I would give it 5* but im still currently paying off my debt. Process from the beginning was very smooth and very easy though. My consultant was Dee and she was very helpful from get go. Cannot wait to be completely debt free.

I remember maybe 10yrs ago the Halifax advising me that Think Money/Gregory Pennington would help me with my debts.So I banked with them for maybe 2yrs until I realised that the fees were absolutely awful and they’d of been better used towards my debt. Last year I became debt free, I had owed 50k and if I’d not of changed bank accounts I’d still owe £9,600 as I was paying £100 a month in fees to Think Money/Gregory Pennington. I saw someone use one of their cards in H&B the other week, and it reminded me that Lloyd’s Bank gave me a basic account and PayPlan (it’s free) paid all my debts each month. Please try PayPlan first or any other debt charity - I didn’t know about them being free and stupidly took Halifax’s advice. You’ll get a basic account from most High St Banks. PayPlan are free they’ll help you for nothing, that saving can go towards your debt. I paid Think Money/Gregory Pennington maybe £2,400, for something that was free elsewhere. Just try and get something free before you try these people because I found waiting on the phone for them to answer was a nightmare and it’s not like you can walk into a branch and withdraw money. It actually makes me feel ill to think about their antics, it’s an extremely stressful experience. I’m lucky I’m debt free now but could of been debt free sooner but for this outfit

Over the last 12 months, I have been becoming more and more concerned about my situation, after several weeks of having the confidence to get in touch with G.P, I can honestly say I made the right decision. The one person who’s been dealing with me is James Dawson, he has been so helpful, during the initial set up and the last few weeks, I have felt a lot more my old self. So if you’re ever thinking about making the call, then do it, trust me you will feel better.

I had a structured settlement where I was getting $731 per month until December 2026. I was kind of desperate and needed money right then. From the date at that time to 2026, I had $70,176 just floating around. So I figured; I have a structured settlement and I need cash now! So I called JG Wentworth. As I was speaking to one of their reps, I told him what exactly I needed the money now for, and it added up to $35,500. Okay, great. But I don't want JUST $35,500, I want ALL of my money. I tried to explain that to him, but I got a weird answer, and he essentially dodged the question. So I just went along with it. Long story short. I was ripped off $34,676. I've tried to contact them to find out what the heck happened to all that money, and I've been told "Oh, that's what your money is valued at from 2026 to 2018." WHAT? You mean to tell me that the value of a dollar is expected to cut in HALF by 2026? And what are the odds that the alleged amount that $70,176 is valued at is EXACTLY what the rep and I discussed my expenses added up to at the very beginning of this whole thing? They intentionally gave me unclear answers to my questions, or at least, that's certainly what it feels like. The sad part is that everything was written in the contract. I tried to ask them why the amount was written as $35,500, and I got a vague, confusing answer. It wasn't until the date of my court appearance that I was finally told what was happening by JG Wentworth's lawyer. He said that the value of $70,176 is expected to drop to around $68,000. Sounds about right. He said I would be getting $35,500, but I can't remember what he said about the other half, if he said anything about it at all. I had twenty minutes until I went before the judge, and I wondered whether or not I should just leave the building. But I was desperate for money. So I stayed. Every day I wish I had just left. Overall, just don't do it.

Still in the process of a refi with these guys 7 weeks after starting. They said it would be about 30 days. Communication started well but then became very poor, often several days between emails and responses. I was just told they are in the process of changing their brand to Freedom Mortgage which has delayed the process. Had I known this would cause such a delay I would have gone with another refi company at the start. Poor communication, slow service, not recommended. I will update when this slow-moving process is finally over.

My experience has been up front and still kind for someone like me that was 73 years old, not in the best of health, Wondering how in the world did I get here and owe this much. For one thing I had no financial background and the second thing was I bought my business right at the time that all businesses were getting into trouble and so did mine. I didn’t know who to go to so I checked out different businesses and Anthem Tax Services was Better Business Bureau approved, so I decided to go with them and they did help me.

My wife and I did a trip through London as part of our tenth anniversary Northern European vacation in Aug 2018. Neither of us having been to England previously we felt it wise to hire a dedicated driver service. Chauffeur One Limited was the team we chose and we both couldn't have chosen a better company. First, when we arrived we were delayed almost 3 hours trying to get our luggage. Chauffeur One waited the entire time....thank the Lord. As part of our trip we had laid on the same service for a transfer to a cruise terminal in Dover a few days later. As it turns out, the day we were to depart, the area of central London, where we were staying, was closed off to traffic as a bike race was beginning that morning. Thanks again to Chauffeur One Limited the driver met us in our hotel lobby to help us move our luggage (8 Bags) across a bridge over the Thames which was as close as the driver could get with the road closures. To top it all off it was raining that morning. The wife and I could not have been more grateful for all their efforts in making our transitions as pleasant a care free under the circumstances. Thanks again Chauffeur One Limited!

I discussed our mattress needs with Gerald and found him very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and recommend a mattress for me. There was no pressure and no upselling, just good information and suggestions. I have had the mattress for about a week now and I am just getting used to it. It is an air mattress and Learning to adjust it takes a bit of time to get comfort however it has been easy and well worth it. I also got an adjustable base which I love and my wife especially loves because in has helped with my snoring. I would give this a 5 star rating except for the delivery. The bed sat in a warehouse locally for 4 days and I was only contacted after I called and asking what was up. THe delivery was then promptly scheduled and the delivery guys were very good and did a great job. All in all everything ended up great! Rich

we spent the last three weeks researching new mattresses. liked the feel of sleep number air support so we began to look into air beds and found air pedic. preferred the 6 chamber support over just two chambers. we also liked the select-a-bed air flow transfer system. and that the bed ships assembled. Gerald was very knowledgeable and forthcoming about his products. he did not over sell or push us into a decision. after a second call and more questions for Gerald, we decided to purchase the air medic 400.
