I ordered ammo from them during the time California lifted the ban for online ammo sales. They shipped after the ban went back on, needless to say I never got my ammo, it was probably confiscated which will get us both in trouble. After realizing they charged my card $224.03 I contacted them and they won't do anything about it. They gave me a store credit. WOW, I'm in California what the heck am I supposed to buy from them. They don't really care, I asked them to send me a check and they said they can't send a check. I guess I will have to keep writing bad reviews on all the websites till I get my money back. When the ban is lifted again I will not be buying from them. The place I used to order my ammo from managed to get some shotgun shells through before cancelling my $2,300+ order when the ban was put back into place. The only reason I went to this website is that they had the caliber I was looking for. I just want my money back, they messed up and should have never sent them out and they never sent a shipping notice so I figured it was cancelled. They are holding my money hostage.

I hate to admit it but I've been ordering electronic parts for almost 60 years - starting with ordering from the encyclopedic 'Allied Radio' catalog in the 1950's. I was heartbroken when they were bought out by the Rat Shack (Radio Shack) So then I found DigiKey - an online store with incredible inventory and excellent service. Our company develops and manufactures short runs (prototype quantities) of custom electronic devices for our clients - making 100 of something is rare for us, usually it's 10 or 25 pieces.- and Digikey seems happy enough with our small orders. No minimum order (although the postage or UPS is sometimes more than the parts we order) and their website ha an excellent search facility and selection matrix for parts that makes finding and ordering easy. You also get real-time information on pricing and stock status for the parts you order. They even let you assign your own part numbers to the parts that you order and then they arrive with our part numbers on the labels. Pretty cool! Their prices are quantity based and in hundreds or thousands of pieces it looks like you get the same deal as the big boys - In dozens (maybe hundreds, I've lost count) of orders we've placed with Digikey only once or twice have they shipped the wrong part - and a phone call or email gets it sorted out very quickly.

I was overcharged for shipping (in my opinion), the item was not the correct item, and the customer service rep, Mr Bryan Ostler, ignored my phone call and e-mail to inquire about a return. ABC Office also goes by Office Zone which was where I placed my order. Save time, save hassles, buy from some other reputable dealer.

I ordered some carbide inserts on their website and paid with Paypal. Shipping will be charged separately, I happen to live in Europe and is not automatically added when paying with Paypal. Instead of receiving an email with shipping costs they refunded the money. I ordered the item again, now logging in with username & password which I thought was the problem and received an order confirmation. That was the last I heard. Logged in a few days later and under my account the following text "FREE SHIPPING IN USA you did not pay for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING you did the same thing yesterday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!". Money was refunded again, but never showed up in my Paypal account. Sent an email but is not answered yet. So far I am not impressed with Industry Recycles.

We had ordered about 5 years ago, so when we reordered expected to pay about $42 for four boxes (each box now contains 120 checks). On the phone, they did not give us the total amount so I was shocked to see my credit card charged $95.42. No invoice was included in the order. After several calls with rude salespeople, I finally got through to a nice lady who emailed me a copy of the invoice. It took several days because the email comes from a 3rd party. Anyway, the invoice showed many add-ons that were not wanted nor explained at the time of the order. Besides the cost of the checks (45.92), there was $5 for check register, $3.93 for special processing?, $9.80 for fraud protection, $8 for Identity registration, $13.80 for handling, $8.98 for shipping. Total of $95.42. This is the last time we will order from this company!

I used this company years ago and had no problems, in the past when ordering a box of checks I received a box of checks (like 8 books of checks) and this time I paid $50 for 2 boxes of checks, thinking I would be receiving 16 books of checks or so, I received 4 books total, 2 books per box. what!!!! that is ridiculous!!! Do not order from them.

I was skeptical of ordering tracks online at first. However, bobcat dealer wanted about double for their tracks. Overall, I've had a really great experience with Ootdshoes. Everything that I've ordered has come and is of good quality. Soft and supportive. Wore them right out of the box and absolutely no rubbing anywhere. So comfortable and soft. The support is great. I wear a size 9 and they fit as expected. They can be dressed up or down. Very very disappointing. Not worth it. Ordered and app showed food was being processed and would be delivered in 40 minutes. After 39 minutes wait Jumia calls to say the food I ordered was not available. Really? After 39 minutes? Shame on you. Best to order directly. Its cheaper and faster. Delivery is also free for most outlets. Done with you. The worst part is despite making my disappointment known to the caller and on chat there has been no apology or follow up. Made an order through these to a certain restaurant they phoned me to confirm restaurant had received my order but under a new name and I would have to place order again in which I did took over two hours for delivery to receive food that was not cooked right and freezen cold order went into bin contact these assured me it would be resolved and restaurant would be in contact with me as soon as possible to resolve matter which I had no contact myself and family are lucky we were not food poisoned and this goes unresolved very poor management

Nutmeg wrongly allocated my £5000 ISA contribution to a general investment account. I've already complained but have very low expectations after an helpful conversation with their support team citing very long response times for complaints. It seems very likely that at the very least this will get to the Financial Ombudsman. It's extremely poor customer care and unprofessional to come up with any sort of excuse instead of correctly allocating my £5,000 ISA contribution.

