This company is now blocking my comments so others won't see the truth, tell you a LOT about their true motives. So I called these jerk offs to be taken off their mailing list, called several times to get a hold of a manager or supervisor and finally when I got a hold of one after so many calls, told him I am a victim of identity fraud and to remove me from ALL of their data base indefinitely, he said sorry and that he will and said thank you and hung up. Hmmmm with out asking for my name and address? what a RETARD, so I have been calling them several times a day asking for a manager or supervisor. They are VERY RUDE and arrogant and little do they know that I will teach them a lesson as to stop harassing me. I never singed up or knew about their garbage till they sent me a letter with personal info on it which put me at risk. Think twice before EVER using these scammers

I’m constantly on the go with all my extra curricular activities like tumbling and acting and Zeek bars are the perfect snack! They fill me up and keep me energized so that I can keep up with my busy schedule. I will continue to buy Zeek bars as my schedule just becomes busier and busier. I would absolutely recommend Zeek bars to anybody. They taste so yummy, unlike some other bars, and they are the perfect size! Definitely the best protein bar I have ever had :)

Love this website company. So responsive and easy to work with. They provide videos on how to make changes to your website and will work with you to help make the changes, if necessary. The website itself is so interactive, you can make splash pages and community pages so easily. Being a real estate agent with a great website makes the process of people using your website to find homes so much easier. Once they find homes they love, they call you to go see them. None of the other appraisers in town could do it, but these folks were willing to get the job done immediately (for a reasonable fee). I have contacted the assessor [name removed] 4 times over the past 2 months. Still haven't heard back from them i have just contacted them again about the same issue and contacted admin. I have submitted 2 out of 3 segments to be assessed over 2 months ago and nothing i cant submit the 3rd segment because of a error on there page and no 1 has fix this or gotten back to me about what to do. So im stuck and cant finish this course something that i need to get done so i can get a job. I wouldn't recommend this place. I should have just go into another place and done the course in person.

This super funds has metlife as an underwriter and they don't even negotiate insurance cover with the underwriter they just hand over your personal information so YOU have to do this work directly with a third party and this is supposed to be ok, even when you have said your information was not for any third party. After having insurance for for years with no employee contributions just growth they decided to cut of my insurance a week before my employer was due to pay my contributions and now I have to jump through hoops and loops to have this reinstated... They do not tell you anything about investment options, they charge for this advice and the only think I see them do is issue statements once a year and your admin charges are way up there. Looking for a new super fund now.

I have been in REI super for just short of 21 years.The returns on each sector that I have been invested in, have far exceeded the returns my wife receives in a comparitave major industry fund (we have both invested invested in the same sectors over a long period of time).Even when markets have crashed ,the falls in the REI fund never appear to be as large in percentage terms as the falls in the major indexes.In regards to sevice,on the odd occassion I have asked for something or made a query,they have responded immediately and without fuss.

I was with helbing almost 3 yrs. Paid them 12,222.60. in that time they just paid off one card at1730.00 and was making payments monthly on another. Which why weren't they not just paying it off. I was living on 3 paychecks a month! Couldn't do it anymore! So i cancelled. They only paid out 4,500.33 for debt and Around 2300.00 or so of that was lawyers fees from that 4,500.33. I told them I wanted to break down of all my money! They only gave me the breakdown for $5, 875.52. I canceled and they only gave me back $1,375.19. and refuse to give me a breakdown or show me what they did with $6, 347.08. I still have most of the debt after almost 3 years. It was all supposed to be paid off by October. But then they said they had to go another year of payments. I told them no I'm a single mom paying for everything! They took advantage of me They ripped me off royally! And they need to be sued by a lot of people!! I am definitely needing to do that myself. Cuz they have no right to take advantage of people like that! And I want the rest of my money back. They literally said they were bank fees and stuff like that and that's all I heard about it.

