Upon shopping for malpractice insurance recently, I found HPSO through a recommendation from my cousin, who is also a licensed psychotherapist. She has been pleased with her policy. I found the application process extremely user friendly, and the policy itself, very competitiively priced.

I look forward to a long and satisfying relationship with HPSO.

I am a new counselor in need of malpractice/liability. The process was quick and easy, definitive plus. I have no idea what my coverage looks like. The fee was low, but am I protected? I’m not sure what kind of coverage I just paid for.

I’ve been looking for some kind of Liability Protection for myself when I occasionally teach CPR/FirstAid and also as a EMT for a Private Security firm. After researching many types of Insurance Companies, they were much too expensive and didn’t suit my needs as a person who doesn’t work that much. This company appears to be exactly what I need and can afford-thx!!

I met Pharmacist's Mutual at conferences a couple times and knew the name, but twice I called to inquire about getting a policy and no one on the phone could tell me ANYTHING about the policy. It made me uncomfortable even thinking about having to deal with clueless customer service if I ever had to file a claim. They couldn't even tell me if the premium was annual or monthly! HPSO is trusted by APhA and even their application was more informative and detailed than mutual. I feel much better knowing I have HPSO.