A few days later I noticed an additional charge on my credit card from the company for approximately $12. I contacted them, asking what the charge was for, and asked them to let me know within 48 hours. Customer service was EXTREMELY RUDE! The charge was evidently for extra shipping charges, which they assigned after the order was shipped. Not a big deal for the charges, but Elisa in customer service sent such rude emails that I would NEVER order from them again.

I ordered from them 8/22 for over $166 and $25 in shipping. We had a dispute from a previous order which we're still in negotiations about and I received an email today saying they are refunding the $166 but NOT the $25 in shipping for something that NEVER left their business. They are in effect STEALING from me!

I purchased Ray Ban sunglasses from this store (it was around 1/3x cheaper than everywhere else) it arrived in about 5 days well packed and shipping was free etc etc. I used it for about a week and didn't really like it so I just put it back in the box and sent it back to them (I payed return shipping of course) didn't have to tell them why or that I was shipping it and I got credited the whole amount back to me. I guess the moral of the story is buy glasses online only if you already tried them on and like them and EJ's is a good store with reasonable prices.

In addition to me earlier review, this is an update as of 2/23. ------------------------------------------------------------------ After searching through out and finding that the sunglasses we wanted for our kids are back ordered at every place, my wife ordered them again through EJ's as their web-site showed them in stock. This time, instead of using the credit card, we chose to use the Paypal to abbreviate merchant's fear of online fraud. Order went through, received system generated order accepted email immediately. Next day, we received "order approved" and subsequently order fulfilled email by the end of the day. But this time the tracking number for the shipment was missing from the last email. Ignoring that as perhaps user entry error, we decided to wait. Nothing showed up for 4 days and then we called EJ's, dreading that we might be going to speak to the same manager. Thankfully, it was a different person who identified himself as the owner of the store. We told him the issue and he promised to get back to us in a day time. And he did, and told us that they didn't have the items in stock (hmmm..) but ordered directly from the manufacturer with a drop ship request. At the end of the call, he also mentioned about the review and told us that he will definitely work to improve the customer service experience. We received the glasses two days after that call directly form mfgr, who shipped them Fedex ground. Well, as long as the merchant is recognizing and making an effort to address customer concerns, in my opinion, they are good merchants. Therefore, I decided to bump the stars (from 1 to 4) on this review. ---------- Earlier Review ---------------- Horrible-horrible experience!!! I broke the frame of one of my favorite sunglasses and after a search, I could find just the frame at EJ's. I placed the order, and received the confirmation e-mail. Right after the order I realized that I wanted to order pair of sunglasses for my kids too. To save on shipping, I decided to club the order with my previous order. It was already past 5 pm central time, no one available on the phone, so I tried to go into my order page to change it -- couldn't do it as there was no such option. I decided to send an e-mail to change or cancel the existing order thinking that they would at least be able to modify it before they ship. The next e-mail I got was that my order was shipped and my CC was charged for full amount including shipping. There was NO e-mail regarding my request or even an acknowledgement that yes we received your email but we can't do it. No apologies or nothing. Fine! So, after receiving the frame I placed another order, this time only for the kids' sunglasses. I got 2 emails - order confirmation and order fulfilled and then, BAM! came the 3rd mail - order cancelled. Reason - credit card declined. Hmm.. it shouldn't have happened, never in the history of my online shopping, my card was ever declined. Even, I had placed the earlier order using the same card. Thinking that things happen, I placed the same order using another card. Got order confirmation email, pending approval. Next email was order cancelled without specifying any reason. In the mean time, I called my credit card company and they told me that none of my card were punched for the payment or the payment was never presented to my bank, so there is no possibility of declining. I called the store (EJ's) to understand the reason and to figure out why my order was cancelled. A woman claiming to be store manager picked the phone and told me that she called my phone number and it went to someone in Georgia (I'm in California). She claimed that it was a red flag for her and she thinks I'm an online fraud. WOW! I tried to reason if I'm fraud why would I call in, and look at my earlier shopping history where he payment went through and in all my orders, both my billing and shipping addresses are same. To which she continued that this is another red flag for her as I'm trying hard to convince her. She continued with her blabber that she is in this business for quite some time, didn't start just this morning and have enough intelligence. Yes, you do have intelligence.... OF A HOG. She never went over the possibility that she might have dialed a wrong number or that I gave two different card numbers on two separate occasions. If one declined, she could have used the second one but the problem is she never presented the cards for payment. With such level of intelligence, she would definitely help the store owner shut down his business sooner. If I had been trying to fraud, I would have ordered the most expensive pair of glasses and not just an order totaling $70. She literally started yelling on the phone interrupting me whenever I tried to say something. This was their idea of customer service, HORRIBLE!!. If they are so scared doing business online, they should just stop it or should not allow any forms of credit card payments.