I signed up with helbing law group 7/2018 and have paid them over $27,000 for them to settle $34,000 debts and four years later they are still asking for more money. I also received three 1099C's totalling over $8000.00 that I had to pay income taxes on. I can only say if you find you are to far in debt try to work with your creditors you will save alot of money and head aches

My real estate experience started when I purchased a condo in Hoboken, New Jersey, in the early 2000s. I lived there for a while, and then converted it into a rental. Over the years, I was able to weather both the financial crisis and Hurricane Sandy while keeping my rental and generating monthly cash flow. Now that the local housing market is up in Hoboken, I made the decision that it was time to exit the market, as it’s been extremely unfriendly with rent control laws and taxes. Not to mention, tying up half a million in 1 tiny box is a significant chunk of my net worth. The Next Steps Once I decided that I would sell my condo, I had to consider multiple factors: Where to invest? I considered a few local New York/New Jersey spots to invest in, but they were too expensive and came with high taxes and home prices. How do I invest passively? After self-managing for years and dealing with 2AM phone calls, terrible contractors and the rest of it, I wanted to make enough free cash flow to hire a property manager. This way I could truly be an investor, not a landlord. This was so important to me that I even strongly considered REITs as an alternative! What is the most advantageous way for me purchase real estate? When I started to calculate the tax bill, I realized that a 1031 exchange was my best option. 1031 Exchange A 1031 exchange was the best option for me as I had been depreciating the place as a rental for the past few years, which provided a lovely tax shield. The challenge was that if I sell the property, I would have to pay income tax recapture on top of the capital gains tax - OUCH! How HomeUnion Helped Luis from HomeUnion reached out to me around this time, and he informed me that HomeUnion could meet the fairly short timelines required to complete a 1031 exchange transaction. Even better, HomeUnion could help me split proceeds into multiple cash flow-positive homes and secure GSE mortgages to boot. To be honest, it sounded too good to be true. How do I know these are legit? Do I really want to buy homes I've never seen? I ended up visiting two locations, Chicago and Tampa, to meet HomeUnion’s local region managers and check out a few properties, which included the ones I was bidding on. Both local region managers struck me as knowledgeable, experienced and skilled at what they do. These meetings got me comfortable with HomeUnion as a company and as a partner. Fast forward a few weeks, and we've just completed the 1031 exchange transaction! I was able to split my Hoboken condo into 6 single-family houses (technically 5 as we added additional funds to purchase the last home) in 5 states using a 1031 exchange. By diversifying into multiple markets, I feel much safer for the following reasons: I'm not as worried about a big storm wiping me out, as I now have additional cash flow-generating properties. This means I'm well covered, even if I have an issue with one of them. I don't need to stress about keeping the places 100% occupied, as the cash flow is sufficient to allow for some vacancy. Best of all, the cash flow is expected to be enough to cover HomeUnion’s management fees, which reduces my hassle, and I can truly invest passively. HomeUnion’s Pricing Some may view their pricing as a premium product - I would agree it is not the cheapest route. I've always been a ‘do-it-yourself’ kind of person like many TrustPilot members, but after my experience, I would say HomeUnion delivered a lot of value and has been worth every penny spent. I believe they provided me with a service that went above what I could have handled alone (unless I quit my day job which I enjoy and wish to keep). I feel that I am in a much stronger position, and have advanced my real estate portfolio multiple years ahead by making this move. Current Status Three properties are now in rehab with HomeUnion, where they are handling the whole process of repairs/maintenance and working with contractors. I will keep you posted as they progress, but so far they are on track to exceed expectations. The other three properties have been tenanted and the early outset for HomeUnion’s management team looks good. _________________ Disclosure: I volunteered to write this because I saw some good posts here, but nothing on this specific topic and not many detailed accounts of HomeUnion from the community. When I mentioned this to HomeUnion, they offered me a free month of asset management as a thank you, but this has not affected my post and I've tried to be as unbiased as is humanly possible. In addition, we are at a stage where we have just completed the transaction: 3 properties are tenanted and 3 need some minor rehab and need to be filled. The early outset for management and rehabbing looks good but I can't vouch for that yet. I will create an update in a few months with my findings.

