What I liked was the way you tailored the repayments too suit me on a weekly basis rather than a monthly , and I appreciated that you constantly review my credit rating during repayments so my credit score keeps getting better over the repayment period , very professional and concise from the lady over the phone .

I have had a very prompt and personal service from 1st stop .
The team member I spoke with from the onset had a great manner and very kind in his approach to gather information required.
He explained the issues and requirements along with the process clearly and made sure I understood taking time to clarify and explain any questions I had .
I would recommend this company to family /friends /colleagues

Easy application although a bit out of date by having a call back to run through your application only takes 10 min then gets passed to tbe underwriters for approval so you dont know if you been accepted till their message you later in the day unlike a bank loan online which tells you instantly . But ive no complaints about the service easy and call back frendly

1st Stop loan has been fantastic from the first day of our application. They went beyond their duty to help us as a customer and making sure that we knew what was happing and what needed done. Even when when we face some difficulties through the process 1st Stop Loans didn't give up on us amd helped in every way they could. I highly recommend this company

Fantastic service from 1st Stop Especially Tiffiny and Matt. Natwest let us down on a loan after delaying the decision for weeks and being very uncommunicative which meant we needed to get sorted in a very short timeframe

1st Stop not only provided a really personal and understanding service but really pushed to progress things very fast despite the fact that we weren't exactly the most straight forwards of cases. Tiffiny was clearly very experienced and was able to respond (correctly ) to pretty much every question we threw at her immediately. The couple of things she had to check she came back to us very quickly with responses

I found 1st Stop Home loans to be very good and efficient. My loan was processing was very quick and with no complications. They understood my needs and also found that you work very well with Fluent money making the whole process smooth. I felt I was given the run around to fetch wageslips and bank statements when in the end of didn't need to, but that wasted 3 weeks when I needed to get the work done ASAP. Then the application was approved and nobody communicated this you me or sent any paperwork.

Very fast service
Applied on Sunday, approved and paid out on Monday.
Had call with underwriter on Monday at 9am (30 mins)
Payout team at lunchtime (10 minutes)
No further calls required as manager approval confirmed mid afternoon. Received a text confirming payout being arranged and funds in my account by 5pm Monday evening.
APR is higher than other high street lenders but took a more human approach to underwriting which I was looking for. Thank you!
