I ordered several products two weeks ago and they have not shipped it yet. I spoke with someone on their live chat option. All they said was "how can I help you?" Then when I said I wanted an update on my order, they kept viewing my message but would not answer me. Awful customer service and I will be contacting my bank in the morning for a refund since they don't give them.

I had ordered two tees and was so excited for them to arrive. When the status update told me that they had been delivered I was super disappointed to find that they were either delivered to the wrong apartment or were stolen from my porch. Neither situation would have been the fault of 21threads. However, when 21threads emailed you see how I liked my purchase I told them what happened and they shipped me a replacement order!!!!! Amazing customer service!!!!

I first saw the ad on Facebook, it was of quarantine tee's. I was skeptical, but I decided to place an order anyways. When my order arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find the quality of the shirts was amazing. Very soft, and true size. Very happy with my purchases the lettering was fantastic not cheap at all. I was so pleased that I just placed my second order. Awesome discount too. Bogo 1 free . Thank you 21threads!

Love the shirts!! Third order for me. Love the sizing but this time I thought I would try something a little less "relaxed". Have had absolutely no trouble placing orders, using discount codes, or receiving orders in a timely fashion. Cannot say enough positive stuff about 21Threads & tell my friends about you. Thank you!!

Kind of wish my first visit wasn't rushed due to the "spin to win" discount. I already have a couple of anxiety disorders that everyday life screws with enough. A first time shopping experience should not be fueled by panic lol I was rushing too much so I'm sure I could have picked a better shirt and probably picked a wrong size. As it was unisex, I'm not entirely sure what size in mens I wear. I did just look at a "Funny Tee" site and they had babydoll tees for women's t-shirts. Stupid.

I wanted to create care packages for my essential employees working every day to keep our apartment communities open and our residents healthy and well. Brandon was SO awesome and shipped them quickly to me and I was able to put some very needed smiles on my teams faces!! Product was exactly like stated on the website and I would order again and again!!

Very Soft comfy material. After washing the neck shrank quite a bit & is snug, which I find uncomfortable. I ordered a large. Fits well thru chest (I'm larger chested) but waist is rather lose. I know it's a unisex fit. A medium would have been to tight up top though. Regardless, comfortable material, quality appears good, and shows my humor.

I got a 20% discount off the spinning wheel which was great and as I was buying, the little marker at the top kept showing me how much I needed to spend to get free shipping. When I finish added another shirt to reach it, it said I got free shipping, but I guess with the 20% off discount, it got removed because when I went to check out I had to pay for shipping. So that was disappointing. Still looking forward to my order, but that left a feeling of.. eh

Told me the shipping method was "now invalid" even though I chose the offered method. Gave it a third try and it worked. Also (and I don't market my products/services through FB), is there a way to automatically include discounts through the avenues used? Clicked via FB, but had to go back for the BOGO discount. I do realize both are small issues as a consumer.

Your website is actually kind of clunky to use. It would be great if the search results were more refined. I was also surprised by the pop up face mask ad that kept popping up using the f-word on them. I'm not a prude, but was kind of like, seriously? That's what you're suggesting as an additional purchase? Kind of turned me off. But I'm looking forward to getting my shirts and appreciated the BOGO deal.

Very disappointing! I ordered the "Yep, I'm Essential" t-shirt as a surprise for my daughter who is a Social Worker assisting homeless families in NYC. The tracking noted that it had been delivered to her address, but she has not received it. Please help me in getting it to her. She walks two miles to work each day to avoid the overcrowded subways, and an Uber ride for $80. Receiving your shirt would help lift her spirits. Thank you!

As I shopped I kept getting messages, "you're $56 away from getting free shipping!" I actually wanted a few items so I reached $100, and guess what? Free shipping. How nice. Then I get offered a 20% coupon code to apply at checkout which of course anyone would be happy about...oops, now I do t qualify for free shopping anymore. Come on folks. What's with the games?

Came in looking great, I loved how they added a unique letter font to match what it was supposed to say! I just wished there was an email showing what it would look like before shipping out so we would have known before opening. Worth the BOGO I paid, will be watching for more BOGO's to get more done. Shipping took longer than I would like but with everything going on lately it was due to be expected with shelter in place orders in my state. Thank you!"