I purchased checks with a BOGO deal only to receive an email a week later that because I had purchased checks from Bradford in 2009, I was not eligible for that deal. My new charge was more than twice the original. I immediately responded and asked them to cancel my order, but was told that my checks had already shipped and thus couldn’t be canceled. I’m still arguing for a refund.

Way back in September 2021 I agreed the sale of a property, then had an offer accepted on a new property in early December. I then proceeded to instruct Enact for each element, but with the aim always to be to get the sale done and over the line as soon as possible. From documents 'going missing' to asking for the same document/info multiple times, to the chasing. My word the chasing. I lost count of the amount of times I would be promised something, mostly any kind of update on the process, only to then never get a call back or an email. What frustrated me was they seemed to have no sense of urgency with any kind of correspondence. These are people's lives and money they deal with, but yet there seemed to be a complete disregard for this - you just felt like any other number to them and they really weren't fussed if your whole chain collapsed. The horror eventually came to an end in the middle of March when I finally completed on both the sale and purchase - almost 6 months after the initial instruction on the sale. And to be totally honest, I wasn't going to leave any kind of review because I was just glad it was over. However, after having a look at the final bill, they had the absolute cheek to charge me an additional £120 for an 'expedited completion'. What an absolute joke. A phone call later and a refusal of a refund on that fee, left me in the annoyingly avoidable position of needing to share my true experience. On the whole, unfortunately Enact made what should be a very exciting process an extremely painful and stressful one. Instruct at your peril.

Enact had 3 months to process my remortgage. It was a simple case and run-of-the-mill. The sort of case they'd bank on for their day-to-day business. To start with everything was fine; then it got to the point where Enact would need to get my redemption statement from my current provider. They supposedly requested one but my provider could not find any such request. I requested several times for information and updates. Eventually with less than a week to go before the intended completion date, I check again and they finally make a request only for it to be incorrect (I don't know if this was the provider or Enact at fault). It took a couple more tries before they seemed to be able to move forward. All-in 6 days late. In short - if you expect Enact to be pro-active and chase for information - forget it. You'll be the one chasing. The staff seem de-motivated and that only reeks of bad management. They're more like a call-centre than a conveyancing firm. tl;dr - avoid if you can. If Halifax read this - how about switching to a different conveyancing company.

Selco’s delivery service is absolutely abysmal! So appalling, if I could give negative stars, I would! I highly discourage ordering anything for delivery from Selco! You will be disappointed and out of pocket several days for paid labour for absolutely nothing! What a waste of time, for myself and my tradesmen. All for waiting and chasing your delivery! This is the third and final time they have royally screwed up my order. 3 separate occasions, I’ve requested delivery of doors/ fencing materials. And each time the order failed to deliver the day they agreed to, absolutely 0 time frame provided, only partial deliveries of the order made without being informed at all when they would arrive, leaving things open to theft when dumped at the front of the property, no notification or communication for whenever things weren’t able to be delivered (due to being out of stock, busy drivers, whatever excuse) and I was often left having to spend my chasing them for updates, with difficulty getting through at all for several days for the missing parts of my order!? Do NOT shop at Selco. It’s worth paying more elsewhere, e.g. Travis Perkins who will respect their customer and actually fulfill the service and delivery time they say they will do!!

If you need your £250 deposit back in a hurry DO NOT use this Company - I and two other people I recommended went away in November and we are still waiting. If you need a Company who will communicate with you DO NOT use this Company - I and my two other friends who hired a motorhome each have had no luck getting a result by talking to this Company on their web chat, via email or through many many unanswered calls. If they need to hang on to £750 this badly you have to fear for their cash flow and therefore their business model. From a reasonable experience initially this situation has deteriorated to an unacceptable level - I even emailed last week to state my unhappiness would be relayed via social media and my email remains unanswered. I have since sent two more e-mails without reply

This was by far the worst experience i have had with a football ticket provider. I paid $2700 euros for Liverpool tickets and travelled from Canada last week as a present for my husband’s 50th birthday — and did not get the tickets which was devastating for him. A huge Liverpool fan. It is impossible to get anyone at Ticketgum to respond to emails - I realize now that all of the emails from them were automatic ‘no reply’ BOT responses leaving me thinking they are not legitimate. Predators I’m from the US. I was going to visit my daughter in the UK and I purchased tickets for the Man City vs Liverpool game on April 4. When it became apparent that I wouldn’t even be able to fly to England because of the pandemic, I contacted Ticket Gum and asked to have my ticket refunded. Unfortunately that was not an option. The game wasn’t canceled was the answer. They did offer me 30% of the ticket price. They also asked in the email they sent, that I must refrain from going on social media for their generous offer. This company is predatory and to be avoided at all cost. I will most definitely do my best to discredit them on social media whenever possible

