Company auto charges credit card now even after telling them 3 times to cancel coverage. Never had a problem until you need to switch insurance

I have been with HPSO for over a decade with no issues because I didnt need them to do anything besides make sure I had the coverage I needed. However, I needed them to send me a certificate of insurance as additionally insured to be able to start my new job. I called…all robots. I emailed…got a robot response. Waited 3 days, emailed again…no response. Waited, emailed again this time threatening to go with another provider….no response. Finally it hit me that a human might answer the sales line and what do you know? They did. And they couldn’t help, they transferred me, then they didnt know, transferred me again, then they didnt know, now I am STILL on hold for a simple piece of paper that would have been sent weeks ago from any other place. All I can say is I am cancelling my policy after this experience…I dont want to be in a situation where I actually need more than a simple peace of paper!!!

I emailed a couple of questions and it took 4 days to get my first response. The second time I gave up after 5-6 days waiting and called to get an answer to one of my questions.

I spoke to several employees today to determine what I need coverage for at this time and how to proceed in the future if things change. Overall, most staff were friendly and knowledgable and I feel I was given good direction.

I signed up for this rather than other student yoga student teacher insurance, even though the cost was a little higher than others, because the cost for insurance for a graduated yoga teacher was so much less.

When I first called, the representative said he couldn't hear me so I asked him to call me back on my cell number. He didn't so I had to call again.
The gal was very nice and helped me by pass the SS # question.
