Company auto charges credit card now even after telling them 3 times to cancel coverage. Never had a problem until you need to switch insurance

I have been with HPSO for over a decade with no issues because I didnt need them to do anything besides make sure I had the coverage I needed. However, I needed them to send me a certificate of insurance as additionally insured to be able to start my new job. I called…all robots. I emailed…got a robot response. Waited 3 days, emailed again…no response. Waited, emailed again this time threatening to go with another provider….no response. Finally it hit me that a human might answer the sales line and what do you know? They did. And they couldn’t help, they transferred me, then they didnt know, transferred me again, then they didnt know, now I am STILL on hold for a simple piece of paper that would have been sent weeks ago from any other place. All I can say is I am cancelling my policy after this experience…I dont want to be in a situation where I actually need more than a simple peace of paper!!!

I like that they send you reminders to make sure you update your profile and they give you a 7-Day warning or 3-day warning and a one-day warning to make sure you are ready for them to take it from your account it was easy to navigate the website

I needed insurance for a new commercial cleaning job and I set up everything and was able to buy and get a certificate, I noticed the certificate was messed up because I didn't put the right amounts so I called, got holly and she had it fixed in like 30 sec.

I feel that out of the 4 different people I spoke with on various questions about insurance they were not willing to be friendly. It was the first time I’ve ever had to have insurance and when I was not understanding what is covered they were just repeating the same line from a book. Not once did some one ask, have had insurance before, what did they cover, or anything along those lines.

Approximately 15 years ago someone referred me to Randy Frankel. I dont remember who it was, but hes fantastic to work with. He gets my property insurance and commercial building insurance. Hes very responsive whenever I have a question and he gives out his cell phone number. His team is very knowledgeable and pleasant.

We didn't even have insurance with the company for 10 days and our contract fell through. They refused to give me any of the $400 down payment back. They told me it was earned money. From the beginning I should have known the company was fishy. They took the money out of the account straight away and took over 5 days to issue me coverage certificates. My opinion STAY AWAY!

Customer service is really bad after trying to get through by email 1st, then phoned 4 times before getting a reply, rep really abrupt, engineer called unprofessional and useless. He said I would get a follow up call from company nothing!! Would like to cancel but after paying so many monthly payments I want my boiler serviced phoned company regarding this as should be May they rep replied sorry but it is the Contract Engineer that does this, why may contact is with Corgi. I have sent a letter to one of the directors Recorded Delivery don't hold out much hope as they seem to have more Directors than I've had hot dinners. Had I looked at the bad reviews on this company I would never have gone to them.
