The first impression of this company was how they charged me $205 instead of $99. They designed it in a way where people would think that they are marking the box to agree to the original $99. I asked for a refund but they never followed through. The worst part about this company is that you cannot speak to anyone at any time. The many problems I had with the company were never resolved because they either don't respond or it would take days. Isn't it a scam?

I had a great experience with this company. They got me out of a red light camera ticket without much work on my part. I was extremely happy with their $189 flat fee as I tried contacting a couple other places and could never get a straight answer as to how much it would cost...anyway I had a really good experience with company.

I had a horrible experience with 2FixYourTrafficTicket. Don't expect to speak with a live person. I reached out several times after paying the fee to confirm they received everything. No one responded then I received a delinquency notice from the courts. This business is a sham!

I asked for a refund but they never followed through. The worst part about this company is that you cannot speak to anyone at any time. I sent their auto-generated letter in with my check and a not guilty plea. After 5 months, I contacted 2FixYourTrafficTicket multiple times explaining that my case was closed with a guilty result. I requested their help. They stated that I needed to send them the decision letter which is not available online or by phone. They have yet to honor their guarantee and issue me a refund. Bait and switch SCAM.

I tried to figure out how to protest my ticket, but ultimately decided to try this company. I am pleased to say that as a result of their efforts I have been found not guilty of speeding and my ticket has been erased from my record. Their success is due to the fact that they use actual legal wording and site vehicle codes in their document. I wouldn't have been able to do that.

I have to say I'm very pleased with the outcome. My daughter had 2 tickets and a warrant which had me stressed out. I searched traffic ticket lawyers online and called them up. Gave them our details and everything was handled in a timely manner. Now my daughter's all cases were solved and dismissed. False statement and there is no customer representative when call the number. DO NOT USE THEIR LAME SERVICE. I was found guilty for cellphone user. It was for $49, but I upgraded it to $99 plus the transaction fees $3. Total $102. The reason I upgraded is just want to see how professional they are in writing, but they are not. At the end, they only refunded me $49. So what is the money back guarantee. I will file a complaint through my bank because of this false statement.

2fixyourticket.com is a total waste of money - do not use their so called service! They charged me $252.72 not the $99 they advertise. The TBD paperwork is just a cut and paste general script that wasn't even relevant to my ticket. I got a running a red light ticket yet their TBD talked about how I stopped before the intersection line. If I send that in I would lose for sure. It even comes with a map of a general nameless intersection to add to its ridiculousness. They have not responded at all to me. Since they charged my card a 150+ dollars more than they should have I am definitely making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, Dept. of Consumet Affairs and thinking about calling the Los Angeles Shariff's department. Stay away, they are horrible!

I got a hefty speeding ticket and was referred to 2fixyourtrafficticket.com. They took every concern off my shoulder, went to court on my behalf etc. In the end, no points on my license and no money owed on the ticket. They knows what they're doing. I'm super pleased with the outcome!

I used this site for a red light camera ticket. Their price was $100 but for $200 y ok u get special service. After getting a $500 ticket I paid them the $200. They stated that if I lose I would get $100 back. Guess what? I lost and after repeated emails they never responded. Total rip off.

Their service to dismiss your tickets is not working, scam, using bait and switch guaranteed to refund $99 if your ticket didn't get dismissed. Well by the time you get the decision back it's too late pass 30 days, but there website stated in red: UNLIKE OUR COMPETITORS 1- WE DO NOT REQUIRE FOR YOU TO APPEAR IN A TRIAL DE NOVO (COURT TRIAL) TO GET OUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. 2- EVEN IF THE TICKET IS REDUCED BUT NOT DISMISSED WE STILL HONOR OUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE This is what they have responded on emails: I am sorry to hear that you did not prevail regarding your citation. However, in order to obtain a refund, we require that you provide us with your entire Notice of Decision that you received from the court (this is the court form TR-215) within "THIRTY (30) DAYS" of the date of the PROOF OF SERVICE of service. However, your notice has gone past the thirty day period and we are therefore unable to provide a refund. Scam do not get this service.

I won my case thanks to 2fixyourttafficticket. They made it very simple for me to use their service overall I would give them 10 stars here if I could. I dread dealing with the court and for this ticket I did not even have to go to court. They prepared everything for me all I did was to mail it in to the court. Then I got the result by mail. I would use them again if I get another traffic ticket.

My sister recently moved from India to Las Vegas. On one of her commutes, she was speeding, but nowhere near the 102 MPH that the CHP's radar said she was going. I just received email from the office of 2fixyourtrafficticket.com saying my case for a traffic ticket had been dismissed. What a relief to know I don't have to pay the big fine or go to traffic school. This is the probably the fourth time that me and my wife used their service and all four of the time were a successful dismissal. Very grateful with the professional service. They explained all the risk involved and all possible outcome. Highly recommend using their services again.

I have an email stating they would refund my money because I lost my case. I have had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They still have not refunded the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON.

Beware. This is a nice little racket, at least for those that received a red light ticket in Culver city. They will take your $99, you'll lose your case and you will not get your $99 back from them. Every communication is via email. No one to talk to on the phone (huge red flag). And the 100% money back thing is a lie as your email gets ignored when you mention a refund

not only did 2fixyourticket not win my easy case, they have been totally non responsive in refunding my investment with them as advertised if they lose. I have complied with the requirement to provide the ruling by the Traffic court in the prescribed time, but have heard nothing from them, certainly not a refund. I will be contacting the BBB next. I used a different service a few years ago, with much better results.
