they ended up not being a reasonably priced service.

I have booked their services for my carpet and duct cleaning, i have some issues with my time and they even came after hours to provide their services which i am very grateful and moreover the service provided by these guys was amazing and now my home is home again.

Terrible service, came to our house and tried ro upsell, our house is 6 months old and they tried to say we needed deoderiser? 10% surcharge for paying by card? did 4 rooms and a couch in 30 minutes, everything was wet for 2 days after and started smelling, when contacted they refused to come and rectify the issue or refund the money, i will be in contact with consumer affairs about this company and their disgraceful service.

Took up the offer for $59 for 3 rooms up to 29 SQM. We were looking for an end of lease carpet steam clean. The property had been lived in for just under 6 months, with 2 of the rooms never being used, and the main room with the carpets in excellent condition. [name removed] advised us that he wouldn't clean the carpets unless we agreed to pay $75. He initially said this was due to the condition of the carpets, when I pushed back on this he changed his reason to the size of the rooms, we personally measured the rooms to ensure they were each under the required 29 SQM, my fiance is a builder, so he also can attest that the 3 small rooms all met the required size for the promotion. We broker lease, the carpets were newly installed when we'd moved in, we didn't want or need to fork out for an expensive carpet clean ontop of the break lease costs if we didn't need to. But [name removed] had us at his mercy as we vacated the property the Monday after he was due to do the carpets so we had no time to reject his business - and so - even though the rooms were within the size requirements (which [name removed] also finally conceded was the case) and the carpets were in excellent condition - we had to pay him $75 for the clean (which took all of 20 minutes for 3 rooms). If this business has any smarts they'll address this type of behaviour, and quickly. There is no way I would ever use them again, and I will be sure to recommend other potential customers, seek carpet cleaning services from a more transparent business. Classic case of "too good to be true" I guess.

Cleaned my 5 seater suite in 20 minutes.poor job was rude and insulting tried to get me to pay $140 more.rang office numerous times had no refund did not come back to clean it properly.Biggest waste of $140.Do not use this company.The worst cleaning ihave ever had.Thry need to be shut down ripping people off