On first impressions of the company it sounds great. Your told your going to be on minimum wage which doesn’t seem so bad, as your going to gain lots of great commission in store by selling products, mystery shops and audits. Unfortunately this is not the case. During my time working here they just made all of these bonuses harder and harder to get, and the stores flow of customers will never get you commission so that you are on a liveable wage. For example my monthly bonuses was about £10 a month. The members of staff in store are fantastic, however the same cannot be said about the management of the company. Area managers don’t have time for you, and staff higher up. The company is ran by someone who does not care for his staff, he is just interested in making money. If you compare prices to pets corner to the ones in pets at home you’ll find a lot of product selling for twice the price in pets corner. They say this is to cover the training costs, however the training just runs down companies like pets at home, and they only focus on Great and small products, that is part of the pets family company. Also whilst I’m on the subject of the company owner he is also very unprofessional, so much that during Brexit he sent an email around to all the stores saying how bad it would be if we chose to remain Please do the right thing and do not work here, your employment will be miserable, and you will be expected to cover many stores, even ones that are a drive away, due to the staff turnover being so high. They will cover you petrol costs, however they won’t take into consideration the time it takes to travel and the petrol payout won’t cover the costs.

I received an email saying I need to call your processing team to clarify some details before they complete my order , i read a few reviews yesterday and when this happens the call can cost a small fortune not only that why can't you ring me on the number I submitted on my account like any other company does. Had my account taken over by them in July 2018. received one bill for advanced charges which was paid promptly. An invoice with an incorrect reading was never sent in March 19 and that reading was used as the basis for an estimated reading for the March 20 bill. This resulted in an voice for approximately 3 times what it should be. castle water are intransigent on the 'phone, take 10 days (if you are lucky) to respond to emails but are quick to tell you what they can't do and seem unable to tell you what they can. I have now reported them to Ofwat. Avoid this company at all costs, quite possibly the most incompetent and unhelpful business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

They are the Pitts! all the comments are exactly the same as I experienced, I managed to rid myself of them in 2017 and went with everflow water no problem and a quarter of the price and have no problem with them. I have just had a bill from Castle water July 2020 for £3.97 + interest of 4pence, when I moved from them I had over paid £19.86 for the same period in 2017 wrote to them and no reply just another bill. I have a collection of email's automated responses and no email reply's over the unfortunate time I was with them. Avoid them!!

Road USA cases Bought 2 different cases from here. Both pedal cases. First was the close out version. RCPEDAL-HDUTY-32. I was very happy with that model. Second was a different one and was much cheaper. RCPEDAL-ROAD-STD. The plywood appears to be water damaged. I can see the grain swelled underneath the laminate. The angle iron edges seem very thin. The rivets actually bend the metal. When removing the cover there’s a lot of twisting and floppiness so it doesn’t appear to be structurally well made. The interior is sloppy in appearance. You have to wonder about a company that is closing out a good model for a lesser one.

Ladders arrived with split rung. After 21 days of chasing the company they finally uplifted the faulty ladders on 15-08-19 (still waiting on a refund) and Brian Gillen from ladders direct uk accientally forwarded me an email between him and Lisa of Titan ladders where they buy them from calling me a d**k. I dont think it's unreasonable to complain about being sent dangerous ladders and waiting almost a month for replacement or refund when you are buying a brand new set of ladders for business use.

I ordered 3ft. of rope lights.When they arrived I discovered that they do not fit my project.I called your company for return information and was told that they were not returnable because they were custom made.Problem?For starters,your web site DID NOT mention that the lights had to be custom made and,as such, were not returnable!I found this out when I called your company for return instructions.I should have been advised by your company of this information BEFORE your company went ahead and custom made the light string,OR the information should have been,OR should be on your web site.I still believe that I should be able to return the lights for a refund,minus your restocking fee based on the these facts.As it stands,it is an unfair business practice.I should have had the return information BEFORE I made the decision to buy.Further,I never authorized the light string to be custom made.No one called,or wrote me advising of this.Someone else in your company made that decision for me and it is WRONG from start to finish!---David L.Biskner,A.A.S.

An order I made in the summer - when it wasn't even the Christmas period - was hugely delayed, with no apology or refund. And now it's Christmas time they clearly cannot cope with the volume of orders being placed. However rather than letting me know earlier that the order I placed on 8th December wasn't going to make it for Christmas, they have emailed me today!
