Purchased an LG oled65cxpua. When I ordered it I selected standard shipping. I get a call telling me it’s on back order and was offered a different model. I said no. I want what I ordered LG oled65cxpua I was told there would be a delay. Their web site today shows Estimated Delivery Friday, 17 June and that they have 14 left. BIG LIE. Then the guy offers me WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING. He tells me they will bring it in to the room of my choice and set it up. I said okay. The day of delivery comes guess what wrong TV is being delivered. I told them I refuse it as that is not the model I ordered. I email Game Liquidations. No apology. I am told they made a mistake and that I have to wait for the correct one. I wait. Day of delivery comes. Two guys bring tv in open the beat up box. It is the correct model. All of the styrofoam have model numbers for differentbTV’s. No film on the front of the TV. The stand should come with 7 screws all of the same length. I get 4 long screws 2 short screws. The TV remote is all scuffed. This is no way in hell a new TV I paid $1600 for. I immediately emailed them. They tell me the TV was shipped from the manufacturer and that they said it was new. The TV box has an Amazon label that says I must register the TV under Amazon.com. What? I thought the manufactures was LG. I was asked if I wanted a discount. Are you kidding me? Why would I want a discount and keep a used or refurbished TV. Lucky for me I paid with PayPal and got a full refund from PayPal. BUYERS BE WARE. THIS GAMES LIQUIDATIONS IS A RIP OFF AND A JOKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Game liquidations is a first rate fantastic company with superior customer service and better prices than most. Please make game liquidations your only choice for TVs and other electronics. You will save money and be very pleased about above average customer service fantastic communication and response time even on the week ends if you need a tv there really is no other choice game liquidations is really the first last and only way to go. You owe it to yourself to have the best and you will have the best with game liquidations. But it does not stop at superior greatness they are also less expensive than everyone else I almost feel guilty I should have paid more for this level of service. Chose game liquidations and I personally guarantee you will be happy there really is no better customer service they really care about people and are passionate about there product and service. I am so happy thank you Game Liquidations.

I ordered from ProofPronto because they offered free 2 day shipping. I placed my order on a Friday a.m and was told it would arrive by Tuesday. It is now Friday and it still has not come. The USPS tracking number still show it in the Pre-Shipment, electronic info received stage, which makes me believe it has not even been sent out yet. I emailed customer service, and they state that you will receive a prompt reply, within 2 business days. Not my definition of prompt. When calling the 800#, the only option that ever picks up is if you want to place an order. The customer service/technical support option tells you to submit a technical support request online, again expect 2 business days for a reply, and then disconnects, with no customer service available, period. The sales line is simply a call center, and can be of no assistance in anything other than running your credit card. At this point, I don't know that I will ever see the product that I paid for. Definitely going to contact the BBB. My advice, go somewhere else. Good customer service is worth a few extra bucks.

I cannot think of enough good words to describe our experience with Mccambridge Duffy. They were professional as well as friendly from start to finish.I would like to make a special mention to Darren Curran who answered every phone call and every email no matter how big or small the query. All of the staff I spoke to were polite and friendly and helpful and I would give them 100% for anyone going down this road .

Back in late 2019 we found an incredible deal on Travelzoo, which then linked to the Azores Getaways website. $600 per person for flights + 6 nights hotel stay in the Azores. Amazing, right?! We thought so too, so we booked. We were supposed to leave in March 2020 – so you know what happened. The trip was cancelled and we were provided a credit, to be redeemed by Dec 31, 2021. Seems fair, right? We didn’t question this. Didn’t ask for our money back. The world was in chaos and we felt like our vacation was small potatoes in the grand scheme of things at the time. Unfortunately though, we didn’t think to ask if our original purchase price would be honored. We rode out the lockdowns, and when it seemed like the world was finally getting back to sort-of-normal, I started looking for dates to rebook. Except…..somehow everything was almost twice the price now. I spent months checking the Azores Getaways website, trying to find a similar deal with no luck. With time running out on our credit, we broke down and booked a new trip, for an additional almost $600 each. We tried not to sweat it. Tried to look on the bright side – this time we’d be going to 2 islands instead of 1, and we got rental cars on each island as well. It took a little of the sting out. A little…. Our new departure date was for April 22 2022, and after not having so much as a single head cold in over 2 years and avoiding as many people and public places we could for the month of April…..we came down with covid the week before we were supposed to leave. Azores Getaways told me they could help us to rebook our trip if I could provide them with a confirmed positive PCR test. No problem. I had a test done and sent them the results. We didn’t bother getting my hubby a PCR test, as they didn’t mention anything about rebooking fees, even after I asked multiple times. They instead waited until AFTER our scheduled departure date (the date we had to have taken a PCR test by) to tell me that only my rebooking fee would be waived, and that my hubs would have to pay $430. This, combined with price changes on “Ground Services” totals almost an additional $600. I pointed out to them that we have already paid twice what our original trip was booked for, and asked if there was any way they could waive these fees. They waived a measly $58 they wanted to charge for my ticket, even with a PCR test, but aren’t budging on my husbands. They won’t refund us or provide us a credit to use at a later date either, so we’re stuck either paying another $600 or forfeiting the money we’ve already given them. When all is said and done, this trip will have cost us 2.5 times the original price we booked at. Having done some research, reading reviews, it seems our case isn’t unique. In one instance I saw that they replied to a customer complaint TWO YEARS after it was initially posted. Avoid booking with them at all costs!

We had a trip booked from Toronto to Terceira the first of May 2020. The company contacted us this week and offered a full travel credit good until December 2021 for any trips that they offer. We did not have travel insurance. Hope this helps others in the same situation as I have only seen bad reviews in relation to Covid 19.