I first started looking into HomeUnion in 2016, before I had any real estate experience. I logged in to their site and started browsing properties, at which point I found one that I liked and starred it. The same day, one of their representatives called me to discuss my options. They made it very easy to understand what the process would be like to acquire the asset. Following that, they made it easy to manage the property, giving me a lot of documentation in an easy web dashboard along the way. They've been very accommodating of my requests, and are working with me to get other properties. The returns have been fairly consistent as soon as I got a renter. Overall, this is a really good option to invest in real estate with minimal effort.

Had the best 18th Birthday Party here on Saturday. Venue is great for about 70 people. Have to mention the staff and how amazing they all were especially Peter the Manager who took control of everything and the bar staff who also did an amazing job, couldn’t have asked for a better party. Food we ordered was great and plenty of it with different options for finger food. Even space available for a photo booth.

Well we are here in Kent with three ten year olds and us as grandparents who obviously are not going on anything. We got charged £24 for the privilege to watch them. Total cost of entrance £95 !!! How can families afford trips out like this. Bottled water £1.50 for a small bottle, so bring your own. Small fish and chips nearly £10. Overall not good value for us to bring them again or recommend this place. Far too expensive. No wonder it’s not crowded.

Took my Grand kids on 24/08/19.Parking was poor. Many cars were taking up 2 bays. No Parking attendents around. Entry price was IMHO. Overpriced for toddler's. My youndgest was just over 90cm. Which meant he paid the full adult price! On entering the park. We quickly realized that my youngest Grandson was very limited on what he could do by his self. But we have to pay the Full price for him! Sorry but if he can't do the rides by himself. Then he should not have to pay the Full Price. The service was great so far as with any insurance it is only good or bad when you come to the unfortunate time to make a claim hopefully this will be a five star rating for Emerald life but apart from that my experience with Emerald life was very easy and understanding I have heard over the past years many horror stories of insurance companies travel insurance with people being not able to make a claim are making it so hard for them due to the small print or a get out clause hopefully fingers crossed in the unlikely event of a claim this would not happen with emerald life only then would I recommend a five star rating

I have short hair, but sometimes I do cosplay and needed some wigs and extensions. I bought a really nice wig and extension, all human hair, and the price I paid for them is really well paid, as I got a really good wig, and extensions are really usable so the hairmodeling is just just perfect! I love the result, and friends too. From being Morticia Addams to Sailor Mars, I have the coolest wigs, and most natural ones, that fit me and the cosplay I wear.

My wife and I had a Great Real Estate buying experience with the husband and wife team of Kathryn, and Daryl Smith. They're with Hughs Group Real Estate located in Eagle, Idaho. Kathryn was able help my wife and I secure a beautiful house in Boise, Idaho. It was alot of work being that we were out of state living in Bakersfield,Ca with our house pending to sale. I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Bramlett Residential to find my ideal condo. In anticipation of my move to Austin, I felt nervous that I had zero familiarity with the area. Initially thinking I would buy a condo, I reached out to Eric for assistance. Eric immediately returned my phone call and over the next few weeks spent hours breaking down for my family the need-to-know details about the different areas of Austin. Further, he put me in touch with financial experts who explained my mortgage/ financing options. When I told Eric I was better suited to instead lease a condo during my 2-year stay, he promptly connected me with his colleague Bailey Bowden who, too, was a pleasure to work with. Bailey was extremely flexible to accommodate my busy schedule, and she showed many great properties that I would have never found on my own. Eric is the only realtor we will ever use in the Austin area! The summer of 2015 Eric sold our renovated condo in one week. His team was professional and worked together seamlessly. In our initial consultation we interviewed two other top sellers in the Austin area. Eric beat them out handsdown. One of the competing realtors bragged about quick sells but would not go for top dollar and we felt they made an assembly line of their work and lost personal touch. The other competitor didn't seem to know our neighborhood as well as Eric and our small place didn't seem like it was going to be a priority. Eric and his team were the perfect match, they had pertinent experience and were always accessible. In August of 2016, we found the perfect fixer upper that we had searched a year for. Again, Bailey and Eric were strong in negotiations and helped us get a great deal. Eric was even available months later when an unforeseeable tax issue came up. Trust me, Eric is the strong advocate you need in this Austin market. Bramlett Realty is the gold standard for the way things should be done.

