Nice aesthetics, but terribly disappointing quality. The bed I ordered broke upon professional assembly. Just snapped down the side, was left with a huge crack that they took months to resolve. Spoke to a friend of my sisters and she had a similar experience with a Loaf bed, and this morning a colleague at work has literally just told me the same thing has happened to them. They're not cheap so I would save your money and go for better quality

Don’t waste your money! The Quality is inferior, and the After care with Customer Services is zero! They won’t help you at all with a faulty product, I didn’t ask for my money back, just a replacement or a repair, but they aren’t interested. VERY POOR. If I could save one person from not buying from Loaf I hope I have.

1 star is too generous. If you actually want to receive the product you order or even if you just want to ask customer service why they cancelled your delivery then don’t order. Worst shopping experience ever.

Nothing wrong. We have two pudding sofas one in fabric and one in leatherand (a love seat) The cushions loose their shape and have no spring in them, thou they are comfy, but you have to buff them up all the time as they have goose feathers in them, and the feathers keep coming out and can prick you as you sit on them. Have had these for about a year and you really do get fed up with having to buff them up all the time as the cushions are heavy and require beating in shape.

Honestly, don’t order from this company. I ordered a rug and received a picture. The delivery guy was defensive and told me that I’d just have to call the company. I phoned up and was told that the rug would be delivered and the picture picked up in a week’s time. But the email that was sent through after the phone call didn’t confirm this arrangement and instead asked me to book a new delivery date. When I called up to query this, I was reassured once again that the delivery/pick up date I had been given was correct and this time this was confirmed by email too. Various other confusions happened along the way too, but that date has now been and gone and there was no delivery or pick-up. I still have a large picture I never ordered and don’t have the rug that should have arrived a fortnight ago. Next step is to give up and get my money back, which judging from my dealings with this company so far, will involve many more fruitless emails and phone calls. And I’m still left with a large unwanted parcel that they won’t pick up. Save yourself the bother!

Can you give minus stars here? The customer service is horrendous and even the costumer service manager isn't great either. I've had all sorts of issues and yet, they don't seem to care about me, the costumer. The customer that without they don't have a business. My delivery was delayed, I received an email to let me know of that. I then called and was told I was going to receive a call to re-arrange it. They never called, I had to chase and got a new date in. A partial refund was going to be offered as good gesture, they never say how much is it until it has been actually delivery. The couch arrives, is too big but the delivery guys, bless them, but one of them was quite old and didn't seem to have experience doing the job. They had to force it in damaging the couch and two walls. Again, a gesture of good will can be offered, you asked how much, they never replied. It's not transparent and they never replied to your questions. I have been trying to deal with it for two weeks now. When I emailed customer service, I never got an straight answer, when I called I hardly managed to get hold of someone. I have wasted hours of my time stressing about it and trying to solve it and yet, I received a call from a customer service manager that offered 10% partial refund for the delay on the delivery and 10% for the damage on my couch. I was very excited about the purchase back in June and now I look at it makes me angry. A the gesture of good does not even pay the amount of time I wasted having to deal with this. And yet, I still have not received the good gesture back to my card. Shambles Loaf.

We recently visited the Battersea store to look at your sofas. Both staff members who we came into contact with were so lovely and helpful. We were greeted as we arrived, given time to browse freely without any pressure but they were both on hand as soon as we needed any help. James went out of his way to help us with choosing the sofa we wanted and was a god send when it came to choosing the fabric! He moved bits of furniture around to help us visualise how the item would look in our home. He worked out quotes for us for different types of fabric so that we had all of options in front of us. Well done Loaf for employing such wonderful staff - it makes a huge difference and we will definitely be recommending you because of them!

My partner and I have just bought our first property and did a quick google search of the best places to buy a sofa in London - Loaf was top of the list - so we went to the Battersea store at the weekend. Whilst social distancing makes things slightly odd, the whole experience was so great. The layout of the store is easy to navigate and very bright; the products are gorgeous and we fell in love with everything instantly.

However, the best thing about our experience was James T. He spent so much time with us and was such a delight to speak to. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took such an interest in what we were looking for and giving us tips - it was clear that he was very passionate about what he does. He has honestly given the best customer service I have personally experienced in a very long time - an asset to your Battersea store.

We would not hesitate to come back to Loaf; great products and great customer service. Thank you!

Ordered and received 4 scatter cushions about six months ago now. The delivery experience and customer service at the time was poor. Eventually got the four cusions which looked nice and decent, though surprised to find the filling was a rather flat feather pillow. But months on the poor quality and make of the cushions is apparent: the material and colour wears very quickly; and they go and stay out of shape continuously (for example they go pancake flat after minutes of using them aren't comfortable to use). Not really what you expect for 50 quid a piece. If I'd have paid half as much I might have been more ok with the outcome.

I visited Loaf for the first time today (I have been looking forward to doing this for 12 weeks of lockdown!). It was an absolutely fabulous experience, thanks to the lovely James in Battersea. He was completely delightful, with nothing being too much trouble. He answered all my questions- his knowledge of the products is superb. His main skill seems to be instantly gauging his client and recommending the perfect size sofa, showing the alternatives, and sensing what colour palette would suit them.
Really, he has totally helped me decide that I am going to completely furnish my new home with Loaf furniture!
Thank you again, James, for making the whole experience such a delight! He is worth 10 stars, not just 5!