I don't write reviews often, but I felt the need to in this case. I was looking for an apartment for about 6 months, dealing with whatever realtor was showing the apartments I found online, playing phone tag or the realtors not calling me back. It was a giant hassle. When I contacted this company - I was finally dealing with someone that actually wanted to find me my new apartment. These guys listened to my criteria & did not waste my time. They showed me apartments in my price range & the area I desired. We found an apartment & got me approved & moved in within 2 weeks. And even after I moved in, there was a problem, & because they wanted to make sure I was happy, they helped resolve that as well. I would definitely recommend Conquest to anyone looking for a new home as I was very happy with their services.

Mr. McMillan selflessly took time while having a busy day himself to help my attorney friend who was in a big bind with getting a expert witness last minute. Made a huge difference for the client"s case. He didn't know either of them nor benefitted in any way, but simply helped out the best he could. If attorney had missed deadline kn submission of expert it would have been rather problematic. Besides this incident that I directly witnessed I have seen him have an open ear and interest in obtaining justice for vulnerable people and stir them in right direction. He truly cares about justice not chasing clients for his personal gain.

Great site, made ordering my signs very easy. The online ordering system enabled me to give the company all the information I needed on my sign, including a plat map I uploaded. The proofs were sent to my email and I had my orders at my door in only a few days. They do take your credit card information when the order is placed, but I am not comfortable with putting my credit card information on the internet and a representative called me for it. Speaking with the rep gave me the initial confidence in this company. I will most certainly use them again.

This is a completely misleading website. I don't see ANYWHERE on the page that they say you'll need to enter a credit card until page TWELVE, AFTER I've entered my VIN, name and address of the seller and buyer, etc. So now they have all of that information on me, THEN they want your credit card. You're automatically enrolled at that point in a $33 per month subscription unless you remember to cancel.

I love this service--it's an affordable way to try out prints from different artists without having to make a big financial commitment towards one piece. You have the option to purchase the original work if you are interested, but I have not found a piece I want to commit to yet. I only have two minor gripes: 1. The default frame they send out is cheap and not well made. For $10 a month, it might be unreasonable to expect more, though. It does the job and holds the prints without a problem. It's also very easy to switch out the prints, which is why I haven't purchased a separate frame yet. 2. The shipping seems a bit slow, if you have Netflix in mind as the example to follow. On the positive side: 1. The packaging/shipping for the prints is well done--it's easy and intuitive to return old prints. Turning Art provides a good box and pre-paid shipping label. Basically, you just roll up the old print, stick it in the box, and slap on the shipping label. Super easy. 2. The website uses a Queue, like Netflix, and it's easy to navigate the site to filter the pieces down to what you want and add them to the queue. You can sort by color, type, subject, etc. I haven't found a way to search by artist, though, which I think would be a good addition. You can re-arrange the order of the prints in your queue and tell them how often you want new prints shipped. Mine is set to not ship until I request a new piece, and that has been working well for me. For my needs, it's been well worth the $10 a month. I hooe they continue to add artists, as I always enjoy browsing the newest additions.

For local news in the New York area, New York Post is a quick website to access to get most major news stories, local gossip, and some ground breaking stories. Though sometimes I believe they go a little overboard with how they report their stories, I still find that the stories in the New York Post usually end up on other new sources days if not weeks later. So New York Post is a great way of starting a news story that spreads. You also can't complain about the price, since it is free to access what the Post has to offer whereas the New York Times only lets you access certain things.
